Awesome that the cooldown of Elixir R got reduced. Is that the only thing that changed from the leaked notes?
Axe offhand is pretty bad in the current build, hence the buff to it next patch. Skill 4 is decent but skill 5 has no useful DPS. It is however very good at gaining adrenaline.
Even necros can apply burning now. Lol.
Necros have to invest 30 points into power to get it. No condition build necro’s going to have burning.

Also after reading all of the notes, it would seem really hard for someone to come up with all of this.
I’d be surprised if most of this stuff isn’t true. I remember someone saying a while ago these notes could be changes they were testing out in a private server.
Leaked Patchnotes would mean Arenanet already had patch completed – in advance.

What are you talking about? Elixir R is completely fine in it’s current form. Toss Elixir R is not reliable enough to rez players on it’s own if they’re under pressure. It’s basically used as a helper, and full endurance on a 45 second cooldown with a stun breaker isn’t anything amazing either.
Everything is decent except for the ELIXIR R change. That skill is pretty bad now if it’s true. Full endurance with a 45 second cooldown… that’s it?
There’s also that little part about it resurrecting you.
That’s a separate skill that just happens to be bundled with ELIXIR R but ELIXIR R itself is no longer good if the change is true.

Everything sounds decent except for the main hand axe change. We’re really going to have to pay attention on getting that last single hit in. I really hope that doesn’t make it through.
No single attack should carry so much weight in a chain like this, especially in PvP…
EDIT: I’m ok with them adjusting the damage levels to be more towards the end but to give all 75% to the last single hit in a 6 hit combo is insane.

The shield floating is absolutely ridiculous as well as the gigantic, kittened pauldrons. They could all use a 50% decrease in size ‘cause that alone can make Charr the most ridiculous looking characters in the game. I don’t know why they thought it necessary to make the pauldrons that kitten big…
As for the new armor skins… we just got some and they neglect Charr again so that wouldn’t go so well.
Yeah, the aura bugs should be fixed. As for the footprint effects, I think it’s okay the way it is. Legendaries that have auras shouldn’t also have extremely long lasting trails.
Anybody notice how the Charr on dragon bash the armor is adjusted for them….
Armor has hole for the tail and the leather curves on top of the tail not thru it.
I did notice the armor and did not notice a hole. I didn’t get a close look but I was pretty sure at that point they hadn’t fixed anything and they never would.

A Charrs tail is like a third arm, you can’t design armor without it in mind. It’s too kitten important!
Can’t believe Anet would be okay with lazy design like this. I can’t even look at armor that doesn’t have a hole for the tail. It’s absolutely not an option for me.
As for the new armor, I already know I’m not getting it…
We really are stuck using the same garbage. We are locked into our extremely limited armor sets because of the careless, lazy designs. As if Charr didn’t have enough reasons to be hated. This game looks like GW1 with all the female humans running around.

I don’t even agree with this. I made a Charr warrior recently and I’m still having a lot of trouble. It really is embarrassing.
That’s nice and all but I’m referring to the size of the weapons. The rifle/shotguns are extremely small and unimpressive. I do agree that the design of some of them are amazing like the kodan rifle, but that’s overshadowed by their size. Hence the Charrzookas price point.
We shouldn’t have to say anything. Charr are already by far the least played race and Anet knows that. They should have some kittening understanding that there is something wrong here. They should have some kittening understanding that this is the reason. Charr are hideous in almost every aspect of the game. They are the joke race at this point. Armor floats off their body, stupid animations and bugs persist, and THEIR TAIL GO THROUGH EVERYTHING!
It’s so infuriating that they could make a race with a tail and not accommodate armor for them. If Anet wants to ignore my tail, I want to be able to cut it off. If Anet wants to ignore my horns, I want to be able to cut them off. If Anet wants to keep making kittened tower-like pouldrons, I want to be able to change races…
Anet gets praised for their attention to detail then they’re able to look past such a glaring issue as though it doesn’t exist. This game’s main incentive is kittening dress-up, but all the dresses are kittened kitten.
Just as the tail clipping issue doesn’t exist to Anet, the armor that has tail clipping doesn’t exist to me. Just as the tail clipping issues doesn’t exist to Anet, the Charr race doesn’t exist to 90% of the GW2 playerbase.
I really need to hear something from Anet about this. Tail clipping is the number one issue with Charr armor in my opinion but definitely not the only issue. I pray they will eventually fix it.

Fact is, you’re not bringing anymore money to Anet then is already there when you trade gold for gems. You’re just taking the gems that are already there and moving them around. That doesn’t help Anet at all.
Anet does something nice, something they didn’t have to do and all they get is grief…
The Shatterer’s wings have a much better animation. You could use those ones.
rangers in gw aren’t about sniping targets from 1000 yds away, the lore behind them is more to do with the natural order of things. Rifles being mechanical don’t jive with that
This… Rangers are about nature. They can’t be running around with mechanical junk.
I brought that bug up a little while ago. The weapon is misplaced when they run. Other than that I have no issues.
It seems like Anet gives no kittens about Charr. Anything that involves Charr seems like it was just rushed and carelessly put together – backpieces, armors, animations. I had to work hard at making my Charr look less than kittened. I feel bad for those out there running around with ugly kitten Charr which is all to easy to create and hard to avoid.

Should all backpieces be account bound? The way it’s turning out, backpieces are becoming this really awesome accessory for our characters and the more that Anet releases, the more I would like to be able to swap them between my character. It would make them something really fun to collect as appose to storing in the bank because you’ll never be able to use them.
In addition, they could add a backpiece section to the collectables tab.
Ranger is a bad tagger. I’d say Engineer or Necromancer although all the CoF freaks would say otherwise.
I feel like dust should be the cheapest of all the Tier 6 mats seeing as how its used in the convert tier 5 mats to tier 6, like it’s the “disposable” mat. Yet, it’s absurdly expensive.

No… you need 5 piles of crystalline dust and 1 of the tier 6 mat you’re trying to duplicate, and as Rozbuska said, pile of crystalline dust is way too expensive at the moment making this recipe unprofitable.

I need tier 6 mats for a legendary. I have two options, craft rares with all my tier 5 mats and salvage them for ectos to sell which I use to buy tier 6 mats… or use this recipe in the mystic forge – http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Vicious_Fang.
What I want to know is which one is better? The recipe to craft tier 6 mats with tier 5 mats seems REALLY, really bad seeing as how you need to deposit 6 tier 6 mats and 50 tier 5 mats for a chance at 5-12 tier 6 mats…
Fractals is such a small aspect of the game. We shouldn’t have to repeat so much just to have a little more diversity at the higher level fractals, especially when high level fractals rewards are horrible. I’m fine with having to gear up and alt with agony resist to play in those levels but having to level him up from 1 to 49 just to get the rewards on him that I could already be getting on my main is insane. I also wouldn’t mind if the fractals daily rewards were account bound to make up for this change.
As for WvW ranks, I don’t see how I can be running around on one character as a Legend rank, then switch to one of my level 80 – full exotics – alts and be classified as an assaulter. WvW ranks should act as a title, a title that I – the player – have a achieved. Something that can be shared across all my characters.
Fractals 48 is already believed to be a huge waste of time on it’s own. The main intensive are the fractal weapons. I would like to continue my journey for these fractal weapons on a different character but as I say, you can’t…
@Amun Ra, PvP ranks are already account bound and it would only make sense if they did the same for WvW ranks.
Why does Anet keep discouraging us from playing alternate characters between fractals, ascended gear, WvW ranks, and even Bloodstone Shards?
I would love to be able to play fractals on one of my alts just for fun but that would be a huge waste of time…

Howl is extremely cheap running at around 125 gold right now. If that’s too much for you then I don’t know what to tell you.

Did Anet make a thread like this when they wanted to update the Legendaries effects?
It has come to my attention that this uses a different model than the blue Jellyfish that happens to look Kitten EXACTLY the same.
I am planning on fixing this within the next month but needed to get some feedback from rangers about their feelings about their HoM rainbow jellyfish pets changing how they look. I can assume that they will be happy, but you know what happens when you assume.
Post your thoughts on this internet forum thread and I will read them.
