What are they doing about account security?
Do they continue on splitting more skills into pvp and pve versions?
How soon there will be improvements for neglected professions and their buggy mechanics? When will they fix the bugs which came with the last big patch?
Can they focus on improving pve mechanics (related to professions and their skills)?

Yeah, there is a big problem with security right at the moment..
I am not sure about purchased gems. When I remember it correctly there was a person who bought gems and did not receive them, another person traded ingame gold into gems and did not get them. Whereas the second person was not refunded with the gems, the first one did receive the gems after contacting support.
So giving you your with real life money purchased gems should not be a problem.
The question is whether they would do it, because you already had them, unfortunately got hacked and lost them with the hack. Maybe they will say that you owned them before and they cannot give it to you twice. (Which doesn’t make sense.. but you know.. ^^)

Another question would be: Wasn’t it announced that there would be a minimal chance that these miniatures would drop in the world over the weekend?

With the occuring bug (obviously it has to be a bug) that loot got worse after the patch, I am wondering if there is anyone out there who just found the mini ingame from an enemy…

Yeah, I am not sure what they are thinking. They could make a lot of money, if they offer them in the gem shop.

I think there are minimum two bugs, one that did reduce loot/ drops instead of increasing and the second one that mf does not work properly.

Maybe, if it is not easily to fix, you should quickly update the ingame achievement description and tell the player they have to stay in zone and it will reset if you log out.
They should prove your theory wrong!
Unfortunately, there is a little truth in it. But I really hope they won’t behave that way you described above. I just don’t want to believe it.

There was another thread which disappeared yesterday. It contained the same topic and that a lot of players felt loot reduction instead of improvement and drop increase.
I could not read it again (because I was sleeping as the thread disappeared magically), but I was informed that there was an “official” statement saying the loot/ drops were accidentally reduced than increased after the patch.
Well, as there is no option to have a look into the thread and that statement (it is not just closed and neither did I receive a message that it would have been merged into another thread nor can I find my post listed under my message overview in my profile), I am just wondering, if they really messed up with the loot, someone came and said “Yes, we did that.” and wasn’t supposed to do that and so the other thread vanished into thin air..
Yeah, and overall we are treated badly.
I think they forgot to make spaces in the chest for these. Don’t think that it will stay that way..
If they want more comments, why aren’t they rereading the closed and moved lost shore forum? (Maybe they are, but who can know that? They just closed and moved it, without saying anything.)
There is a lot of feedback in it, but it seems that will be forgotten.

It’s not too late for you, Anet. There are some people left you can care for.
(Whoever told you to act like you did over the last month was totally wrong!! Get a new business and marketing consultant and get rid of the nonplayer/ noncustomer related behaviour. -.- You need to address and care for your lovely customers, you really need to do that. Every business that will last long on the market has to mind that.
So give us customers reasons for still loving you and the game!! → That leads to happy players that will spend a lot of money to support you.

We need to be rewarded:
- with fun
- with playable and enjoyable content
- with loot
- sometimes with a bigger “end reward”
It’s like bread and circuses, you need to keep us entertained, motivated and happy.
In return you will get more money from us, sometimes it is so easy.
I am sitting around, waiting that the event will finish. I cannot participate due to lags. And yeah, it’s annoying, too.
