NA servers vary greatly guild to guild. Some guilds live for open field combat, some guilds are there to defend, some guilds butt hug quaggans.

^ that was hilarious. I’d second that about NA gameplay – each guild has thier own methods to play especially in lower tiers where it stops being a zerg fest and requires more original and group based tactics.

With that said – Euros may utilize more team chat than those on the NA server – I know several WvW guilds such as EMP / WM / TSYM / BP which DO use voice chat (WM voice chat is pretty amazing from what I hear) but our militia (non-guild) players don’t always come on TS / Mumble / Vent to listen and talk. I think team chat is integral to better organized offenses and defenses.

Having Morgan freeman on TS would be awesome

Well EU WvWvW , at least where i play is more alive then ever. You see non stop orange swords on map during EU times ( 4 pm – 12 PM GTM) and 100/100/100 blobs often at peak.i Managed to tag 1400 kills saturday just by following the blob

Can someone clarify, “Is another official forum for EU players?”

If not, can all EU players start with “Hi im from EU and I have this problem….”

I am liking the world exp, but I can’t help but think that everything you gain from it is useless. 5% more/less damage from guards, less damage from siege, all seem really trivial.

In my opinion it would make WvW even better if we had some type of character progression.

Things like:
5% more/less damage to other people in WvW
5% more casting speed
5% increase recharge time
5% more life,toughness,power,healing power, etc etc

There are tons of options that I think would be cool to have.

You could even set it up like a trait tree, have all kind of new passive skills, but WvW only.

Anyways just my 2 cents, something like this would make WvW a lot more enjoyable for me.

Hi fellow DAoC. Not sure if you know me but I left DAoC when i hit rr12. I to, am dying for active rvr like abilities. And what you suggest should be considered strongly by anet.

I roam everyday with 1 to 3 others as a professional gank roaming grp. With a fix in culling, I see no issues. IF you can kill 5 enemies with your group of 3 , i feel sorry for that person. Learn how to ASSIST!

You have a massive zerg that runs over my RK guys with we only have 10-15 out. Do you need the 30-40 people to fight 10?

It is not often we have 30 to 40 during asian timezone. I know that during NA timezone there are around 60 to 100 in wvw but i dont get to play during NA timezone because I have to work.

Open task manager and set priority to high, close any other programs connecting to the internet including steam.

Aside from that, not much you can do from server side issues.

So without a doubt, Ele makes an awesome roamer. Problem is that most are bunker and are a pain to take down but they also dont kill that quick. We call them ticks.

Yesterday, 120 players at hills, JQ vs BG. Framerate took a big hit. Lag wasnt that bad as before. Now only about a 600ms delay instead of a 10sec delay.

Anyway, everyone gave up on that elite skill ages ago. Only nooblets use em.

I think like it or not, TC is headed to Tier 1 at some point.

The thing is that t3 to t8 players are migrating to t1 to t2 servers. This happened to many many many MMOs. Nothing new.

The only difference is that t3-t8 servers will not get clustered up because a dead server uses no resources since Anet uses cloud based computing.

TO be fair: For every 10 BG there are 7 JQ and 5 SoR during SEA timezone.

Im from Singapore(Sea) and so are others in JQ sea prime time.

My view :

-There is plenty of action during SEA time zone.
- EMP has several hardcore SEA players and we play consistently
- JQ has several massive SEA guilds, ranging from Australia,Taiwan,Japan
Singapore and other SEA countries.
