My plan B as always: Have and play all classes. Could not care less what happens to a class, there is always an answer.

I am pure solo unranked players and Roamer. Currently I am testing the healing abilities on suitability for my style of play. The Medi Kit is excreted in the first round. ^^
Here is always raved about the tower, so far I can not agree. I just can not do the necessary action from setting to Pickup while moving. I always have an extra stop to serve the tower optimally.
Is this just my clumsiness? If not, what do you do with a Heal to which one has to stop?

Thief or Mesmer. Stealth gives you the chance to choose your battles themselves.
I am absolutely not a fan of premade vs pug and pure soloplayer. But I’ve seen for weeks no premade more. I do not understand why this is so different.

I find no Shadow Trap in the build. But would not that bad. The skill generates 15 stacks Might. In PVP I use to always, is nothing better for mobility.

We have 160 people. If some choose to Gloriuos track that works for the maintenance costs, I think.
It makes a lot of sense in that you go in with a set build and not be able to switch up during mid game because you’re up against a certain comp.
It is possible to change the Toon during the match, why not the build? I see no logic. Especially since it’s also possible to switch with Toons the build. I have, for example, a PU and a Shatter Mesmer. So I can always change my Build anyway.

what am I supposed to do against burning guard and lots of D/D eles with the meta build from metabattle (Shatter)? Someone knows a better build perhaps?
PS: I can’t rely on guards or eles to cleanse the burning…

The advice to look for a premade I always find cute. I play up to 16 hours a day at all times, as happens to be the only possible solo. Premade play is for occasional gamers with little time. And who wants to have 16 hours a day, the shrill voices of teenagers over VOIP in the ear. Not me. And BTW: Pugging is always Teamplay.
Apart from that, yes Metabattle are pure Premade builds, totally unsuitable for solo players.
Solo as Roamer I would strongly recommend a PU Build with Traveller Runes. PU happens to have the advantage to determine the fighting itself. Traveller gives the necessary Mobility. Whether the build is then Power or Condi does not make much difference.

With premades? We allow people to request they play with 2 friends, but there are no full premades. It’s something we’re messing around with. We want it to be as enjoyable as possible, but any feedback is welcome.

The class with the highest skill cap is thief.
This is rather bad design. I am angry every time I play with my thief, pretty much all must be adjusted in the options, and when I then again another class play everything back. It sucks. All other classes will work with the same settings, only thief not.
Using staff is doing your team a disservice.
Learn to distinguish between games and reality. Here no one dies because you’re doing something wrong. Here you lose maybe a completely unimportant game that you have already forgotten after 10 minutes. Important therefore, always considered victory or defeat: YOUR Fun.
Your runes choice is totally scary for me. May well be that one or another rune brings a little more damage. But is it worth it for the price of zero mobility? I play no hot-join. Too hectic. But there is no reason to devalue it. It is a game mode that sure more people play as tournaments. It is more important than the pastime of a handful of elitists.

Even otherwise, those tiers are utter nonsense. Alone for Foefire I use several classes depending on the state of the game and the opposing team or own compilation. Power Ranger is the God of the graveyard, Power Necro with Lich is the best Lord killer. And so everything has weaknesses and strengths.

If you want to be esport , I assume that one of your goal is to make the most possible players watch your game . But what about people who just never see their classes represented . When I look at those matches , I expect to see people who are indeed way better than me play the class I main way better than I will never be able to play it . If you want to play a kittenty team , the game tells you clearly that this team is weaker X or Y team . But in gw2 Anet promoted the viability of all classes , which is a big lie . Won’t work simply because of the Personal story elements are built from it.
I have all 8 classes on 80 with Exotic Gear. None of my Toons ever saw the personal story or played at all PVE. No problem then.
BTW: This is not new. Already in GW1, it was possible to create a high-level Toon immediately.
