I have dealt with the situation and ask that further instances of this be messaged to myself or Effek directly. We don’t post such things on the forums when they happen but rather address the appropriate leaders in private. AoS doesn’t condone exploits and never has, we are against them and any member intentionally exploiting is removed. Effek simply asked for some explanation as a screen shot of someone in said tower isn’t very much proof in itself there are a variety of ways it could have happened whether intentional or unintentional.

SoS and SBI have been fiercely competitive and very wonderful fights hope it stays this way and the fights continue til friday. And keep in mind we all are against exploiting the actions of one person doesn’t reflect the guild or server as a whole.

Jade Quarry was the original destination for a lot of small to medium sized DAoC / WAR guilds and tho a lot of them had to transfer off in the early days due to insanely long WvW queues, a large number stayed tight and helped keep our community awesome and RvR minded, maybe with a bit smaller #s these days.

I love seeing comments about how JQ hardly even needs our community TS anymore as we all just know what to do out there and this was bred from necessity of so many smaller guilds doing their own thing but being smart about it. We have a high percentage of players who know what needs to be done without being told and a lot of small groups that can rush out and do it quickly with commanders who have been bred in trial by fire to lead our uniquely built community. /salute

There really is no stigma with walljumping anymore. the people doing it arent being punished, and more and more everyone’s doing it, to the point I’ve caught SOS commanders doing it. It’s just like why even worry anymore. I just post the pics to show anyone that’s misbehaving, on any server and move on.

I know its frustrating but you would be surprised how much pull a large guild has. Tsym has their associates who knowing how coron operates (he’s a very cool guy I read a lot of what he says about WvW) feel the same way he does about exploiting. Also by posting it here your sort of putting the whole server on the spot because of the misconception that because a select few do these things a whole server is exploiters/hackers what not. By labeling a server that way unintentional or not makes them less likely to help out because you’ve already sort of created some bad blood. But this is only my opinion. Also to address the stigma most of the time the people doing this aren’t going to care if there is a stigma, especially not a forum one. A forum based stigma would actually cause more people to do it just to troll or what not. The best way to combat it is to make sure your reporting and do not take advantage of it. I personally have had entire zerg’s report people on JQ for exploiting into towers etc. I’ve also pulled zergs off attacks because of a shady mesmer portal or when someone went up to scout they saw a person inside the tower or keep when we knew for a fact we hadn’t broken in or anything.

P.S if you see any JQ people doing anything like this message me asap and I’ll handle it in private (Don’t need to air dirty laundry in public as the saying goes or at least that is how I remember it).

I may be wrong in assuming but seeing as how coron is very active on both forums and in game it might be a better move to simply send him the screen shots given his past stance on exploiting I’m positive it will get taken care of. All posting here does is get the thread locked/modded etc, you infractions and makes us all look very bad. This is just my 2 cents though I mainly read forums not really post anymore.

One of my friends that I’ve played a lot with who happens to be part of the Jade quarry community was recently banned for “selling gold.” I personally played WvW with her on a nightly basis and it’s pretty much all our group of players do. We don’t buy gold, we don’t sell it and we have a high moral code (we report cheaters/glitchers etc on our own server). The persons account is Kazushow.1309. While this is a mistake on Arena net’s part they will not respond to her messages asking for an appeal and her attempts to plead her case. They are simply ignored. This left us with no other course of action but to bring it to the forums. I personally put my reputation on the line that this person did not sell gold, buy gold or any of that. They worked hard to earn their gold in game and just got their commander pin when they were given this permanent ban.

I’ve run with AGGR at night while I’m not part of their guild they are very very good players. And tenacious never seen a group fight so hard and not give a single inch against superior numbers. If your looking for a wonderful SEA/Oceanic based guild that won’t give up AGGR is an excellent choice

Not to ask the obvious question but did you reject the invite before making new characters? Because guilds are account bound lol.

Of course I did not accept but it’s getting a little out of hand now… it’s not just in starting area anymore.

There is a difference between not accepting and rejecting… also why is this a problem? People are being invited to a guild randomly?

If you didn’t accept it but also didn’t reject it then it would stay as a pending invite.

Jade Quarry is the perfect match for you guys. We have great European Prime time, Pacific and Oceanic/SEA coverage but our EST Primetime could definitely use some bolstering. Jade Quarry has been in Tier 1 for pretty much the entire span of Guild Wars 2 thus far (aside from a one week reprive in Tier 2 where we showed we were Tier 1 quality). Our Oceanics and EU will hand you with fully upgraded keeps to work with and lots of supply as well. Best of all we hardly ever have Que’s and if we do its 5-10 mins at most!

SBI fell under the HoD syndrome again what a night!

Don’t worry Krow we took Lowlands for their insubordination in attacking SM!!!

I’m a commander on JQ and I will say we always focus on SoS but if SBI keeps attacking us we will wipe them off the map before dealing with SoS its as simple as that. If you guys want to keep hitting us like that we can focus you more but WvW is about fighting for first not to stay in a tier.

All server’s as a whole have had their issue’s with exploits but I think the best thing to do is remind ourselves of how fun this match-up was regardless of score. This coupled with the communication between server’s when exploits happen is a better way to go about handling these events and is going to get more resolved faster due to there being less parties involved.

JQ doesn’t discredit SoS they beat us fair and square despite our best efforts. It was a fun fight all around and we gave them a run for their money most days during EU/NA primetime. Congrats SoS 3rd consecutive win well deserved and please stop attacking overlook your making my life hell. Anyhow good match up everyone hope for some great fights come reset

On the foo part. We aren’t going to Tier 2 if you look at our push right now it looks bad for SBI not us lol. But keep up the good fights

We were planning on going up to the tower after taking the camp and we can’t control a player jumping in. We didn’t take the tower either if I recall correctly. I don’t really see how posting a picture then asking leaders of guilds of people who weren’t inside the tower before the walls fell. As the picture shows he was in a troll guild. Every server has these.

We don’t have mumble but you can come to Jadequarry we are very active and are very very tenacious on defense (We held our garrison on our home BL for 3 hrs with no walls or gates (they had already been broken by lots of trebs and golems) Let me know )

It’s also fairly open right as the maps reset for the new matchup. So if your trying to transfer that might also be a good time to try. Good luck\

FOO has not left JQ. I played with them a little bit this morning but due to reset coming up we didn’t push much. Also we are adding another oceanic/sea guild as we speak Aggroculture is in the midst of transferring to JQ

What server?

You can PvE with your friends I’m not entirely sure about the PvP structure outside of WvW as I mainly WvW and PvE. I’ve done dungeons with friends on other servers (not EU but on other NA one’s through overflow servers as you can join the same overflow server). But if your truly interested in a NA you should come to Jade quarry we have no que’s and are a Tier 1 server with high population so we will always have people around doing the dungeons and stuff you want to do and we have been one of the top 3 WvW servers since the Beta so we also have high WvW experience as a group. And lastly we have a community site and a community TS for everyone on Jadequarry to use. Let me know if you have any questions

Jade quarry has no Que times in any BL except EB and thats usually a 5 min que at max. And we could definitely use some more Oceanic players (hint hint ) Hope this helps

I think all server’s have an issue of a sort where they need more people in a certain time slot. Sure server’s go through periods where they are heavily inflated but it doesn’t last long as pvdooring gets really really boring (done it a few times). Hope you guys get some help I have a few friends on SFR that are very nice.
