The free server transfers are coming to an end, the last 2 tiers have the lowest amount of points and that is VERY low, the coming week they’ll have even less, the difference between the first and third in T9 will be about 500 points and unless the first ranked servers doesn’t destroy them, he will be looking at staying there forever.
Next week it would seem that RoS will leave T9.
The 2 Contestants(+1) who are looking at an eternal condemnation toT9 are: Ring of Fire and the most likely one Whiteside Ridge.

With GH getting Xaoc who left Vabbi, they will be tiering up.
And Blacktide losing all the guilds is in a free fall (the +1).

So what does Whiteside had to do ? Attack Ring of Fire only if it doesn’t want to drop, on the other hand Ring of Fire has to attack WSR to not be dragged into the pit.
I hope this creates some fun in your current matchup.

BUT there’s a joke in play, that joker is Blacktide, but we don’t know if blacktide will drop enough to go to last tier or not. What we DO know is that it is very likely that they will drop to t8. But will they relieve WSR or RoF from t9 (in case these servers manage to dominate t9) ? Or can they muster enough forces to not fall in the pit.

Oh and don’t get me wrong, We’ve had some enjoyable time in T9 and it isn’t all bad but with the current situation Vabbi and FoW can’t give a balanced matchup to the dropping server, at least not for Ring of Fire considdering their numbers, I don’t know about Whiteside Ridge.
Although Vabbi and FoW had a steady increase in WvW players and it was looking better but after the current transfers it might have set them back a month.

And in case you’re wondering, yes I’m bored, There’s nothing to do in WvW :x

From the looks of it UW will be lucky enough to go down a tier when Gunnar’s Hold ravage through this one.
Maybe we’ll see each other the week after that when GH goes up yet another tier.

You might want to considder the reason Xaoc left vabbi after 1 week and why UW might not be lucky after all

Well this has now buggered up wvw for all of the lower tiers since the tier above GH was balanced pretty evenly.
RoF and WR will probably not do very well against Underworld when they drop since they were pretty balanced against the tier above.

The only way I can see this balancing out is if Blacktide drops past Underworld and down into the bottom tiers which basically swaps them with GH, otherwise this move will probably ruin wvw for a lot of people.

It basically pushes everyone down by 1 which means the 1st server on each matchup is a higher tier and has been for a while so will probably crush the others.

Last time we fought you guys were a proud group that wouldn’t move servers and didn’t ask others to move over. I know a lot of them will not have had a say in the matter but allowing a Russian Alliance on a British server seems like betraying your community for an easier win.

I would like to point out that next week it will be UW vs RoF vs RoS, tyvm

You can’t say it’s not unfair lol, being from RoS, I also found the transfers we received unfair towards FoW, but not towards vabbi :p

And yes some of the guys are quite “hypocritical” here too.

What difference, you’re already ranked first, unless you want to drop spot and you think Europeans will help you with that ?

It’s not guilds who will transfer, it is individual players who are not happy with their current situation, for them it will be cheaper to transfer to a lower tier.
And if a guild were to transfer, well that would screw up the current matchup too much now, wouldn’t it.

Ironically we at RoS did receive huge transfers and we’re in the last tier.

yeah, quite boring and spirit and grub didn’t respawn either, so now we’re doing eb jp and then fighting in the cages xD

Took about 30 minutes at RoS to take everything (food ran out)
Yes we know we got transfers and blablabla, but we also held the previous record of the blitz before we had transfers and that was about less than an hour.

What’s the fun in that ?

2 vs 15 at Woodhaven lord room, you FoW went down pretty easy :p
And i’m not exaggerating the numbers.

Overflow server B7 Is lacking in a night-team those martians keep kicking us where it hurts moar, we need more at Overflow at night or we can’t even enter!

Sure we have outnumbered them, but it wasn’t by much, maybe you forget that we were fighting both vabbi AND FoW at the same time ? Those superior numbers would be halved and we would have less people than FoW in their own BL and yet we held hills and Bay and the southern towers most of the times and took garrison at primetime, I remember when there was 30 man zerg trying to get into bay all the time and there would be only about 10 defenders at best sometimes even less.

Maybe you also forget that FoW has a kitten load people on at night where they outnumbered us 1 to sometimes even 1 to 10. I’m pretty sure you didn’t count them to the total tally.
As for overall population, FoW has had more. We just have more dedicated WvW players.

On another note, thanks to FoW trying to get bay from all different sides we have learnt to defend bay much better so you can’t say that we have learnt nothing.

Amazing how it can all change just because we got transfers, maybe you guys forget the past weeks where RoS owned you when we didn’t have as many ppl ?

Although RoS was never up high, RoS was the first to be hit by the “server transfers”.
Guild such as BOON and VotF, HB, etc.. started off at RoS first but because we didn’t have night time activity and the early rising time of vabbi russians, they transfered away, to Vabbi no less, after which they transfered from there.

But RoS was the first to be hit right at the beginning of the week long matchups.

It’s ironic that RoS fares better than Vabbi now even though both were hit with server transfers and RoS back then was practically empty.

Lol you’re claming it’s just 1 guild when it’s actually 2 Xaoc guild which are both stupidly huge + you got CCCR too which I hadn’t seen before either and they got big numbers too.

Us at Surmia probably have around a kittenloads of guilds, it’s probably 40 vs 1 but that doesn’t mean that 30 of those guilds counted together even have more numbers than 1 of your Xaoc guilds.

Hi, I’m one of RoS members who stuck with it from the start.
The current situation is a very new from our usual play where we’d only be able to play in 1 map.
Although it IS quite zergy but as a RoS perspective it is enjoyable. Because Vabbi got all those transfers, us getting the transfers quite evened it out. Although I do feel sorry for FoW.

Yes there has been one occasion which could have been handled better by the incoming alliance commander, but the rest were quite friendly and it has so far been enjoyable.

Yeah, all the hard work we made to be able to switch tiers every so many weeks has been ruined by this.

Oh and just a heads up, The international Xaoc guild and it’s allies didn’t want to play together with hackers so they decided to transfer to Surmia instead. I don’t know how certain it is that they will really all transfer, but we’ve had a few transfers already.

So right now their alliance is split in 2 so Vabbi won’t be tiering up just yet lol.

Dude, RoS is even more abandoned than FoW is, you will hardly ever find someone in any maps, temples are always contested no matter when you look unless you yourself organize it.
LA and Overflow , only when there’s an event.
And it IS active server population because if you look properly the " very high" or “full” servers tend to get “high” or “Very High” depending on their peak and off-peak time.

Dude, Fow has for 1 a higher server population and that was a fact.
Before they increased server capacity you guys would be at high while we were at medium and we were still winning.

And we dont have massive guild either, except for 1 PvE guild, but it’s a PvE guild. The rest is all small. And dude, I’m online almost all the time and I know what I see.
Before we went up a tier I could say we had more people, but since we came back you’ve been sending out loads of people, sure there are times we’ve also sent out kittenloads of people and outnumbered you, but that has only happened once or twice so far.
And if you count your night and day together, you get way more people than RoS has.

Yes please give us more health and Defense then you can take away our mist form.
That way I won’t have to go down and get back safely to the tower without downing so kittenty fast because have the LOWEST def and LOWEST health pool and you won’t have to complain about us going into tower on down all the time.
