I for one give kudos to ANet acknowledging they made an oopsie and changing the armor skin. totally disregarding a players Group in wich i am not so i am even more happy seeing people losing gold and gems.

No one is losing anything. You will get the new skin for free or a full refund. The guy is right. It’s cultural armor and it should stay exclusive for humans only.

Read what player said they received from support, then look at wich technical limitation, trasmutation splitter have.

‘’map completion takes forever and its dull’’ so exactly why shouldn’t the people who took their time doing it get to sell their legendaries for a nice profit?

IMO a gift of exploration is worth more than any of the other gifts, because you have to actually work hard to earn it. I wish all legendary components required hard work, and I also wish legendaries were account bound so you can’t just drop some cash on the game and buy one.

Just fix the bomb part. Having to either suicide or bring a thief and a mesmer just to get those kitten bombs to go off is just incredibly stupid.

Atm regular dungeons (which are both WAY easier and WAY shorter than high lvl fractals) give better rewards. :/

Gift of The Juggernaut is probably the most expensive exclusive gift there is. When I made mine the doubloons were around 2.3g each. Atleast make it platinum doubloons, I can get those at lvl80.

edit: also, considering you’re lvl23, I wouldn’t say you’ve played the game alot at all. Each lvl takes about 1hr. GW2 isn’t a game where it takes you several months to reach cap. More like a week..

I’m female so I mainly play female characters. I have 9 female characters and 1 male character. Also I think females have alot more customization possibilities than males do.

I bought 4 dye packs and got 5 of the new dyes, so, RNG is RNG, don’t buy them if you don’t support RNG. They wouldn’t sell them if nobody bought them.

Also, gold is worth alot less now than when the flame and frost dye packs were first released.

I dont mind it at all. In most other MMO’s you have to spend money on dyes EACH TIME you want to dye a piece of armor. In GW2 once you buy a dye you have it forever. Ofc it would be awesome with account bound dyes, but I think that if they ever implement that, most dyes will skyrocket anyways. :p

I love the male helmet, the female helmet is really ugly though, so I just hide it. :/

About $200 since the game launched. I mostly only buy stuff like character slots, bag/bank slots, infinite tools, armor sets, costumes, etc. I’ve exchanged gold for gems ALOT as well. :p

yeah I wish the female one looked more like the male one, however I still like it.

This is my Necromancer, Daciana Lasombra. As she will be (except I intend to get her the Final Rest staff some day). She is a Necromancer. I intended her to look pale and sort of demonic/vampire-esque/gothic… but sort of an elegant dark side feel to her. Hence the Guild Wars Mesmer robes. I would also like the white to be a bit more striking. Or maybe instead of white, have it be black, or something.

Any suggestions for the grey color of her robes would be appreciated. I don’t want to buy celestial for her (she is an alt, and though I care about aesthetics I do not want to spend that much gold on dye for her – which is partly why I haven’t bought Final Rest yet).

It’s hard to tell what the functionality of the item is from just a screen shot, so I’m here to clarify. This screen shot actually shows the Bloody Prince Thorn costume and not an armor skin, so it is not usable in combat.

I already have Sunrise and The Juggernaut. I’m casually doing map completion atm while waiting for new ones to come out. I really want a scepter and a focus, and Meteorlogicus and The Minstrel looks terrible.

The heavy and medium sets are pretty terrible, however the light armor looks pretty decent if you dye it black. (sorry for hair clipping)

Most people who take the time to complain/post criticism about the game on the forum probably do it because they care about the game.

With that said, complaining is bad. Constructive criticism is good.

I want a /chair emote that brings out a chair that you sit on, since the chairs in the game are a bit …..awkward. :p

Also, selling emotes in the gemstore is an awesome idea.

Well, with a private instance you wouldn’t have to wait at all. Not to mention you wouldn’t have to jump at the same time as 10 max-sized norn/charr. This was my biggest problem last year.
