Soloing Hills, Keep Lord.
Unfortunately, after around 10 minutes, and getting him to 50%, he kept using his heal and my DPS wasn’t good enough to get him lower than that.
Still, was amazing. Reminded me Liadri.
So yeah. The most fun I’ve had in WvW in a long time.
Have you had similar experience?
What if it took a slight time to become completely invisible, like one second?
Ranger seems to be extremely dull and boring profession, in my opinion, I got my ranger to level 30 and was so bored of the whole play style I deleted it. That bow shooting sound was just annoying.
Reminds me how racial skills are still bad even more than a year after the release.
Shadow Form
Sliver Armor
Alright then, I guess Necro isn’t that great for trolling.
Anyway, Which is/will be the best Zerg Necro build after the next big patch?
Could anyone give me the link to build, would really appreciate.
Living Story is more comparable to DLC than a Expansion pack, a small DLC.
Hey Josh, just wondering, what software are you using to make word cloud?
Look at the WvW loading screen. What do you see?
The problem is people are being toxic in a starter area for the most common race.
New players get impression this is what GW2 is about.I currently think, that the train is perfect to newcomers. It’s showcasing the Endgamecontent and WvW very well.
This.

That’s correct. GW2 end game is grinding.
Yeah, the Staff is great and all, against zergs spamming conditions (running 0/20/0/20/30 build), but its just boring.
Got my Necro to lvl 80 with crafting and scrolls an I just can’t seem to find a way to enjoy it – my main characters are all Melee – Guardian, Warrior and Thief.
The most fun skill so far i’ve found is Spectral Walk – jumping of the cliffs and teleporting back just before you’re about to hit the ground.
Something fun and annoying, like Fear spam or something.
Mainly for small group roaming/guild zergs.
I find the regular Staff Necro mind numbingly boring.
At least you dont have to depend on random scrubs when playing instanced content – cant play properly – kick. I’m not saying I’m the best player ever, but if you’re unable to read chat to know what to do or don’t want to download TS for coordination or lack the skill level, then I don’t want to play with you.
The concept of these encounters is decent, but I’m not willing to spend 2 or more hours changing overflows, raging on bad players and just generally waiting.
Alright, lore aside, lets speculate: will the final chapter of the Living Story be massive zerg and lag fest too?
I’d love to see updated day and night cycles, and more weather effects, but not going to happen, it would require too much work and you can’t sell it in gem store.
I just don’t like the Living Story. I don’t want to be forced to play content because it will be soon gone or the new events/zones dead. I’d rather have an expansion which I can play at my own pace.
I think the better question is why is it called Guild Wars 2 when it has absolutely nothing in common with the first game. Why even make a sequel?
And we have a winner.

All these people who are saying that they’re enjoying open world raiding, lets see how many of them are still playing the new worm bosses a month from now.
If Tequati was Hardcore Instance, you’d see LFG in Search tool all the time.
Give them Dredge fractal instead.
Make the Clown Car spawn x10 times more monsters than on high lvl fractals.
Liadri is the best of the 3.
Winning or failing depended on your skill not some random clueless rallybot pugs.
As the title implies, do you like open world zerging? Or would you rather prefer instanced content?
Some or everyone?
you mean like this
Where did you get that?
Now with the update 2 the fight will take 5 second longer. The horror.
The skill is horrible, both in PvP and PvE.
I rather use Shelter in PvP, and Heal Signet in PvE.
GW2 is more of a WoW clone than a GW1 was.

You can’t compare Living Story to Game Of Thrones.
Living Story and its Hello Kitty writing level is clearly much more superior.
“I always see players on TC or BG you should guest” etc.
Why doesn’t the game tell this to new players when they install? That their gaming experience in GW2 will be a lonely one unless they pick from only 2 of the many supposed high population servers?
Because they want you to spend extra 20$ for a transfer.
? I did it on the first 5-10 attempts.
You should make a smiley face next time from those Trebs.
They should just shut down the servers when I stop playing.
Few days ago, I ran from lvl 75 zone to LA during the FA prime time (Very High Population) and didn’t see a single person on any of the maps.
Where can I read about the upcoming changes?
Don’t sell Tier 6 mats or ectos. Don’t spend karma. Save gold.
Even 400 gems is better than 800.
For example, you spend 250 gems, you get a chest via mail, you click on it and you have to option to chose the piece you want.
We should be able to buy a single armor piece from the set on Gem Store.
Make it 250 gems per piece or something.
Startedf making my Legendary back in late October.
Currently I have around 500G in bank (in materials).
I’m not grinding anything, I’m just playing the game, during 1-2 dungeons each day, dailies and WvW.
1057 totally since the headstart, ~2h/day.
Charged cores are already 2.2G.
People played UW and FoW for years in GW1, GW2 lacks good repayable content with well designed rewards.
FoW was okay to do once or twice. UW was probably a bit better. Those who ran it for years were the exception, not the rule. A tiny portion of the playerbase, standing around in the Temple of Ages, spamming for the new meta build that people could speed run it with.
Yawn.
While I do wish there was content for you, Anet knows how many people actually did that kind of thing. I’m guessing it wasn’t a popular as some people assume.
FOW and UW was played more actively than any other GW1 PvE content, that’s a fact, I still remember 6 districts at ToA.
It wasn’t just a small minority of the player base.
And even if you copy pasted the meta build for running Speed Clear, that didn’t grant you success alone. Bad players still failed countless of teams because of being terrible.
Why GW2 is avoiding elite/hardcore instances? Because they’re hypocrites and are still trying to convince people that GW2 is “different” from other MMOs when it’s clearly not.

Still no news or talking about Cantha even with 1800 posts on the official thread and majority of people asking it back.
Sad.
CDI threads won’t change anything, you can make your constructive criticism all you want. There have been tons of good well thought out threads before anything of this was happening with zero arena net replies or which were simply closed/locked.
UFO/Death Star, your typical Fantasy stuff.
FOTM has been the best update for me so far, too bad they haven’t been able to fix the rewards for more than a year now.
6 Stacks in bank from WvW.
