The only thing you can do is to reduce the Character Model Limit. For World Events i set the Character Model Limit to lowest, it also help reduce the clutter.
But no matter the Settings, you will drop to 20FPS or even lower during the Kraka-event, when the whole Map-blob uses their skills. The CPU Utilisation actually goes down, during the heavy casting part. I looks like the CPU gets oversaturated with requests or the game has to wait for Network-packages before rendering the image.
GW2 is alot better optimized then it was at lunch. I get up to 90% CPU Utilisation on my Quad-core 4690k.
I hope the human female animations are not coming back like the were.
Never made a human female because of the animations, the were just to “easy womenish”.
I would like to see the lords room mobs scale in power and hp based on the number of people within the towers walls. Similar to champions in PVE maps. This would improve the chances for low dps builds to tag the lord and increase the time it takes large zergs to cap a tower while not inhibiting small teams.

I even find the 3 Arah-weapons are to easy to get tru pvp in comparion to playing the Arah-dungeon.

It sounds like the voiceacting was modelled after the Movie LOTR: The Fellowship of the Ring. The Offvoice from the beginning of the LOTR-movie and the soundeffect from the Scene with the Elvenqueen Galadriel as the dark Queen.
BG clearly needs better security on their Website. BG caught with their pants down talking about spying on JQ. They deliberately want to take this week off, so that JQ gets bored capping nothing.

Some people from BG and JQ remind me of some insidious neighbours, who hate to see that other people are happy and enjoying their lives.
How about instead of burning yourself out PvDooring each other week after week for the foreseeable future, you auction camps, towers and keeps at the beginning of the week and take the rest of the week off (farming pve). The Server who pays the most wins.
Hope this gets fixed soon. The most stacked server JQ gets 3 Karma-train-weeks, while BG and SOR have to fight the whole season but for one week at full trottle.

500 Points for the 50/50 HOM-achievement is nothing. I played well over 4000 Hours of GW1 and only got to 45/50, because the grind required for 50/50 achievement is the most tedius thing you could imagine. In GW2 i already have 5000 Points without really caring about AP.
Like someone already said, if you want the 500 points so badly you can still get them, play gw1 or buy an 50/50 GW1 account. But people can never get back the points they missed from the living story and daily quests.
You should be happy that you are out of the ratrace and can play the game just for fun and do other things without worrying about a meaningless leaderboard.
I got a chest for 100 Achievement-points when i logged in first. So maybe it starts with 100 points and tomorrow we will get the chests for 500 points. Got no Account-bonuses either.
SOR and BG are only 725 points apart, how much closer can it get?
JQ has still alot of good players, they just need some motivation to show up. JQ needs to get more people into Teamspeak. More people will show up to fight if you have an active teamspeak-sever, bacause they like the TS-atomosphere and the good fights.
JQ could easily make up the 13k points difference with better coordination(TS)and more people showing up.
Please stop recruiting more guilds, the lag is already unbearable.
Just look at the Tick-score and the time at the top right(Central European Time). SOR’s EU guilds spend most of their time getting back even. It’s mostly when the NA guilds start to log on that SOR takes the lead.
JQ is clearly the best server in the EB jumping puzzle bordlerland. You should start recruiting guilds from there.
It’s funny if you think that SOR has better coverage then BG or JQ. You would be suprised how few people are online most of the day. It may seem like they got many because they keep porting around the borderlands.
So..what happened to JQ? For the past few weeks, during Asian timezone from 9-12 pm (GMT+8), Most of the time, we got outmanned buff on 2 BLs ; only 1 BL (mostly JQ BL) and EB that have enough population to face our opponents.
I thought we used to have more population than this?
Maybe they have fun in the EB jumping puzzle. Yesterday there were constantly 20 to 40 JQ zerging in the puzzle.
Congrats SoR on reaching 355PPT. The score is indicative of the imbalance that is occurring, and We can kiss our previous balance good bye. There is no yin or yang. I hope EU guilds on EU servers would join BG and JQ to right the imbalance that is occuring and help fight the empire.

Read the text?! Some kitten people invite you to their party in wvw when they loose. I usually don’t accept invites from other server in wvw, but they can see your name even if you don’t accept the invite.
Better solution would be to not show the name, if you don’t accept the invite.

What’s your Opinion on a Cooldown for changing the WvW-map, to prevent giant Blobs from porting around the WvW-maps steamrolling everything and porting to the next map.
For example:
15min Cooldown after changing the Map for first time.
Cooldown time doubles with every mapchange, 30mins after second change, 1hour after third, 2hours after fourth. Cooldown resets after 2hours of not changing the Map.
Any change that breaks up the same stale matches is welcome.
SoR will steamroll every server, but the other matches will be more interesting.
JQ vs TC vs DB, or FA vs BG vs Maguuma, i wouldn’t bet money on the winner.
I hope they do something about Rush not attacking and getting stuck in it’s animation.
Same as Sword F1 Flurry. Since the culling patch, flurry misses more often then it hits. Then you are being rooted for the full duration without being able to cancel it.
Any rumors or info on the Warrior tweaks, I hear they are going to put Warrior on par with other classes when it comes to PvP, mainly SPvP, if so any word on how and what?
Warriors will get an option to change their class to guardian for pvp.
I think Rawnoodles just burned out and made a unreflective decision. Whatever the real reason, thank you rawnoodles and all the others of Red Essence (EMP) who left JQ for your relentless efforts, you will be missed.
Same story as in virtually all MMOs, if you want get to the top and stay there, you will burn yourself out within short time.

The amount of grind just reached a new all-time-high. Anet really wants to lock everybody into one char with only one build.
I’m from europe and play on a US-server. I could only play Guild missions if i would stay up really late at night.
This game gets more tedious every patch. Time to uninstall the game and delete the password. FO Anet you will not waste any more of my time.
I’m so excited. I can’t wait to carry more supply and do more damage with siege-weapons.
Just imagine how strong you will feel if you can carry 5 more supply, such a fun ability.
If you were right, why are CoF P1 Speedruns using GS Warriors and not A/M Main warriors? Has that run not been tested 1,000’s of times?
I use both (GS and Axe/mace) for cof path1. Like someone already said, Axe/Mace is nice for stacking Vunerability and the Axe Auto-attack does more damage then GS auto-attack, plus you get a useful burstskill.
The Mace Knockdown is also nice for the first two mobs (100b then knockdown).
Some fair fights in SoS Borderland. JQ wanted the SoS Garrison really badly and spend many hours to siege it down, but we lost a good portion of our map.
