My guess is the latter ._.
Fantastic work that is definitely worthy of Guild Wars 2 concept art.
Good luck in landing the dream job for Anet
Is this for PvE only? What is its intended purpose? I personally would swap the Devourer for Wolf, and TU for healing spring because you have a leap/blast on one weapon swap. If, however, you want to keep bleed pressure from pet you could also swap Devourer for Lynx and use Pet Prowess instead of Primal Reflexes for much greater damage.
I have had similar issues with Malicious Training not working properly after some patch many months ago but never knew if it was intended. Unfortunately that fix/bug wrecked my build so I’ve had to adapt since then.
brb making quaggan backpack.
I imagine when many of the old players get bored of the LB again melee rangers will become more prevalent. As for me I’m having too much fun with LB update, but do plan on returning for those less than eight second fights with a skilled thief.
That’s probably because both longbow and greatsword are associated with power stats while the shortbow is somewhat of a hybrid weapon. GS/SB weapon combo can be very effective especially when used with technobable and moment of clarity for those six second dazes, but if you feel you are doing fine I wouldn’t worry about it.
^ I think I just cracked one of my ribs :’D
Unfortunately this just makes stability more invaluable than before.
I’m looking at you scorpion wire! >:(
brb purchasing life-sized Colin cutout.
Good thing your professor wasn’t a WoW fanboy, lol
A+ indeed
very neat, would be even cooler had you made before and after screenshots.
lol this is so bad but would be hilarious to see someone use. Basically lead off with frost trap to hide then place others where foes won’t step and grab some popcorn and watch the death match. And when you unstealth rely on pet CC to run until cooldowns are off, rinse, repeat.
Troll level 10/10
My fingers are vomiting while I type this but you did ask for useless sooooo.
BEHOLD!!!!!!!! the most useless thing ever to exist in Tyria.
Thanks for the feedback guys I appreciate the help :]
I take rabid obviously for the high condition damage, but also the precision helps proc generosity sigil with combination of good fury uptime from SotF. As for SoH you are probably right but i just feel so slow without it. Maybe I should just settle for another survival for ultimate condi removal?
So having played pvp for a while now I just want some feedback or suggestions on the build I have been running.

It allows lots of condi burst while also remaining fairly tanky with great condition removal as well. This setup has given me much success but i’m looking for areas of improvement and thus the motivation for this post. I have also heard that agony sigil is bugged and is partially why i’m not running it, could anyone confirm this?
Thoughts?
entangle for playing on my ranger but moa morph is fun no matter who you are.
Somebody said great sword backstab?

Nice design, somewhat reminds me of the old gw1 Rotwing Bow.

^ describes my life.
This would work even better after the signet change this patch.
Not even, I was running a bleed build I made myself. It works nice but far from OP

I should mention that this took place in a PvP dueling arena. He started attacking me while I was about to fight someone else lol
I had no issue opening build links, weird :P
Yeah he basically said that my build was carrying me.
Not sure if I should be offended or flattered.
So a Warrior just told me that rangers have always been OP. Not sure How I feel about that statement lol
What do you call a sylvari on a wyld hunt in Orr?
-Plants vs Zombies
^stole this btw
Evasive bleed build

Can easily get 10 stack bleeds with splitblade and sharpening stone, not to mention the active condi removal with SoTF. Also EB can be swapped for bark skin or poison master depending on situation / preference. PM is good due to near perma poison uptime.
Basically the strategy I use for this build is to melt opponents health to half way for the keen edge activation and pop entangle. But make sure to save elite for the latter half of the fight when they have endurance / skill CD
-Feedback is appreciated
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!
^ this
I know what I’m doing this weekend >:D
Had a Mesmer back in gw1 named (Specter Unexpected)
but i also have a thief named (Unfortunate Friend) and would prefer to hold on to that.
Maybe for the elite trap idea they could give us a knockdown similar to GW1 spike trap. It would definitely help trappers with kiting.
Not gonna lie, I miss being a lone ranger if you catch my drift.
+1
I would definitely love to see some type of cripple on the longbow to help keep distance.
I think being followed by a giant whale would be amusing.
Did this around my house http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zS1cLOIxsQ8
Would be nice to display guild emblems again :I
8/10 Really like the way the name flows off of the tongue.
Mine is Cutthroat Justice. Ranger of the Order of Whispers.
