Yeah, GW1 2-3 years ago ToA always had 4-5 Districts while all the other regular missions 1 with no people at all.

And before people star accusing me, GW1 is THE ONLY other mmo I’ve ever played.

I don’t care for rewards, all I personally want is content that challenges me and my teammates. Epic scale content leaving your jaw open and leaves you with memories for all your life.

Here’s a suggestion.

ELITE MISSIONS (A.K.A casuals and noobs GTFO and go play your Hello Kitty)

Cost to enter for each person – 10G. Team size 12.
All monsters kill you in 4~5 hits, Berserker gear owners die instantly.
Tons and tons of coordination and teamplay, can’t be done without Team Speak or any other voice chat.
Lenght of the mission ~2-3 Hours.
No armor repair available, no Waypoints.
Dynamic monsters who dodge and don’t have 10000000000000000000000000000000000hp.
Takes actual skill to complete.

I can’t call myself a hardcore player who plays this game 12 hours a day neither am I a casual player who logs in for 1 hour in a month. I’ve played this game for like 400 hours totally sine the launch.

Few days ago I finally got all ascended gear, I have armor and weapons with the best upgrades/sigils/runes/whatever.

So here’s the question – what the hell am I supposed to do now?
Start a new character and grind everything again?
Grind for Legendary?
Play FoTM till I womit allover my PC screen?

Honestly, I can’t find a reason to log in anymore, this isn’t whining, I want to play I just can’t find the reason to.

How come I played GW1 for 3.5k hours and only got bored after the 5th year?
Perhaps PvP wasn’t as bad as in the GW2. Perhaps Elite missions were much more enjoyable than in GW2? Perhaps because GW1 felt much more alive than GW2 even with all the instances…

But, seriously, yeah, I’d love to have GW1’s skill system back…
Would be nice to be pure support guardian with 2 attacks, or berserker warrior with ONLY attack skills.

I find it funny – It’s easier to compare GW2 and WoW than GW1 and GW2.

Factions was the first game I bought.
I’d be extremely devastated if Arena Net really decided not to return to Cantha.

Also, remember, Kaineng already looked like a “modern city” for GW universe, maybe in 250 years they have evolved so far they already have huge modern skyscrapers…

I was trying to get my POI at KN’s Lowland Base, BL Map, while some people actually didn’t attack and allowed me to go in their base, some just straight attacked and killed me :

Here’s a suggestion.
Do something about the Vistas as POIs in WvWvW.
I’ve been literally unable to get last 4 points for 3 weeks now because our server is never on the green side.

If I remember correctly, I have 1 POI and Vista on KN side, Sunnyhill Tower, Can I get inside there somehow without actually owning the place? I’m up for anything.

So, 5th April 12-1AM EST.

Hey people, I’m from FA.
I don’t really care much who wins or what tier we are, I’m just here to ask if I can somehow get the POIs and Vistas on the KN side inside the forts/towers without taking them? Borderlands and Eternal Battlegrounds map.
Its fairly obvious at this point that there’s no hope for us anymore, I’ve been aready waiting 2+ weeks to be on the green side.

Yeah. Going back to the UW and FoW would be awesome.
Personally I don’t care why or how plot wise , I just want hard elite content and return to the place I spent around 1000 hours in GW1.

I hate crying like a little _ . But, honestly, this is already the second week when map looks like this.

We’re red. Eternal battlegrounds.
And, did I mention that I need the green side.

Easier said than done, we’re outmanned all the time and my guild is PvE oriented.

I mean, it’s not hard, its impossible. Like literary you can’t do anything but wait and hope you win and or get the right color when the reset happens.
Yesterday though, after reset I was unable to even join the WvW and was in a queue for for 30 mins.

It’s not challenging, its just ridiculous. Soloing level 84 Champion Boss is more doable than this.

Just -why?
Why is Arena Net forcing me to play their zergy WvW just to get 100% world explored?

Ok, it’s not that hard, I guess, but, only if your server is actually doing good and is winning.
For the past 2 weeks I’ve been unable to get last 4 Vistas for 100%, and sorry, it’s a total BS and it’s frustrating as hell. It’s literary un-doable at this point.

Do they expect me to buy gems to transfer to another server and then pay more to come back to my guild’s server?

What happened to all that “casual friendly” mentality? I don’t play WvW and sure as hell won’t be ever returning to it after I get 100%.
