I cannot find the bunny ears in the wardrobe to preview.

Is this a bug?
If you have them are they there and under what name?
Does this mean anet probably wont reintroduce them unless the wardrobe is fixed?

How much must I do to get the season 2 rewards?

Do I just need to pop into a wvw map and thats it? or do I need to get 10/10 of those achievements?

Will the ascended accessories, trinkets, rings, amulets, and back pieces be account bound with the upcoming patch, or is it restricted to just weapons and armour?

You shouldn’t look at the colour of a server being something that is tied down to raitings.

If matchups are determined by server ratings that are so close then playing only one or two colours is unbalanced / unfair as this would mean the winning server has the advantage if any in location. If you have a full rotation then equal and fair play happen over time across all colours.

Right now as it stands it doesnt feel like its being determined by raiting or random roll but by a monkey on a one or two button keyboard. BG the server that is/was second in raiting according to those sites you linked never gets a chance to play all the colours in many many weeks if not months.

BG cannot be red (to much rating difference, you cannot roll down). It will likely stay blue, but there is a small chance getting green.

But currently red has a tick around 50. Should be to difficult to get anything you need. Ask your commander in voice-chat, and most likely he will help.

BG has been blue/green for months now and a rotation system that gives these servers who have to face each other 99% of the time a chance at some variation would be such a fresh breath of air imo.

Some people like to socialize and it can easily lead into a snowball effect. A safety net by Anet would be nice to protect some of these users like Mr Tom Lin over there.

There was a big thread on this a few months back, with some Dev responses. I don’t remember what ever became of the issue. But, the Devs are aware that some people would like a change.

I have a suggestion that involves changes to the Friends/Contacts/Blocked list.

It is simply to give more control to the individual player to be able to remain unseen by others when pertaining to the location and other information that can currently be viewed even when a player is online or off by strangers.

In its current state any player can add anyone else without their express permission and be able to see their current location and thus be able to stalk, follow, and harass them in game. This shouldn’t be the case and should be changed to allow for a confirmation before allowing other players to have this information on anyone else.

Playing as a commander in WvW brings up a spotlight onto my characters and there have been many issues with other players having my I.D. and other information. Knowing when I log on, what map I’m on and playing conflictingly to that of what I want when I try to do something in WvW or elsewhere isn’t something I want others to be able to do so easily with just an add to the friends list. Even when I block people, players are able to find my map, then click on my character, see my account I.D. and knowing it’s me play in a counterproductive way in my vicinity which although elaborate should be fully avoidable.

When I log onto the game I want to be able to chat with my friends freely and allow them to do the same when replying. This requires me to be online, but being online will allow others to instantly see where I am and allow the floodgates to be opened to those that do not like me and their guild members, friends, and random strangers they want to pull against me.

Some of the things I want to see changed;
- Remove the followers list
- Add friendship accept functionality
- Hiding account ID’s from other players
So you can play freely on alts
- Remove location viewing for offline contacts in the games current state of offline activity
- Be able to sign into the game invisible and not online
- No one should be able to see your account name without you giving permission
- When you block someone they should not be able to see you online or your location

These issues do not just apply to commanders but to other players who are in guilds as well. Some guilds require you to always represent them and to do missions / guild runs with them. Having privacy like this would allow players to be able to not feel obliged when logging on to play how others deem correct.

I am sure there are other players out there that want these changes as the friends/followers list does not really do anything other than keep track of people even though its not mutual.

they should change 2 times every 3 weeks so that each team can face the other on different colours.

Is there a way to make it so that the mini map does not realign with the player icon on the map?

In WvW I try to move the map to look at other locations but it often times moves back to my location.

What happened to the trait, did it disappear or get nerfed?

My goal is to be able to run into an enemy WvW zerg and stay in it for as long as possible and then get out alive.

I’m looking for some opinions and input on how to change the build to give more survivability.
Perhaphs mix gear or a different trait setup as an example.
If there are any other builds that accomplish what I am asking that’d be great also.

In competitive gameplay like PvP and WvW chat macros give an advantage over people who have access to such programs, making them more desirable for the team / as a commander.

with the macro one could alert team members to enemy movements faster or direct people to certain areas quicker.

imo if you wanted to achieve an absolute level playing field they should not be allowed.

Make the boosters purchasable through badges just like in PvP where the boosters are purchasable through glory!

just want to update and say still no fix.

i’ve been in a back and forth with the ticket support people and have tried many things; sending game advisor tests every email, reinstalling graphics drivers, turning off external programs using msconfig, relocating and repairing the gw2 folder and its contents.

if anyone can chime in please do, it is disheartening to see that anet doesnt seem to look into this forum often. not one recent post on the front page.

As a host of a custom arena I would like to see some interface that allows me to see the server population in the arenas I have up, say in the PVP tab somewhere. It’d let me manage them better from out of the mists.

Also I’d like to see the ability to make people admins of the server, like in the guild interface. One host cannot keep all the trolls/afkers out 24/7 and being able to delegate the responsibility would help keep the integrity of the servers imo.

The only problem i see with this is being able to see traits because some people have worked hard to get there build to where it is and don’t want to publish it to the whole community.

Players have the option to play in rooms where spectating is not allowed so they dont have to worry about that issue.

Not being able to kick spectators causes a problem when say a bunch of people just spectate and leaves the room with only a couple people left, effectively killing the custom arena.

The problem with that is that if their custom arena is full (meaning they didn’t even reserve a spot for themself) the owner can’t even play in the arena he is paying for until someone leaves.

With the advent of 20-man rooms regardless of custom arenas I don’t see a problem with the people who own their personal ones reserving themselves and a friend a spot.

AHhh, what im saying is that it should let the room get filled to 20/20 by people not on the list, then if someone on the members list wants to join the program will just kick the last person or whoever and make room for said person on the list. All this instead of keeping it 19/20 or less all the time.

I think they should change this, let the room be full and then if one of those reserve members join then kick one person out. Keeps the games at the 20 limit or w/e you want it to be in the beginning and allows your friends to play.

Give the option for the host/admins to kick spectators also. Some just watch for games on end and there is no recourse.

Do they take up space so absolutely no one can join(19/20 till member player joins)?

Right now in its current state defending has no benefits over attacking.

I would prefer to lose a T3 tower and trade it for a T1 tower anywhere else on the map. This strategy would allow me to net 300 wxp, 150wxp from the T1 tower initially and then another 150wxp from the tower my team has just lost.

All the rewards come from take take take.
