I hate arrow carts. They suck. This is how I took care of that anger.
Sorry been lax updating the score on the answer. Spring time, lawn mower, new cigars, new whisky, man duties in the house. Things that keep me away from the glorious times of WvW.

See when ppl talk like that they do not win any friends nor do they even make a good point. If this game of WvW and GW2 is on such a knife edges as comments like this suggest then there is no hope for this game and Anet is done for.
Not to say some ppl would love to see this game fail but i dought you do nor dose any one who play WvW often too.When some one start to talk that way your not going to convents any one who things differently from yours self because they know your being hyperbolic.
Simply put even if your point of view is right talking in such terms will cause ppl to turn on you.
I don’t have any friends. That’s why I WvW. I purposely put myself in a situation where people turn on me and touch me in places I don’t like to be touched.
And to keep it on topic:
Arrow carts suck.

Players avatars should dictate the outcome of a fight, not some needle shooting nub cart.
Follow DAoCs methodology of what siege to have in a RvR scenario.
I have a very low opinion of you ANet. You suck.
They should be removed from WvW now. Pointless siege.
That, or make them invulnerable to arrow carts. If arrow carts are meant to be anti-person, make them invulnerable to arrow carts. Same with golems.
I wanted to say this after my first post but here goes:
ANet, you need to put down the lotion tube of fail you are rubbing all over each other and the WvW portion of the game. The worst idea for WvW you ever had was arrow carts. The next worst idea was making them shoot farther and with more damage.
This is how it went down at Bay, and I don’t think anyone from TC or FA really enjoyed the bore fest of it:
1. We took Briar and built a treb to kill the arrow carts on the gate.
2. We built 2 rams to kill the gate.
3. A bazillion arrow carts were behind the gate and killed the rams.
4. We ranged the gates down with our ossum staves.
5. Gate goes down and we are greeted to so many red circle on the ground, I thought the Bay contracted an aggressive form of the herpres simplex virus.
6. We get through the herpes after applying some Valtrex (which was a push through the gate).
7. We built 5 trebs in the vale to hit the inner. I can only imagine a lot of TC pugs were using this as a good opportunity to get WXP by repairing the gates/walls.
8. After a long bore fest of this. The walls and gates were finally down. We then put two trebs on the south outer gate of Bay to treb down siege on the walls.
9. We built another treb over looking the dock to kill more siege on the inner.
10. We made a push to the south inner gate and found out that Valtrex does not work because there was an outbreak of an even more nasty herpes strain.
11. We slowly built our own counter arrow carts and proceeded at a snails pace to take down what we could.
12. After taking down all the siege that we could while pushing with our own arrow carts, we pushed in and took the bay.
Now usually keep takes are fun and epic, this was nothing but boring and tasteless. Siege Wars 2, Treb Wars 2, Arrow Cart Wars 2, whatever you call it, it ain’t GW2.
ANet, you keep this AC buff in, you are working yourselves into a Trials of Atlantis situation.
Rams are mostly worthless now. They should make rams invincible to arrow carts.
ANet should take copy a play from the playbook of DAoC:
Let the players determine the outcome of a battle, not your silly siege.
Limit the siege in game to only rams, catas, trebs and ballistas.
This just seems like one of the worst decisions in WvW since the introduction of arrow carts.
Game sounds bad. Siege Wars 2 was bad enough, but now arrow carts get a massive buff? Can’t wait.
Regarding that Alpha Golem being flash built in the courtyard. I want someone to explain to me why this happened:
Please say you are removing arrow carts.

I’m impressed by the coordination of your server, you managed to get all 100 people to do guild missions at the same time.
Been an easy week, lots of minecraft and dota 2. Hopefully reset will bring about more fights at least for a day or two.

I think we had about 30-35 folks doing the mission tonight. Was fun. This week was a blast too, mainly because of PiNKs participation. We really do appreciate you coming out there and giving it your best. Keep it up!

If you know you’re gonna win, same deal (Titan Alliance?).. It’s not about really about maintaining morale – it’s about how mundane and predictable things can become in this kind of situation.
I don’t take issue with your post, but I did find this passage humorous because TA “disbanded” precisely because they knew they weren’t going to beat ET and JQ again. They had all played together before, but TA didn’t bail until ET and JQ started teaming up on them in earnest.
TA was 90% ego, 10% numbers and 0% player skill. They engaged “left to right” for Christ’s sake. They took advantage of a new release and pleasured themselves for a few weeks and got out before an actual strategic metagame materialized. As we quickly saw, TA did not have what it takes to be a permanent power in WvW. Their memory should not be exalted—they were overrated garbo.

TA broke up because it got bored and we got sick of the 5+ hour queues.. The idea that JQ and ET were anywhere close to creeping up on TA is just silly. Some guilds remained on HoD, most switched. You might be talking about the time when TA went their separate ways and PRX and some Condemned stayed on HoD, then JQ started to creep up.
Comparing current WvW tactics and style of play that has evolved over the course of 8 months to a group of gamers (TA) who played at the beginning of the game is quite silly. The tactics that TA employed both as an alliance and as individual guilds are probably viewed as silly now, but back then, it steamrolled everyone and probably set the pedagogy of how we play today (for good and bad).
The guilds that made up TA were some of the best in the MMO PvP realm (mostly because they said they were). And they were at least able to walk their talk and dominate during the first part of the game. I think TA was ultimately a victim of it’s success and coverage: to much of it.

Good fights last night in KNBL. I think I got like 7 WvW ranks there against that big TC zerg.
I am trying to decide if arrow carts were one of the worst decisions ever made for WvW, or if this time change is. I am banking on this time change. It’s a bigkittento all Pacific Time, Mountain Time and Central Time. A bigkittento NA and SA players. I mean, if reset is at 5 PM CST, people who work until 5 PM won’t be getting in either.
Great decision.
I didn’t realize until today how much Kaineng is reliant upon their SEA players.
We have EU and US servers… and they ALL have to reset at the same time?
Back on HoD during launch, I remember my old guild (ULTD) was often paired up with one of our fellow Titan Alliance guilds, Condemned, on a reset night. I have never seen such a huge amount of players as Condemned.
That was until tonight. I have never ever seen so many players from one guild: PiNK. Crazy amount of you.
edit note: But why does your leader use the ghost tonic? It’s very easy to spot. Not trying to troll, just saying it’s easy to spot with the culling fix. When I am panning to see where your zerg is moving, the ghost form sticks out like a black dot on a white wall. There is no guessing on our end to see where you are adjusting mid fight. It’s very easy for an organized opponent to spot where you intend to go and counter it.
Maybe just maybe we use it as misinformation since we know of a few FA guilds tendencies to focus fire commander above all else. (2 tags, one with ghost one without) ?
Movement is very important in a fight and when you have decided to basically broadcast, through a ghost tonic, your movements you lose a lot of your advantage.
