Indeed, based on how they zerged SBI down in Week 1, looks an awful lot like they tanked into silver tier on purpose. Now their gold tier population comes back and talks tough. How impressive.

Beating SBI by 50k points isn’t really that impressive and they had beat us 2 weeks ago. Being humble about this victory doesn’t mean I’ve “lost my nads”, it just shows that I’m intelligent enough to not get kitteny about it. SBI has shown that they can beat us and the score between us is 1-1.

I don’t need to prove my “nads” to anybody on FA or SBI. Respect that.

Yes, I can confirm as a former DB citizen TC would, on a daily basis open doors for FA when DB/TC/FA were matched up.

Mag/FA forums don’t get locked, we have too much <3 for eachother.

Honestly SBI, I think you guys are getting spoiled this week due to fighting FA and MAG. It’s really a fantastic match in the upper ranks.

You would be bored to tears with any other servers. (except for SOS, they’re cool to)

Welcome to tier 2 SBI. I hope you get to fight the tier 1 and 1.5 servers soon just so you can see what FA and others have been experiencing for months. You will be shocked by their coverage.

I’d say the first page was pretty mild and I only saw Mag rustle jimmies. Beyond that is standard upper tier pvf.

I hate to burst any bubbles out there, but SBI is nothing compared to TC. The scores would have been a LOT different in this match if you swapped SBI for TC.

Now that DB is dead, I’m sure SBI could easily replace them as a tier 2 contender but it’s also tough to tell where they really sit since their community is excited to be fighting up the ranks. It isn’t hurting attendance. In the long run I don’t see T1 as a possible destination.

The joys of a gvger can be compared to that of a one year old on their birthday or at christmas.

Anet being thoughtful and doting parents of WvW give it to their children and say “here, play with this beautifully crafted toy I made which will entertain you endlessly. I have painstakingly worked on this and I’m proud of it. You are obviously going to love as much as I do.”

The child has the present put in front of them and starts to tear away the paper. Anet opens the box to show them what’s inside expecting their reaction to be pure elation and delight, but instead the child spends the whole time playing with the wrapping paper and the box. WvW means nothing to them in the way it means something to Anet. The pure joy was from ripping the wrapping paper and the box which are much more interesting.

The toy is nothing special to someone who’s only interested in ripping paper.

I would usually be happy about DB getting a raw deal, but for the health of the overall WvW community, it’s not good. Another server will of course rise up to take it’s spot, but the gap between the top 4 servers in NA and the servers below that seems to be growing wider every week.

WvW can be salvaged, but changes need to happen now. Changes that are endorsed by the community and not FORCED on the community.

Perhaps it’s time to change the direction of this ship Mr. Carver.
