I wish I played more Soulbeast. Condi build felt really weak. Everytime I pulled out dagger/dagger I regretted it. Shortbow pretty much mandatory but I dislike the weapon. All 3 other offhands have incredibly bad survivbility, too hard to warrant taking in PvP. Beastmode needs a shorter cooldown. Only reason I see it having one at all is for less enemy confusion. 10 seconds feels too clunky. The spec as a whole feels too similar to base ranger with some extra micromanaging but there’s nothing you can do there. I dont think Worldy Impact needs ground target but definitely needs to not be stationary casting. Also agree pets need rebalancing. Would make the class feel like they have more options.

In a recent dev video something was said along the lines of “people are going to need to start looking into all those other pets they haven’t before” in regards to beastmode.

This is not how you should be getting people to stop neglecting bad pets.

All i want to say is, yes, scourge does good damage but they also have the least mobility necros have ever had and their damage is, again, centered around either themselves or their sand shades. I’ve never seen so many people able to kite away from necro so easily, and pretty much every class can.

As for spellbreaker, they are one of the most broken classes and definitely need a resistance nerf. I’ve had trouble killing good spellbreakers even with god boon corrupt scourge and there’s simply no way any other condi class is going to be able to kill them. Period.

Ele shouldn’t have to rely on an amulet to have a build. If they can’t play anything other than support kitten there’s a bigger issue with the game. I just want more heal + condi amulets.

Can something be done about the headpiece particle effects? They often become invisible or overwritten by like 90% of the objects in the game.

I agree the balance patch was disappointing just as the one at the end of season 3 was. I feel Anet are too afraid to really make changes cause they’ve gotten too much praise for how “balanced” the game has been the last 2 seasons. I honestly don’t give a kitten how balanced it is if it’s going to remain this boring.

It’s suppose to be an item you can only get from WvW.

The problem is less about the fact that there are premades everywhere stomping solo queuers. This was how season 1 was but the community alleviated that issue themselves for the most part for the other seasons. The problem is that a premade trivializes the efforts of a solo queue player. What’s the point of try harding as a solo queuer when a premade can accomplish what you have 100 times easier? It undermines the entire point of the system.

Even Overwatch with its massive player base able to support a dynamic queue should still have a solo/duo only for that same reason.

Didn’t they already do this for PvP Druid? Was PvE Druid not affected?

They’ve been doing much better handing out rewards than they used to. Every few months isn’t the worst.

I play druid, thief, guardian and rev for pvp and wvw and yes.
Druid is currently op along with guardian. and the weakest is the thief

I don’t know how a thief main is complaining about Druids. They are honestly the easiest targets for you to +1. You must’ve died to too many smokescales.

Even then celestial shadow isn’t broken in conquest specifically so it’s not even that important.

edit: After reading, none of what I said even matters, the guard and necro are trash.

druids are trash. Only thing that makes them broken is celestial shadow. Reduce stealth from 3 seconds to 1 or remove it all together. Leave superspeed as is. Rename celestial haste. Done.

Yeah, good scrappers are rare. They’re all annoying as hell to kill but if you want one that’s hard to kill and hurts play vs Lycar. He’s proven that that class is still broken in my opinion.

Blizzard recently added the ability to see everyones stats through the Overwatch forums let alone the game. It’s funny cause playing this game for 4 years it’s something Anet would never do. I didn’t know game companies could think of their community as more than infants.

Scrapper is still one of the most annoying classes to fight even after their nerfs. They can’t chase and kill but their sustain and on point pressure is ridiculous. Not to mention daze spam, which is something Druids have had to give up/lose to maintain their sustain. And in conquest, getting people off point and not dieing is what’s most important.

Anet kittened up as they often do. The system was suppose to be about skill but turned out to be just another reward track. As for the legendary, you can have it. I don’t give a kitten if Anet removed ranked requirement from it altogether. The point is League was suppose to represent skill and it doesn’t because of things like pip safeguards and promises to “everyone”.

It’s called, not being good enough. Second, you don’t “need” to advance. You want to advance but don’t deserve to.

people keep trying to compare WvW rank to PvP rank when they’re nothing alike. WvW rank is equivalent to experience. You can be the worst player in the world, your WvW rank will increase and it will never go down. PvP rank is “intended” to show skill. Something that PvP players must get by playing good and something that must be reacquired 4 times a year.

Yes, leagues are a joke at the moment and the amount of inflated legendaries/diamonds/rubies are outrageous, but if we’re looking at the intent of leagues and what we hope leagues will finally become at some point, PvP badges hold more significance than WvW rank.

All this did was stop PvP players from wanting to WvW as much and prevent WvW players from wanting to PvP as much. Anet has no sense of forethought and that is why this game will die.

Yeah, who needs prestige anyways. Only a good game would have that. Silly, Anet. Wouldn’t want those poor sapphires to feel bad walking around with their kittenty badge next to a legend or something. We all need to feel like beautiful happy teletubbies.

Just another example of how this game’s a joke. Where anything achieved ends up being meaningless. Where no one can show any sense of mastery because this game caters to children.

Just remove league requirement from the backpiece. No need to spend time making a PvE quest. Then remove all pip safeguards and leagues would suck a lot less. But honestly, the balance and diversity in this game is also a massive problem with PvP and fixing leagues alone isn’t going to save it. They need to go through every single trait and every single skill of ever class and change numbers because it’s disturbing how much is unusable.
