WvW population issue summed up in one picture

Well, this is just the flaw of the whole idea behind Worlds fighting other Worlds, some are much larger and/or stronger. That’s just how it is I guess.

That can be changed however, but you’d have to step away from the whole “World identity” thing, and change it.

The following is just randomly come up with;

> Change the WvW identity into 3 groups fighting each other (e.g. Red is Order of Whispers, Green is Vigil and Blue is Durmand Priory).
> Let Guilds represent one of the orders. Each member will automatically represent the Order of their current active guild (the one they represent with that character). Players without Guild can choose their own.
> Remove the qeue for WvW based on Worlds, but instead make WvW based on multiple overflow maps. Where players are automatically divided across the multiple overflow maps according to the numbers currently fighting for their “order” in those maps.
> Introduce alliances, so that Guilds can ally each other and represent an “order” with a complete alliance, so they can fight for that “order” together in the same overflow WvW map.
> In conclusion, match-ups can constantly be balanced as people or Guilds join different overflow WvW maps based on player density (representation) rather than be committed/limited to their World borderlands.

Of course I just used the three orders as an example. But it does provide a good replacement identity for the current “fight for your World”.

And yes, I’m aware this kind of messes with the whole World vs World aspect as you are no longer bound to your world in particular and can basically fight together with Guilds from other Worlds vs Guilds of your own World.

Just food for thought…

Any plans to bring players back to Orr?

There was a topic about changing Orr in a PvE version of WvW, with players upgrading fortifications, building siege and all…
It was a great detailed topic with really good ideas. I just hope it get implemented in someway someday…

Ya, I wrote that topic a while ago, together with another one for personal customizations. Sadly it moved to the 2nd page really quick and I feel it was too long for most people to read :P

I personally don’t really like Orr. Mainly I don’t like the enemies. I have nothing against undead, I just like the ones used in GW1 a lot more.
Perhaps making Orr similar to the Underworld, where the mobs actually have a chance to drop high tier crafting materials (e.g. ectos and the sorts).

I do wish to see how Orr used to be before the cataclysm, which would be do-able using the fractals of the mist in one way or another.

Hmm, the only obstacle in my way of getting the Legendary (Twilight) is the actual pre-cursor. Seeing all this makes me want to try my luck with that kitten toilet in Lions Arch as well.

On second thought, knowing my luck, I’ll end up broke and with nothing xD

Quoting myself because tonight I wanted to try my luck with the Mystic toilet. I decided to purchase 2 batches, of 100 greatswords each.
The first batch of 100 rewarded me with 5 exotics in total and the rest all rares. I then went to fetch my second batch of 100 from the TP and started again. After 28 greatsword thrown into the toilet the RNG Gods smiled upon me and rewarded me… Dawn.

This wasn’t the one I was going for so I’m kinda thinking what I want to do now! But hey! I got a precursor!

Didn’t highlight it but it’s in my inventory.
And for those that wanna know, I threw in the rest of the greatswords as well and got like 5 exotics but nothing special.

Cheers!

Guardian is pretty fine as it is. The only thing I really wish they’d fix is Symbol of Switftness not working together with other speed boost skills. It only works when SoS is the first skill used but when you use for example Aegis, and SoS while still under the effect of Swiftness from Aegis, no additional time is added.

Uhm

1. Jade Quarry / Fort Aspenwood

2. Ability to completely customize your own skillbar (especially 1-5). Don’t need hundreds of skills but the choice between a total of 20 or so would be really sweet.

3. Different way of choosing traits (preferred the GW1 version, but this one isn’t bad either, just hope they provide more choices / make all the slots choose-able)

4. Basically a lot of functions that made GW1 really awesome in terms of Guilds / Alliances / Personalization

This reply makes absolutely no sense in the context of this >suggestion< topic…

It makes perfect sense. Why should the devs focus on this over thousands of far more important issues?

Because the devs are quite capable of making priorities themselves I’d say. And since this sub-forum is meant for suggestions, of whatever magnitude or importance, I doubt they need a player replying to another player on what priorities are needed in terms of suggestions. Besides that the OP never mentioned it being a priority, just a request ;-)

Guild Name Change Feature

in Suggestions

Posted by: Furesy.6935

Furesy.6935

I would say to do this as well but for influence + merits and depending on the size of the guild.

Guilds with less then 10 members can change the name for 50.000 influence (wich is a steep but doable price).

Guilds with 10-50 members need 25 merits + 50.000 inlfuence.

Guilds with 50-100 members need 50 merits + 50.000 influence

Guilds 100-250 members need 100 merits + 50.000 influence

Guild with 250-500 members need 500 merits + 50.000 influence

This asures you that a guild that wants to change can change if, a good portion of the members wants it and is willing to put in effort to succeed.

I believe it’s easier and better to just do it through the gem store. Seeing a guild can just kick or make all its members leave, then pay the minimum price and re-invite everyone for the name change. Kind of defeating the purpose then ^^

Arenanet employees do read all suggestions. They do not involve in discussing things here. This has to do with copyright claims. As long as they can claim they didnt saw it, the poster of a suggestion can’t claim to be the intelectual owner if it really gets implemented.

Did they state this somewhere explicitly or is this like a “most-likely” kind of thing? I did not even think of this but you do have a very good point on this matter

Thank you all for your replies.
I do know to run in circles and jump on the boxes, the problem starts when the golems pull me or knock me over or the laser is created where im standing.

All im saying it shouldn’t be 1 hit and you are dead.
you quickly loose the fun.

regarding the group, we were 2 gurdians, 2 rangers and a mage i think – there’s no reason a dungeon should be too hard for a group like this.

When a phase ends you should watch the center where Frizz is. You will see mechanical slides come up from the ground and those will trigger the laser fields. Just pay attention to where they aim when they come up and they will never trigger on top of you.

I don’t agree with the dungeon being difficult (just challenging in terms of paying attention). I do however agree with you in terms of some of the achievements. I personally don’t care so much about them so I will simply ignore the ones that say “don’t get hit by the lasers” or “finish this under xx amount of time”.
Having those achievements into temporary content that is here to stay for like 2 weeks is indeed a bit odd, but ah well, it doesn’t bother me much personally but I can understand people that do care about that particular aspect

@Orpheal

I’m aware not everyone is as good as “top players” but I am far from a top player myself. I am a casual player that still has much of the content that GW2 offers left to explore. I do however, like a challenge. I am always looking around trying to figure out stuff and find ways how to do it better.

My first try in this new dungeon was a miserable fail, I was usually one of the last ones to die but this was mainly because my entire party was new to the dungeon and they were all running full berserker whilst I was not. We spend about 3 hours in the dungeon (checking everything out, figuring the mechanics) before I called it a day and figured I’d try again some other time, we were at the end boss at that time (one of us got DC and ArenaNet closed the dungeon to fix some bugs so he was unable to get back).

I did the dungeon again yesterday with a PUG group and 1 of my guild mates, I explained them the dungeon (they were all new) and we completed it in 40 minutes, wiping only once at the lasers.

I am no pro or good player, I simply fail, try again and fail better

However, I’ll quote one of my other posts from a different topic on the laser part:

For me the following always works. Only use the boxes to avoid the low/fast laser. But don’t stay on the boxes. Just walk in circles following the larger slower lasers and use range to hit the golems. Whenever the lower laser comes along use the boxes to jump over it and repeat the cycle. If everyone of your party does this (nobody remaining static on the boxes for as long as possible) the golems will all run after you and be without shield 60% of the time, resulting in them dying way faster.

Once you mastered this, doing this boss will take you max 10 minutes.

For the end boss, just stick close to Mai to prevent the shadowstep in most cases, she gives very obvious signs before she actually does it (pointing at the player she targets and throwing a lightning bolt of some sort) dodge that and you should have no problems.

This dungeon is way too ridiculously hard for it being just temporary content.
I absolutely don’t know, what kind of weird people are in here saying, this dungeon is fun.

I do realize the ridiculously unfair overpowered mechanics of this dungeon, which start to kick in, once you reach Frizz, and battle him until the 3rd phase.

If it isn’t just stupidly unfair enough that those dumb golems are basically all the time nearly invulnerable, where a damage reducement of say per se 50-75% would have been more than enough to make those fights hard enough, but giving them basically “god mode” by receiving no damage, only because they are coated in lightnings is god kitten ridiculous!!

Those laserwalls are also way too overpowered, when they can easily kill all in just seconds, if both walls, the tiny and the big one come to happen to hit you both at the same time, then your instant downed and if not all other party members risk their lives at that moment to revive you, you won’t have any chance then anymore to come back by yourself, what makes the whole downed state for this battle OBSOLETE.

I didn’t read your full post so I’ll just comment on the first paragraphs which I did read.

Frizz is really far from impossible, it is not even hard. Yes, if you don’t know what is going to happen you will most likely die, or get penalized because you were fast enough to adapt but some of your party members weren’t.
But once you figured out the mechanics behind the boss fight, the fight itself is rather easy and can be done in a few minutes.

I really fail to understand people who complain on the forums about “hard” and “impossible” content. Just take up the challenge and find a way to beat it. Or wait a few days and find a walkthrough on the wiki or youtube from one of the people who figured it out for you.

She mostly Shadowsteps to the player that is furthest away from her. If you pay close attention you can see when she is going to do it. She also points at you and shoots an electrical bolt (I believe), if that connects she will charge you. You have to dodge the chain of things she does before she shadowsteps in order to prevent/dodge the actual shadowstep attack itself.

I learned that my character can actually survive the so called “Impossible to dodge” attack by Mai Trin. I could almost go as far to say that I can even ‘tank’ it, seeing I helped rally a downed party member (like 5% HP left) back to to full health while Mai Trin was spamming her close range attack on me and I lived long enough to fully rally my party member and dodge her final attack with about 3k HP left.

This Dungeon is far from hard.

And no I am not an “Elitist Player” of any kind and I’m very much still a ‘newbie’ in much of the GW2 content.
This is how it went for me.

Dungeon was released, I logged in-game and got a PM from a guy I met in CoF to join him for the new dungeon, so I said sure and we went in. My party was 2x Thief, a Necromancer and a Warrior. The warrior later left and was replaced by a Mesmer. I am a Guardian myself.

It was the first time entering the dungeon for all of us so we took our time checking everything out and finding our way. We died a lot at the Golems and laser part and some times during the fights with the large number of enemies. This was mainly due to the fact both the thieves and the warrior were full berserk and I was busy half the time rezzing them. Also some of them didn’t seem to fair very well with jumping and avoiding the lasers, which resulted me and the Mesmer (who replaced the Warrior at this point) trying to finish the 3rd phase of the golems/lasers alone. We finally managed and failed multiple times at the end boss due to half my party dying in 1 hit and somehow being unable to dodge Mai Trin’s obvious attack pattern (heck, she even points at you before attacking). Later our Mesmer got disconnected and was unable to re-join due to ArenaNet closing the dungeon. (bummer, but ah well, can happen).
I then decided to call it a day and try again sometime later.

I went yesterday once more with another PUG group and 1 member of my Guild. I explained them the various parts of the dungeon as we arrived there and in total we only wiped once in the entire dungeon, at the lasers. Some members died during the barrage and some went down due to Mai Trin’s attacks but nothing we couldn’t handle and ress in the subsequent fights. Finished the dungeon in about 50 minutes I think?

Was good fun and actually challenging (in a way of having to pay attention) but was far from “very hard” or “impossible”.

TL;DR;
First day, failed run. Due to PUG party 3 zerkers constantly dying. (3 hours spend)
Second day, completed run. PUG party actually competent and not constantly dying in 1 hit. (50 minutes run).

What about giving a class like Engineer something like a “Pulsing Turret”.

This turret would create a pulse on a fixed interval (range 900 or 1,200), like every 5 or 6 seconds that would reveal players in stealth for like 2 seconds. If these players in turn receive damage in this “revealing period” they lose stealth.
The pulsing turret can be given additional effects like causing small AoE damage to everyone in its pulse or create a combo field of some sort.

I am completely against closing WvW during certain hours. I do however, understand where the OP is coming from. It’s annoying to see all your hard work go down the drain because the enemy world has been capping all maps during nighttime.
Anyway, I’m a resident of Europe and I play on a North American world, so closing it during Night times would completely lock me out of WvW, something I really enjoy doing.

Some people talk of a different scoring based on numbers, there might be some way for that to work if you work with ratios. E.g. World 1 has 10 online, World 2 has 20 and World 3 has 30 online.
World 1 would receive x1.5 points for capping places, while World 2 receives x1 points for capping places, and World 3 would receive x0.5 points?
I don’t know, I feel there’s a lot of negative and positive points from something like this.

Benefits

  • Commanders are provided with an important role in PvE
  • A whole new PvE end-game
  • Every race, guild and players can contribute
  • No matter how small, you can make a change and impact the world
  • Dynamically changes the world at a constant rate, sometimes slow, sometimes faster
  • As more content becomes available and more Elder Dragons are added, multiple war-borders can be added to really get the idea Tyria is under constant threat of the Elder Dragons and his minions.
  • Provides players who wish to do so to combine important aspects of PvE with role-playing.
  • Sense of accomplishment when you and your allies successfully defended a city or re-take a settlement, saving not only your own keep but potentially dozens of other Guilds.

Potential conflicts

  • This event is of course world based, so losing a city to the Dragon would disable it on your home world, guesting to a different world would still give you the ability to visit that city. Whether this is a good or bad thing, I’ll let others decide.
  • I am aware that the penalties for losing a city/settlement (e.g. losing access to merchants, portals, losing your keep etc.) is expansive and a strong penalty. But I feel a strong penalty is needed for such a large scale and potentially world-wide end-game.
  • The culmination of the storyline is the defeat of the Elder Dragons, this event however is a continues never-ending battle. One could potentially incorporate the Elder Dragons themselves into it. But this would require major changes to the storyline.
  • Some of the suggestions mean that larger Guilds would gain substantial benefits over smaller Guilds. But I suppose that’s just the way it is. Adding alliances to the game should provide a feasible option to counter this.
  • The Dragons Minions will clash with the common inhabitants of each zone (to what extent is of course dependable). If their presence is constant, they will clash with many hearts and other events normally present in the area. Making their presence only event based will prevent this for the most part.

Yes, all of the above is a major change and implementation. But I feel it could be done. Especially seeing the potential of the Elder Dragons constant threat over Tyria. I am sure I will come up with more in the near future. I am also sure much of you will have their own view on things.

I thank you for your time if you read through all that.

World Events PvE (ACT II)

Requirements

  • A mix of smaller and larger (more significant) events to control the movement of the Dragon’s Armies.
  • Specific boss encounters (Dragon Generals, Champions, Commanders) to turn the tide of battle or strike a blow to the enemies.
  • Dynamic scaling of events
  • Periodic changes to the minions in terms of strength and numbers. Ensuring that sometimes, a battle simply cannot be won and must result in the “Races of Tyria” losing ground. (to prevent the border of Orr never expanding and never threatening any of the major cities/settlements).
  • Large losses / negative impact when important locations are lost
  • Controlling key locations in world, perhaps something in the likes of statues and such, grant PvE boosts to everyone (similar to that of WvW)
  • If a major city or settlement is under siege and lost, almost all activities there should be disabled until the city is re-taken. (e.g. Lions Arch being lost means the bank, merchants and everything else becomes disabled). A high penalty for failure.
  • ‘Smart’ events to prevent the basic “stacking up and over-run” the enemy tactic. Especially when defending or re-taking cities, numerous tactical choices should impact the tide of battle.

In addition, a number of aspects could be added with this:
1. Guild Keeps / Hall

  • A place to call home for your Guild, similar to GW1 Guild Halls. The following aspects can apply to housing as well, found in the ACT I topic.
  • Guilds are able to invest/purchase upgrades to defend their keep/hall
  • Guilds are able to invest/purchase aesthetic upgrades or display Guild achievements in their keep/hall
  • The keep can be a battleground for Guild Battles (e.g. sieging an enemy keep, or defending your keep from an enemy Guild)
  • Purchasing/building your Guild keep/hall in a certain region will mean you swear fealty to the major city of that region. This means you will HAVE to come to the cities defense if need be, as losing the city will also mean you lose your keep/hall or sustain great damage to it. (requiring to re-take the city, reclaim your hall/keep and rebuild, costing money/resources)
  • A place to host personal PvP tournaments (1v1) or invite enemy/friendly Guild’s to participate. Potentially combining it with the Custom Arenas in the Mists.

2. Alliances

  • Helps in making a stand against Orr and allocate resources where needed.
  • Much desired feature by many, for both WvW and PvE in general.

3. Static Keeps

  • Perhaps the option to build Guild Keeps/Halls in the living world. With this I mean that everyone can see and visit it. (not like in GW1 where every Guild gets their own copy of a Guild Hall on a location). But e.g. a Keep on a hill in Queensdale.
  • This can be set locations by ArenaNet and potentially serve as rewards for Guild Battles. There shouldn’t be too many in the World and it should serve as a prestige award. So the best PvP Guilds would have the chance of battling over ownership of these keeps in the living world. Losing a Guild battle will result in the loss of the keep and the winning Guild taking ownership, there for the world to see your accomplishment. (perhaps accompanied by a world announcement that a particular Guild has taken that Keep)
  • After ownership change, the cycle begins a new and Guilds can invest in increasing their defense, increasing their chances of maintaining the location.
  • These keeps automatically swear fealty to the major city of the region, making them also subject to the world event if the city would fall.

Furesy.6935

Hello everyone.

The same conditions I’ve mentioned in my other topic (ACT I) apply here, so I will not repeat them.

You can find the previous Act here.

World Events PvE (ACT II)
The goal for this topic is to suggest a world-wide, multi-zone dynamic event. I will do this by providing a number of options that could potentially be part of this.

Intro
The main focal point of GW2’s storyline, the Elder Dragons. Currently the prime focus is Zhaitan and his undead. Even though the storyline presents you with a paced change from minor problems in your starting town to the ultimate battle into Orr, for me I never really felt the threat of Zhaitan and his minions. Heck, I don’t really like Orr myself. It is a barren place, with somber enemies (annoying at times) and that is about it for me. Their threat doesn’t bother me, I just zone out of Orr and visit other areas and they are out of sight, out of mind.

Summary
The idea is to have an event on an enormous scale that will constantly change the world we play in, every day, every moment. This is achieved through using the same mechanic as used in Cantha between the warring Factions, Luxon and Kurzick. Whenever I visited Cantha I caught myself checking the world map and seeing which outposts were controlled by what side, and where the border was currently at. This World Event will take the same approach, just on a much larger scale and a much more significant change to the world.

Perhaps you’ve already guessed what I’m talking about, but if not, read on. Zhaitans minions will slowly and gradually, through the usage of events, move out of Orr and towards the settlements and cities of Tyria’s Races. Here they will clash with both the common inhabitants of each zone, but also the players. Ultimately, the common inhabitants (monsters), if not helped by players, will lose the battle and the Dragon’s minions will take over the zones. They will slowly move onward and eventually lay siege to the cities, triggering a world event where all races are called in defense of a city (e.g. Lions Arch). To prevent to many players into a single zone, a number of additional world events can trigger in surrounding zones that are of equal importance to complete successfully.

15. Houses

  • A place to truly call home.
  • This can be character specific but also made account specific. Meaning if you choose account specific you can actually make it a home for multiple characters, thus upon entering with your currently active character, the other characters on your account are present in your house.
  • Ability to share a house with other players (wife/husband, heck you can even play orphanage and adopt new players!)
  • Potential benefits/options for players with houses is endless
  • Collect pets/trophies, somewhat as the Menagerie and the HoM in GW1

16. Family

  • Ability to set personal relation to other players.
  • Currently have no specific benefit/idea what this should do, apart from role playing, but perhaps others can think of something!

17. Emotes

  • Additional emotes for more player interaction, such as /kiss, /hug, /slap, /wedgy, /tickle, /push-over, /kick-their-kitten -red-forman-style kind of stuff. Endless possibilities.

18. Aging

  • Yes I know, don’t think it will ever happen (and adding this would also mean, in the end, death?) But perhaps a gradual change over time in the sorts of hair growth or something similar, so you need a haircut!

Benefits

  • Creation of a more diverse world and a larger diversity among races and players alike;
  • The option to fit your character within the lore of Guild Wars becomes more present;
  • Players are able to be as unique as they’d like;
  • Possibilities to provide more personal linkage between your GW1 character and your GW2 character;
  • More ‘facts’ to play with for people who are really into the role-playing part of GW2.
  • Certain implementations could be done through the use of the Gem Store (e.g. the Weapon customizer for legendaries)

Possible conflicts

  • A number of suggestions might not coincide with the current storyline (cinematics).

Please also take a look at ACT II, found here.

On a final note, I’d like to say that I have no coding background, so I am unable to properly judge as to what is possible or difficult to accomplish. But to this I will quote;
“Some men see things as they are and say why.
I dream things that never were and say why not.”

Personal Customizations (ACT I)

I believe this is a large portion of the so called end-game in Guild Wars, one I personally love. And judging from much of the posts in forums and the conversations I’ve witnessed in-game, many others do as well.
Numerous possibilities are already present in the game. This part will cover the entire personal customizations, not only the ones found during character creation. The goal of this topic is to provide suggestions for extensive ways to personalize your Guild Wars 2 Character.

Character Creation
The options upon creation are broad, but over time a number of shortcomings have come to light, one example of this is the somewhat ‘perfect’ look of most characters.

Add the following slides to character creation.
1. Age

  • Assuming we won’t be able to make, bluntly speaking, ‘Child Soldiers’, the minimum age should be around 21 or so to speak. Provided you make your character the age of 21, you’d have that ‘perfect’ or ‘pure’ look most our characters currently have.
  • Increasing your age will, taking humans as an example, increase the wrinkling of your skin, the skin becoming less ‘flawless’ and more stern. In turn, for other races similar effects might occur. The Norn would have something similar to humans, the Sylvari will become more withered plants, the Charr would have their fur turn greyish and less shiny, whereas the Asura would get more (white/grey) hair pointing out of their ears and/or have somewhat damaged/withered ears or skin.
  • Taking into account that not all races account to ages as in ‘human years’, one could also indicate for example for Sylvari from what generation they were born.

2. Ancestry

  • In general this mostly applies to humans. Providing them the opportunity to choose what ancestry they have (e.g. Elona, Cantha, Kryta, Ascalon Refugee, heck one might even include Orr)
  • Numerous possibilities are also possible for the other races, despite Charr having a somewhat ‘ancestry’ present as to what type of Legion they are born in.
  • This should however, not limit players from choosing particular looks in character creation. I am currently not able to think of something this would change in the creation. At the moment it is just something for the ‘lore’ enthusiasts and character background.

3. Birth place

  • Provides players to choose the town/region they were actually born.
  • Simple background, options can be limited by race but could also be limitless. (tho a Charr being born in Divinity’s Reach would be kind okittenward eh)

4. Scars & other marks

  • Option to add scars, tattoos, whatever you can think of, but not pre-scripted to a static location.
  • Adding a specific mark will give you the ability to select any part of the body where you wish to place it (and after placement alter the orientation, size etc.)

5. Hair

  • Toggle to increase/decrease hair length
  • Option present for both hair on your head as well as facial hair

Armor / Weaponry
The current options in terms of dyes and transmutation are great, but also pave the way for even more customization.

6. Dyeing weapons

7. Dyeing back pieces

8. Dyeing underwear / get new underwear

9. Naming weapons (or only Legendaries)

10. Ability to hide all armor parts (e.g. race based, Norns tend to walk without a breastplate)

  • However, provide the possibility for players to toggle in options whether they wish to see players choice of hiding certain body parts (for the younger audiences etc.)

11. Displayable jewelry

  • Including an option to hide/unhide.
  • Naturally, when wearing large and covering armor, most jewelry would be not visible.

12. Toggles for weapon effects

  • Toggles to choose what weapon effects (legendary) are shown

13. Weapon customizer

  • Perhaps a way to customize your weapon (legendary) adding/removing certain effects

Hello everyone.

With this topic I would like to make a number of suggestions that are somewhat intertwined with one another. They are not perfect, and there are a number of gaps that require filling. This is a lengthy post, but I will try my best to keep it short and to the point.

I apologize in advance for the creation of two topics. But I felt the two subjects required to be dealt with separately, despite being (potentially) linked with one another on certain aspects.

Before I start, I wish to clarify that I am aware that a number of points have been suggested before by other players. It is not my intention to steal your credit, but merely to improve the game we all love, providing a culmination of suggestions. I am also aware that some suggestions have already been reported to be implemented in the near future (or plans exist to do so), they are merely present in this topic for completions sake.

ACT II – World Events

Don’t know if someone uttered this before, but perhaps the giant bones in the Crystal Desert are actually those of the Colossus seen in one of the Fractals?

replaying personal story

I think they could ‘easily’ enable this using the storybook in your hero panel, by simply adding the feature “Replay Story” to each of the chapters. I personally wouldn’t replay them, the story in GW2 kind of disappointed me in comparison to the missions that made up the storyline in GW1. But I’m sure plenty of other people would like the feature

Having some sort of Guild Keep could really work well with Guild Battles. You could practically implement some sort of siege. When in war with another Guild, you can attack their keep or defend your keep when being attacked. Would be nice for the more PvP orientated players.

Would be nice to see a different way to use them apart from Legendaries. I have 6 of them collecting dust on my bank. Will someday use one for a legendary but until I get extremely lucky with a precursor drop or in some way get enough gold to buy it it will have probably faded into legend by then

Loretin – 6/10
Ninthin – 7/10

Your first name has potential tho, I like the Lore start, the ‘tin’ not so much :P I’m usually very critical on my names, I can take days before I pick one… lol

My main character has the same nick as my character on GW1.

It is a female Guardian (Monk on GW1) named Aurora Evenstar.
