I made a 2nd guardian and gave him some fancy new armor ^^ He’s only lvl4 atm.

I’m trying to base my asura guardian on this concept art. I just don’t know what dyes I should go with. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also, I wonder if anyone knows the dyes on the asura guardian in the character creation.

You can cancel as long as you dont confirm the changes you are making

Ugh.. really.. I just used a makeover kit on my sylvari, and when I was done I noticed she didnt glow, I was pretty sure I didnt miss turning on the glow, but I bought another makeover kit just to be sure I was actually turning it on. Put it on max, confirmed changes, no glow. Lovely.. Can I have my 700 gems back now please?

I thought those were human cultural parts. Asura players can’t use em, but NPCs can apparently.

I deleted one of my characters and after I’d done so I realised my beloved Witch Costume was on that character. I really wouldn’t care that much if it was still avaliable to purchase, but since it was a special halloween item it’s not.. I wanted to ask first, but I’m guessing theres nothing to do about it? :/

I dont care if others can see it or not, what matters is that I can see it and I think it looks good. (smallest possible asura)

Updated my guardian as I got the full arah set. Now all that’s missing is my foefire’s essence! Almost done

I spent like 800k karma and got 3 risen priests of balthazar, 1 molten lodestone, and 38 obsidian shards.

The glitch where a boss can’t fight back will be fixed this patch.

Does this mean the ’’glitch’’ where you can stand ontop of a lamp post in Arah to avoid the aoe from Crusher will be fixed too?

Yep, Ive also noticed Midnight Ice is alot darker then abyss on sylvari armor. Ive got both dyes on my guardian

I tried to dye mine like a flower Salmon for the petal, Sprout and Green for the leaves, and Camel for the vines on her feet.

Don’t go with PUGs if you don’t want to skip stuff. Most people only want to get it done with as fast as possible and get out of there.

I want another heavy armor class. Maybe some kinda knight that can switch between holy and dark? Idk..

I’d love to run it. I wanna get the full arah set eventually I’ve ran it a couple of times, but unfortunately I’ve always had to go with PUGs, and have had some…. bad experiences, lol. I have a guardian and a warrior in full exotics, and I run dungeons regularly every day

Honestly, I don’t much like any of the light male cultural armors. The female versions are all sleek and elegant looking, like they’re made of flower petals or some kind of succulent, but the male stuff is all jagged and harsh looking for no reason. That’s why I decided to get the TA set instead. Speaking of the TA set, is anyone else annoyed that other races can dye the whole thing however they like?

I must admit TA armor is a punch down for true Sylvari because everyone can be leafy now, and even look better then Sylvari specific armor :‘(
I found T3 to be ok, not great looking like some Asura T3 or Human T3 but ok… Even though it’s sad that T3=TA in same graphic quality. Only T3 armor I love is Medium. I wish I could use it on my Elementalist.

I really have a hard time dyeing my T3 Light Sylvari male armor because I can never get it right. I dunno what’s wrong there. I do good while dyeing every other character (and I have 8 characters) but my main somehow has to settle with Black/White combo with T3.
Even my female Sylvari with TA armor can be mixed with so many dye combos and she looks good in all of them, but not with T3

Imo, sylvari armor in general is very hard to dye, but once you get it to look just right, it looks awesome! My sylvari guardian is wearing T2 heavy and I might get the T3 helmet at some point. Dyes are Grass, Tang, and Swamp Grass. Grass for the green parts, tang for details as to match his skintone, and swamp grass for the darker brown parts.

T1 what? light? medium? heavy?

I always wondered what happened to this hair, I loved it from when I first saw it :/

well other utility skills are working as auto attack. Ive tried. ‘’Smite Condition’’ for example works just fine.

Edit: also, shouts work fine as auto attack on my warrior.

Thats not what I mean. I mean setting one of your shouts to auto attack. (ctrl + mouse 2) Wich isn’t working.

Is this happening to someone else, or is it intended? Ive tried this with all my shouts and none of them works as auto attack.

Karma banner, guild karma buff, and karma booster. All of them works, and stacks. So Id recommend saving up all your jugs of karma and using em all at once when you have access to all those things.

More options. Atm medium users are pretty much stuck with coats, heavy users have armor from head to toe, female light users are naked, and male light users wear dresses. I want more options.

get it if you think it looks good. The stats are nothing special, and you can find the same stats for a few silver a piece in the BLTC. The thing about cultural armor and weapons is the unique look it has.

Hi guys, I’m torn between getting this armor or sticking to my current set. 119g is alot of money, and the preview function doesn’t really do the armor justice. I’d like to know if anyone has a video of a female human in heavy T3? High graphics settings and light dyes would be a big +

My human female has platinum blonde hair, because I have it myself, and I also think it looks good My male human has pure white hair because I thought it looked good with the hairstyle :p I was torn between red, black, and pure white.

They should make them fully customizable. Shape, glow effect, glow color, effect on armor, swing effect, ground effect, extras, etc. For the ridiculous ammount of grind and gold involved, as of now, they look like trash. All of them. It would also make them more unique. ‘’Hi everyone with a twilight, guess what, this is the 924389th one I see today, Im not impressed.’’

Well, in this game getting the best possible gear is very easy, getting the looks you want is the ’’hard’’ part. Id say go for it if you like it and you think you are going to stick to that skin for a while. Personally I have several armors with the same stats but different look just so I can change around once in a while

Make a tall asura. Juggernaut + heavy asura T3 looks incredible.. I love the effect it gives to your gear. Besides everyone has twilight.. Its not that special anymore :p
