Hey im not a big Spvper but sometimes i like to play it, but as usual after a few matches i get the endless loading screen.. i wait for a long time, but then i eventually need to ctrl alt del it. Is this happening alot?

My suggestions,

1. Add new WvW gear just for WvW in the game, with stats that are made for pvp and give them multiple gear slots.

Example: Warrior Armor (name) base stats.. (3 open slots)

U can put in.. Fire resistance rune 5%, 5% greatsword resistance, 5% more hp

The gear can only be obtained randomly and also with random slots from other players. This way you can build multiple armor types for different situations, but yes you can be overpowered vs some other class that doesnt have vs your class.. but hey thats the charm, human nature everyone wants to be better.

Here comes the money making for Anet.

Sell extra armor slots ( up to 4 slots in an armor etc.) in the gem shop, great money making.

2. King election system, make a system where you can vote your favorite commander on the last day of the last wvw week for king. The king has his own characters skills but he has a whole new 5 row traits wich he can use to.. heal a group, give them might etc etc.. do something crazy

3. Fix the culling.

Those things will really increase the player base in every wvw server im sure of that, ppl wont get bored because they dont know wich armor will drop for them if they kill another player

What is trolling about this? I just like wandering in Lions Arch talking to people from my own server, but i dont want to wait 10-30 minutes to get in there. Maybe your server doesnt have people walking there, but in mine i enjoy that.

Also i do believe they could have put the dungeon in another town, and i dont understand why you people dont agree with me. Its not a rage complaint about this, i just think its annoying.. thats all.

And no im not in a hurry, just go online talk to friends, show off my Sunrise. Whats wrong about that.

Hmm i like to roam around in LA in my own server, but i only get in the overflow. So i log out very fast cause its boring. Wish you could put the dungeon in some other town ( so that ppl come there too ) cause i enjoyed the chit chat in LA, but now.. thats gone too.

Hey since a week or so i had 2 times random freeze of the client, it just stops and i need to ctrl alt del _ end task to quit the client. I never had this before, and i didnt install any new hardware or software.

Anyone else have this issue?

The woman and guard in the cinematic movie of Stealing Secrets (30) were bold lol, i dont think thats intended right?

Hmm maybe its intended to not buy it from the TP, but that there is a bug that you can sell it to the TP.

In the trading post, you keep seeing the search circle but nothing happends.

Because i want them cheaper and maybe someone bought to many of them and want to sell them.

For me its like this;

Sparks for charged lodestones: 1x in 2 hours ( if i keep it up )
Champions: blues or nothing
Orr chests: blue and greens
Fractals lvl 1 – 4: yellows!
Fractals lvl 4 – 9: greens and blues

My only way to make money is to work with the trading post. I hope Anet does realise that you need tons of gold in this game to get a legendary.. the Lodestones cost lots of money! (150g for 100 atm) The pre-c is still the same price (200 for sunrise).

So ye, anyone know where we can make some gold while we play the game instead of the TP? :P

When i press Bottle of Elonian Wine in trading post it keeps on searching and searching and never stops. Does anyone else have this problem too? Its my third day this is happening.

I needed to buy my dawn long long hours into it.. but hey some guy with an trial account got it from the chest. 3 hours play for him, 600+ hours for me

But what can you do right?

Ye its web based, and i think they are still working on the TP.. cause sometimes you see no letters at all

Even if you have a one of the best rigs, the game is just poorly optimized and works is on a bad port ( just like prototype 2 ) i thought my card was bad too, i contacted their support and they never told me to wait. So i bought a new card, and sometimes it works with a steady 60fps, and in other situations it drops to 10.

They still need to optimize the game, but i dont think they are honest about it.

Hmm ive played it on difficulty 1 and on 2, both succes. And i didnt had a DC

The event started a bit sceptic.. loads of lag, and all.

But

This new dungeon is just so beautyfull! I have done it on difficulty 1 and 2 so far, with pugs and the scenery was so awesome! In the night in the snow storm! with torches!

In the swam, to reflect his beam! with those things! The jump stuff! You seriously made it very great! Never had such a good time in a dungeon as this one two, three, four.. how many dungeons are in this one? lol

Keep this road up, and you cant fail.. Good job guys!

Reinstall your graphics driver, try it and you will see.

Hey guys and girl and Quaggans!

I have posted my question about my problem in numerous tech forums, and nobody could help me out.. or they stopped replying to my post! Argghh!

Here is my situation;

When i play the game GW2 the game loads, and im in town but when i turn around.. i get a stottering feeling ( I know i just loaded in and the game needs a bit time ) but after 10 min of playing and i want to fast turn, i still get that stottering!

Now comes the fun part;

When i ’ re-install ’ the newest drivers for my video card and i start GW2.. the game explodes in a massive fast FPS rate, i turn around very fast.. i can do jormag dragon event with 25 FPS!

And here is the problem

The next day i want to login to GW2, and the situation comes back with the stottering -_-, and after reinstalling the same newest drivers of my video card the problem is gone again!

I have the same problem and fix on prototype 2 (uses bad port i know ) , but not on other games.

GTX 560 Ti is my card ( i had the problem too with ATI card ) so i dont think its my card.

Does anyone know what the problem can be?

Hey maybe its me but i noticed a more poor rendering of other people and NPC’s in Lions Arch. It was bad before, but it seems it has become worse.

For a game that wants to be social and its about looking nice, you expect some faster rendering, i dont see people stop for 2-3 seconds to render them in.

Hope you guys are still working on this, it just gives a very desolate feeling in all the towns!

Yea well, i dont know what ArenaNet is gonna change next man.. I have asked them if i will lose all my hard earn money or not, and they never replied to me. My friends ingame told me to sell the Dawn asap, because Anet makes a sort of scavagening hunt to gain a pre-curser ( how i wouldnt know ) but for me its just too unclear. I had it but ye i sold it now, maybe good maybe not

I have sold my Dawn, im too scared to lose such an amouth of money ( its what i need for my mats anyway ) cause those mats cost around 250g total! And what about those Lodestones? will they get a better drop rate too? Like 5% from champion bosses or so? That would be better for Orr farming too

I have died 1500+ times and it still makes me rage haha, i think i just dont like losing

I am listing all my items every day with a cost of 10g! It hurts if you check 10 min later to see 5 ppl are already selling it 5 coppers cheaper

Ive made over 700g so far with flipping stuff, and im a casual player.

Bahh i want my old Desolation back with fun fights and people in WvW. On EU times we are always outnumbered and nobody is on.. Sometimes there is a nice scrimage, but overall the action starts around 0:00.

Well hope we fall down alot of places end of the week, and have fun battles again, not zerg vs zerg v choo choo train

First i want to ask if culling is the same as rendering, like you can only see this set number of people in a certain radius right? Because if you can see more, your computer needs much better hardware ( and thats not what Anet wants i guess ).

So why not render all enemy players the same, like Norn all the same size.. and all the enemy armor just 1 type of armor, this will what i believe really help in this issue.

~ Less strange models to load
~ Less different armors to load

Cause whos paying attention to the enemy armor right?
And who care if you see a super large norn etc.

Opinions plz! Just trying to help here :P

Shark still bugged on Desolation server

I have an idea what makes wvw more special, and makes ppl continues playing it.

Make items drop in WvW with special extra stats like up to 4 random extra stats on a piece.

Example : lvl 80 chest with the standart bonus.. toughness, vit,precison, but then with:

10% greatsword resistance
2000 extra hp

or
Example: Greatsword

10% strong vs thiefs
5% sword resistance
5% chance of poison hit

Etc Etc

Those stats on items can go up to 4 ( random on drop )

Then add in the gem shop.

Add stat: 200 gem (random stat)
Change stat: 200 gem (random stat)

But only do this for wvw. This way ppl will fight in wvw and trying to find the best balanced wvw pvp fighting gear. So more ppl in wvw, means more epic matches.

What you guys think about it ?

Ye i mean with drop rates ofcourse, the more it drops the less it price will be :P

But ok i will see what happends, i will hang on to it for now, cause i put effort in it.

And something else, how about the charged loadstones? They almost cost 3g each now too, and you need them for legendary too.. thats a cost of 400g too. You change that price too?

Catrenna, i complain when i want, maybe you say yes to everything what ppl do or tell you but i dont, i have an opinion about this and i DO know that its crazy to get this amount of gold for the Dawn, but i did it! took me so long you cant even emagine.. Thats why im ’ Asking ’ So not even really complaining-

I dont think its worth the 260g, but i watched the market.. first 50g then 100g etc etc, so i thought.. ok i have the 260g i have to buy it now or it will only go up more.

Im ok with the changes, but compensation for the players who spend hours on it should be thought about it too.

Its just i dont want to lose 200g in 2 weeks time, where i did my best to obtain such an amount of money in 2 months

I know everything drops in an online game, but when a company changes the item to a different price, its not fair for the players who put all their hours in it. If it changes by normal economy.. so be it, you wont hear me complain.

But as i said before, i hear rumors.. Thats why i want an offical reply for my concern, i think i have the right for having just a reply right?

Hi i recently bought a Dawn with loads and tons of hours, and also using ingame gems for 260g!

I was proud getting this far and finally got that piece of the legendary!! Wohoo right?!

But what do i read now? People tell me, sell your Dawn man! Sell it! But im like, why?

Because Anet changes price? I dont know what to do now. Sell or keep.

Can any dev please, and serious please tell me what i need to do now? If i see it on the next patch its worth 50g or so, you just robbed me 210g!

So please, i know you probally dont care about my problem and my concern, but i want to know what the change is so i can still sell it and dont lose to much money.

Ye its not stucked in the wall, the big shark with the SP just swims around with 2 juvenile sharks and 1 juvenile just ‘sits’ around and does not move.

Ah so they mean in PVE the dissapearing of ppl in town, when you step up a stairs? Well that would make the game much sociable and fun

VS finally took our keep in EB, what a fun fight that was.. our keep full of holes, beeing trebbed constantly, they kept on pushing and pushing.. but wave after wave died trying.. in the end they camped our spawn ( i tried flanking them ) but i kept on calling for ppl and nobody responded, maybe 1 or 2.

People still think they can kill ballistas head on :P

Well i understand why they want to change the way a pre-c can be obtained, but they surely need to compensate the players that worked very hard for one, or especially for the players that have spend real life money on gems to convert them into gold. But guys come on, every MMO with a gold currency have rich and poor ppl, and there is always a luck factor in these games.

Yes there are ppl that buy gold from botters, but is that our problem? The people that spend many hours in it:? No, the bots is A-nets problem. So dont punish the fair players, or as some posts before they say they are gone? Well im gone then too, cause spending hours getting this far and to see young games cry about the difficulty lol.. ive played Metin 2, and ive spend 3 years to get my stuff!

Do what you have to do A-net, but u also have to compensate

Hmm and what about the ppl that worked dam hard to earn such an amount of money, and or have spend real money on gems to convert them to gold? Will those ppl get a refund? Its cool that you changed its price but then you also must step up.. watch the ppl from Trading Post who bought a pre-c and refund them the gold.

If you dont do that you stole their money, i know it sounds harsh but its the truth.

Also it is not so hard to earn that amount of gold, some ppl are just to lazy to figure out how to make money.. just work with the mystic forge and you guys can make a profit.

Please ArenaNet for the love of some ppl that like challenges, do not make all items ingame freebies, cause if the pre-c gets worth 50g or so? You bet i be mailing you guys for a refund.

Today the issue is still here in the Desolation server, i will be doing something else thats ok. But can you give a time estimate when the team looks at it or something? So i dont have to check everyday, like a day or a week or month? thanks

The skillpoint in Desolation server @ Sparkfly Den Map @ Stone of Hazaan Point of intrest does nothing.

Its a shark that suppose to do Skillpoint.

Please can you fix it, im almost full world completion and this one is my last SP.
