So I’m not surprised that kitten happened. And there is no guarantee that this will not happen again.

I honestly dont get how you manage to cause a bug of such a magnitude, that it modifies the soulbinding state of random item objects, in any bag but the main one, for a given player.
adding a new item shouldnt do that. Nor should it happen if you didnt do massive changes to the whole item/inventory backend.
bugs can be fairly random, but i surely havent seen anything odd like this before.
then again, while being a software-developer myself, I am basically clueless when it comes to the inner workings of games, let alone mmorpgs.
and yes, you cant cover every single, odd, specific combination with a test.
100% test coverage is hard to pull off.

Do you record the feed or are there other tools I don’t know?
After purchasing the Unbreakable Mining/Harvesting/Logging tool set I feel a bit ripped off. I was under the impression you could place them into a shared slot and they could be used infinitely for ALL characters on your account.
Instead the current mechanics force the player to equip them on ONE character.
Since most people in this game use multiply character (I personally have 13) you should be able to use this tools on all characters.
PLEASE: Create a way to place these tool in your shared slots and have them automatically be used without the need to be equipped.
It would be a simple change and would go far in improving the player experience.
Simply create a check which looks for the presence of an infinite tool in the player’s shared slot. If it finds the correct tool then it does not require that character to have a tool equipped when mining, logging, or harvesting.

I have bought 10 shared slots (much gems) and can’t auto share the tools in the shared slots
LoL same issue here. Tried to change it as well, wrote to customer support and all, got message from them that i attempted to hack my own account…. okkkkkkkk.
Are we going to be getting access to this wonderful set? It’s probably one of the nicest ones I’ve seen since the Incarnate set (my favorite) from years ago.

Yeah, I smell the grind after two hours. Navigate in vertical maps is meh (Verdant Brink).
BUT: Gliding is soo coool. Gliding in Tyria is even more cool. My little Asura girls are so happy

Now we are waiting for the grind.
Instead of actually grinding, just play the game naturally. If you follow the outpost chains in each outpost in HoT and just do them once, preferably with boosters, you’ll have almost all the masteries you need at the end of the day. Everything else will be optional.
It’s only bad because you haven’t really figured out how to do it. But lots of people have and many say it’s not as bad as the naysayers make it out to be.
So my first hours. At the moment I like it. Exploring the jungle with my Reve-Asura. This wonderful scenery and the music (!)
The story is … a little bit boring.
The fights are hard but okay.

LOL That’s rich. No they most definitely weren’t removed for being sexist. They were removed because every time we went into a review of serious story content and you’re supposed to be having really weighty conversations about Tyria-shaking, monumental decisions you and your team were making…oops, is this boring? Why am I yawning, and kicking the ground like I’d rather be ANYWHERE else? It happened so often that the only real way to address that feedback was to pull them out, because unfortunately our tools don’t provide us designers with a way to throttle back only specific animations.
Lame. It doesn’t make sesne that one gender of one race had them removed, when a lot of these idle animations don’t have a place in serious situations. None of them too actually. So they all should be removed right? Just give them back please.
