You can get them also from heavy lootbags

I noticed that heavy lootbags drop alot of these new boxes.

I have bought 250x heavy lootbags for 8g and got 35 boxes and that gave me 125 scraps.

Cost me total 20g to get 250 scraps for helmet.

Cost me 40g to buy from Gem shop chests.

Does the Gem shop chests have a chance for the golden ticket? Or do the normal boxes from PVE have a chance too?

I feel like im beeing robbed :P But hey! Should have done more research first right!

As the title says, i have tried to get into the new map but i can only see the loading screen.

Have to ALT+F4 to stop it.

Remove warrior from Spvp, problem solved :P

We had already build on upper lvl, but I was the only one and I got AOE on me. Everytime I wanted to rebuild in the tower.. they killed the blueprints even all the way in the back.

That’s why I was showing this.. We couldn’t build any defence AC. Even not all the way in the back.

They were with 20 ppl, and me and someone else were ‘Trying’ to defend our tower. But every arrow cart got destroyed from the outside by another arrowcart that we could not hit! lol

I thought AC was made for defence, but the attacking arrow cart wins..

Please fix

Well me thinking is maybe always in the bgin we hadding free servers for people was doing free. so becase of that is now all ranking broken and will think need some time to be better.

But there is always better server then other or the other server not win.

Everyone in WvW wants new maps right? Well that takes time, a lot of time! But what if?

What if Anet makes every map a different season, with some small modifications? That is a lot less work but it makes the WvW so diverse.

Example:

Winter border:

The whole lake is frozen with a few holes in the ice to come in and out, and the rest of the land it is all snow and frozen small rivers.

Summer EB :

Make it a little more sunny and drown the lake a little ( making small cliffs )

Fall border:

Make the trees more browny and add fallen leafs on the ground, nothing more.

Spring border: A lot of flowers and young critters around ( girls border )

You wont have to balance stuff a lot, players are happy to have different maps! Well technically they are the same but its a nice change.

What do you guys think of this idea?

Och i was going today to a supply camp, and suddenly a thief popped up.. hit and stealth hit and stealth etc etc.. eventually he killed me but i was certain he was still there.

So I bought a stealth trap, and went back to the same cross over spot.. and guess who popped out of stealth again.. so I putted endure pain on and build my stealth trap on me ( hit and run thief always run miles away to re cooldown ) he came back.. hitted me and hit the stealth trap too.

And ye he went away, but he stopped in his stealth field.. pin down, 100 blade and he was downed.

Was fun! Then he did a party invite and guess what he says :" Stupid noob "

haha and he went out. Awesome stuff! XD

Agree, you cant even learn a good 5v5 with your character, and if you goto hot join you are fighting in a team deathmatch.. nobody cares for a bit structure, they just want to kill ppl :P

I am done with Spvp, gave it a good shot though but failed. WvW is where the fun and action is now.

Desolations is the best server, even if we have pugs that run around without heads!

I dont want necromancers to be nerfed or something like that, i just want the warrior act more like a warrior and can be a force when he is on the battlefield and not that he needs to hide in every peek corner to spot a weak opponent for the last hit. Or stand on a high cliff to AOE them with a longbow.

Warriors are when they are affected by boon removal, remove might, stability the most targeted professions because of the insta down rate, making them nice ressing points for the enemy down state players.

The F1 skill trait to remove boons equal to your adrenaline bar is a good idea to give warriors more of a condition removal, but if you use a sword’s F1 skill you stand still and you are again a stale not moving sitting duck.

Longbow on the other had has the mobile F1 condition removal and that works awesome in comparison as before.

Yes i need to learn Spvp as a warrior, but sometimes it feels more like a study to get it right.

Well i dont know if u guys ever play Spvp these days.. but there is Always atleast 2 in one team.

Now u go make a warrior and try to play and have fun, instead of responding like a total kitten like the rest of the replies.

Also the whole Spvp are bunch of kittens, when u ask something the anwsers are.

Nah i have tried this with stability, they get insta removed and replaces my other boons to condis every 5 seconds.

I am done with Spvp i give up. I am going to play WvW and lets hope they fix the warrior one day.

Look i dont like playing other classes then a warrior, and thats my good right.

But how to kill him? I have sword/shield longbow. With 3 signets.

This guys places full stack of conditions on me that already do 30% of my HP melt away, and then he has his 5 minions around him making him very hard to target. And if you get a little closed he rips away your stability and fears you 24/7 and then i die because i cannot remove anymore conditions.

If there is even one in a team i am useless as hell. And this annoys the crap out of me..

Does anyone in ArenaNet spvp team ever plays Warrior and has done a fight vs a necro in company with a guardian?

Please make something for warrior so he is 50% less damage from conditions or give him signet.. Cannot be feared as passive and 3 condi remove as active.

Serious, i wanted to pick up on Spvp again because of all the new stuff.. but giving necro torment is another nightmare for a warrior… U really think we can stand still? press /sit and wait until it goes away?

We have constant 6 conditions on us, we get focussed because we dont have defencive abilities for longer then 3 seconds ( shield, endure pain).

I stand from range, shooting my longbow pew pew pew.. yay i 300 fire dmg and give some might.

I am a warrior, i want to fight IN the fight and move around without beeing punished to fight! I want to play warrior please.

Complaining about blobbing is completely, utterly pointless because:

a) every server seems to do it in this state of the game if they have the numbers
b) ppl only seem to see the other server blobbing – not theirs
c) the argument that you are only forced to blob because the evil other server is doing it, is childish at best.

I can assure you, players do indeed exist from here, who hate blobbing too (maybe not on Elona :-P ) . As a side note – I also absolutely hate (Sauer)Kraut!

Hmm this was not a blob, this was just a guild with some random pugs.. But yes i agree, you guys were outmanned.

A blob is everything on the map combined in one PC destroying machine rampaging over the map.. not letting the other server press skills because of skill lag. Thats a blob

The finishing move does not finish off people when under the effects of skill lag. Very frustrating while having the vengeance trait equiped as warrior.

Please fix.

Seems only night times its fun to play Guildwars 2.

My list.

1. Skill lag in WvW.
2. PVE culling.
3. Sometimes too easy ( They keep improving it, they are on the right track )
4. Lack of WvW content

For the rest its a great MMO.

Guys we are the nr 1 world server from GuildWars 2 ( in Arena Net’s eyes ) We are fighting months in a row the TOP tier servers.. They keep putting us up vs 2x FR servers.. now 2x DE servers!!

WvW is just the lowest priority in the game, even Spvp lobby gets a re-skin on an event. WvW Gets nothing.

Its more what the Devs want instead of what the players want.. but ye, who listens anyway huH

I understand his problem, i like to start the game without using the trade broker to buy gear. But in lower levels the gear drop rate is very minimum.. It is so hard to find a single piece of equipment for your toon, but on lvl 80 you find greens every 10 seconds.. but then they are useless.

I think lower lvl zones need a better gear drop rate, so a new player can also learn and get new weapons while they lvl. Most new players dont know there is a TP or dont even know where he is.

I have encoutered this with my brother ( who doesnt play much MMO ) he had no idea what weapon he should use, and was equiping a bow from lvl 5 to 25 and i told him he could use other weapons, and that he could use the TP to get new gear every 10 lvls.

First deal with the skill lag please one step at a time.

Ye well thats why i say to the pug groups, that im roaming between 2 points and support damage as much as i can.

Now won 3 pug matches in a row, i was also fighting a team that ive seen on twitch a few times.. Made in Meta. I was like in chat, i seen you ppl on streams!

When i have to jump on a small platform and that big portal is right in my face ( while the camera zooms in my face ) is irritating yes. Cant even look around normal with all these effects.

Then give us a wooden sword, and only press attack to kill the mobs, the whole portalling and swiftness trolls are annoying me.

Please Anet, please remove skills from the jumping puzzles.. It is so annoying to see portals all the time, or players giving swiftness in mid- air.

More frustration then fun with other players spamming their effects and skills.

Alright, i am really liking this setup but its all based in what kind of team your playing. It doesnt work well with hot joins, because everyone is just playing death match there.

I have tried 4 pug tourneys and on one team the Engineers and guardians did a fine job on protecting the nodes and not roaming around and we ended up winning 500 – 200 or something.

The other pug tourneys the engineers were only roaming around, making me useless.

Seems warrior is very team dependent, like the enemy try to get guardian/engineer of the point right? And with me as longbow warrior i give the guardian more blasts and i blind and immo from distance. That works awesome.

I have been trying to look for a party in Spvp, but i couldnt find anye to try out this build in a team based fight.

Yes when i see one burst thief comming at me, i can handle him.. But when i just helped my team mates on a node and i want to get out because the enemy is overwhelming me… i try to escape so i can do damage from range again.

But when a thief is chasing me, and i have only like 12k health left and my shield is on cooldown im almost certainly dead.

And a question. What is suppose to be my role as this warrior.. support damage?

Alright i have tried the longbow + sword,shield build. And it actually is pretty fun to play but..

It is useless vs thiefs… when they target me, and i hear.. TICK TICK TICK 4k,5k,5k dead

they go stealth and finish me.

For the rest, ye its pretty fun to play with it.

But with the same playstyle, a thief has more damage, and more survivability.

Warrior is really useless.

Another note:

Its just too hard to learn for a casual. ( my opinion )

Spvp is not for me, it just feels rushed

PS: Why invest so much effort while only a few ppl play Spvp and there are ALOT more in WvW and that doesnt get attention.

Anet if u make an MMORPG, its not your personal preference, you should invest resources on what THE player likes.. and the player doesnt like Spvp because its for only the PRO players.

Hello any Spvp Developer, how about you give me a build for warrior.

I have tried so many, and i like to play my warrior. But i feel so useless, i have nothing like other classes like thiefs ( invisblity ) mesmer ( clones ) necros ( deathshroud) ranger ( pets ) guardian ( ultra survivabilitys )

Think about it, what does a warrior have? Exactly we dont have a second mechanic, so you guys tell me how i build my warrior.
