Today I learned that Germans don’t like kittens (weird picture in my head with a German angry at a kitten). Thanks Anet!

On a serious note, when I first saw the filter I thought people talking about something being so kitten was some sort of new meme that I wasn’t aware of until I saw it where more flagrant swear words would normally show up.

Sounds like a server issue. This happening to you all the time or is it just happening right now?

I’m running similar (less RAM), diabluz. I’m getting about 20ish at max (Shadows on high, not ultra). It got rid of the stuttering problem I was having in Windows 7 with only a minor frame rate hit.

I got about a 5 fps drop but the stuttering I got under Windows is gone. The later was more annoying so I’m happy. Hope they continue to improve it.

Alternatively, you can use FunctionFlip to flip F1-4 to function keys and keep the rest (e.g. volume) as the special keys.

Not the best compromise if you use those four special keys regularly but it may help some people.

Another work around is to go into the System Preferences > Keyboard (panel) > Keyboard (tab) > Show Keyboard & Character Viewer in menu bar (checkbox)

Then you go to the Input Menu (by the clock) and you select the keyboard viewer or the character viewer.

Worked in my instance.

Don’t trash your Bootcamp partition just yet. This is a port using Transgaming’s Cider framework, not a native app. Performance will likely be significantly better using Bootcamp.

Especially while it is in beta.

Would I like them to move away from Cider? Sure. I’m happy with this though (more than some other games which either get a Cider port in the twilight years if at all).

Happened to me three times in a row during the Skrit stealing shiney event at Invariant Base. It happened anywhere along the path whenever the large group was fighting. Only other times were in WvW.
