-When Event ‘’Halt dredge expansion by defending Fridgardr Lodge’’ fails, the event to recapture the lodge sometimes won’t ever start; blocking event progress.

-This meta event frequently bugs and becomes stuck, blocking event progress. This can be identified by the meta event UI saying “The dredge and the Priory are competing for the center camps.” even when there are no active events at Fridgardr Lodge or Firebase Molek. When this occurs, [Group Event]‘’Defeat the dredge commissar’’ cannot start.

-Sometimes Maybri Shadowstalker/Vanguard Scout Finley and her entourage will make it to Hunter’s Gorge but get stuck before they’re able to start the event ‘’Destroy Foulbear Kraal before the ogres can rally’’, blocking event progress.

-Maybri Shadowstalker will get stuck outside the northern entrance to Hunter’s Gorge and block event progress if Legionnaire Slashclaw or the other Charr that travel with her don’t spawn or are killed on their way to the gate into Foulbear Kraal.

-Sometimes Maybri Shadowstalker and/or Legionnaire Slashclaw will vanish on their way to the middle of Hunter’s Gorge where they start ‘’Destroy Foulbear Kraal before the ogres can rally’’, blocking event progress.

-If Vanguard Scout Finley is killed on the way to Hunter’s Gorge, she will become unresponsive and block event progress.

-If Vanguard Scout Finley and/or her entourage become bugged, it can cause Sergeant Neal in Sapper’s Delve to vanish, preventing ‘’Defend Sapper’s Delve from ogres’’ from occurring and blocking event progress.

-If Maybri Shadowstalker and/or her entourage become bugged in any way, it will prevent ‘’Defend the charr leaders at Bloodgorge Watch’’ from occurring and block event progress

-Sometimes ‘’Defend the charr leaders at Bloodgorge Watch’’ simply won’t start, blocking event progress. This can happen even if Maybri Shadowstalker and her entourage despawned normally after the Chieftain’s death.

-Maybri Shadowstalker sometimes won’t spawn after Defend the charr leaders at Bloodgorge Watch has been completed, blocking event progress.

-Captain Gregory and his escort may never spawn or get stuck before taking control of Sapper’s Delve, blocking event progress.

If adding new race, as alot others here have comment you gonna need new armours, PS, voice acting etc. Also a new Capital + at least 2 new maps(like one lvl 1-15 and one 15-25). Then they probably could chain it in with amlready excisting maps. But who knows, mbe (dont realy think so) is dry top the coming races lvl 80 zone. Then each second LS we gonna get another one until we reach the new capital. Next playable race gonna come in a few years. So excited

All players do lot of physical activity? All those AFK:ers during worldboss events. Those that wait at final boss place when still 30min preevents to do. And when boss spawns just press 1 to activate autoattack. Hmm…

But also, I guess alot of armor would need some changes (including more work for Anet) if fat bodybuild was introduced.

Nice Raiyo. As said in first post Im not gonna come back until January. But then Im gonna arrange almost daily guildevents. Like guildmissions, differen minigames, map completitions, hide & seek, assassin hunts and more.

I dont think this will work. Every other summons disapear after about 60 sec. Thiefs that summons more thiefs. Guardian with his spirit weapon. Warriors baner. Alot racial skills.

When comparing with ranger. Remember that the pet is his main classmecanic. Like ours attunement.

Was thinking about trying out a build based on signets. With Fire Embrace I gets an aura so was putting some into aura traits too. But I haent decided what gear I should go for. Any suggestions?

Was reading on wiki that the event “hold the gates of flame against the flame legion” is up for 7 minutes. Its the event outside citadel of flame. How often does it occure or how do you trigger it?

Just one thing to mention first:
Mostly 1 weapon cant be awesome at everything. With staff yes your not as good as other classes for single enemys in pve. But when you doing bigger events with tons of enfemys, youre one of the best classes. Fire 1 small splash, 2, 3 and 5 aoe. Water 2 aoe, 4 ae chill to get them in place for damage, also some aoe heals. Air 1=3 bounches, 5 stun to get them in place for dammage. Earth 2 aoe, 3reflect=dmg to ranged enemys, 4 get them in place for dmg, 5 piercing bleed.

Thou I think staff guard and thief shortbow is better. But it place us on third place.

It works great for me when roaming alone in WvW too.

Although they are the smallest and least known of the Krytan military units, the shining blade are superlatively trained as an elite force. Ynknown to most of the pooulace, the shining blade also conducts many covert operations such as spying, message delivery and other activities carried out in the shadows. The leader is the Master exemplar, currently Countess Anise, who is handpicked by the ruling monarch.

A girl have the name Gwen. Thou this isnt her real name. She wants to be called Gwen after she red the story about Gwen Thackerey and the Ebon vanguards. This because the girl is at the same age as Gwen in the beginning of the story.

I was planing to have 24 player limit to start with. Three of each proffesion.

People talking about more siege weapons like airships and siege ladders.
What about adding more upgrades to the camps toers etc.
Camps:
Barricades: Small segments of wooden wall, unclimbable from outside, small stair inside to give some height advamce. About 4 meters wide, 1-2meters tall 1 meter deep. Placed with 2-4 meters distance from each other in a circle around the camp.
Buffed dolyaks: Dolyaks gain +50% speed and health.
Towers:
Wallgrave: 2 meter wide/deep water surronding the tower except at the gate.
Firing points: Possibile to stand inside the walls and shot, cant be hit by melee or ground targeted aoe.
Bodyguard: Two Elite ranked bodyguards at lord.
Keeps:
Wallgrave: see tower
Firing points: see tower
Bodyguard: 4 Elite ranked bodyguards in lords room.
Reinforced supply depot: the supply depot is immune to the treb mastery skill that removes supply.
SM:
same as keep but 6 Elite bodyguards

2000 BoH for commander tag sounds like a good idea. Maybe 100-250 for scout tag amd 500 for “camp-takers”.

Yes, yes and yes. This would be awesome. I would like the complete map a city. Where you can go inside at least some of the houses. NPC that lives in the city that you can interact with.

Realy like the first name, Aria. Crimsonblade sounds more like a title to me (maybe it is) and it fits great with beeing an assassin.

How I create new characters:
1. Checking out other characters of the race and gender I will make.
2. Making a character that reflect his\hers behavior.
3. Looking how he/she came out.
4. Changing stuffs to make him/her unique.
5. Choose a name that fits my completed character and press “create”

So, I wanna roleplay as a shining blade exemplar. But can only find heavy armor (and Anise’s Light armor but she is a countness so dont think I should use that). Anyone knows of medium/light armor NPC’s. Or have suggestions on which armor would fit?

Myself I use Ether renewal.
Its great to get rid of all conditions in a few sec. The downside is that you cant cast any skills when its active. But since you can move I thougth it was worth it.

Which heal skill do you use and why?

Wards sounds fun. Also add a heal- and eliteskill ward. So its possible to be a “ward-elementalist”. But first as several other have said, improve glyphs. Also would like to see an arcane elite. Ive wanted to be an arcane ele but its getting ruined at elite. Having summon elemental to attune to earth when soloing camps in WvW.

I agree with this. Also to keep that “if you hit an enemy”. If you hit, this effect trigger. If not hit an enemy it dont trigger, but instead you do a leap/dodgeroll at 300range. Of course no dmg or blind from that extra range.

This also makes it hard to kill two thiefs, if one get down the other place a shadow refugee and ress him.

So, with the new trait system, what is so bad with that our damage comes from traots?

We have lowest hp of all proffesions, low armour and low dps. ANet pls can you double our stats. Oh wait, we have accses to pretty many skills. Need to get aeay from a stun warrior? Blind him before he hits you. Or signet of air to break out of stun. Burning rettrat to make some istance. Make him stay there with eath 5 that immobilise him or a stone eall. Signet of earth good here to. Static field or frozen ground(that also incrrase his cooldowns). If up against powerful ranged opponents activate magnetic aura and see them get downed by their own projectiles. When you have them in place put down your aoes on them and see their hp getting lower and lower. Oh no, my hp almost at 0. Woth only one point in water you getting health each second when attuned to water. Put down your waterfields amd soon your at full heaalth again. Conditions oh no. Oh wait, having a heal skill that removes up to 8 conditions only 15s cd. Summon elementals to protect you even more, or arcane skills for more damage.

TBH if you really were roamers looking for a fight you both chose a rotten spec to fight with Bunker roamers are not the hottest stuff out there.

Well, I played on healing ele. Mostly running with groups and this was on my way to one of those groups when suddenly that guard came from the side and started attack so I thought whatta heck, lets try

Staff eles can be scary, for example if enemy gets in mele:
fire 5, 2, 3, 4
earth 2, 5, 4, 3
air push back + stun field
water frozen ground + ice bolt and heals if required
the go back fire and fire ball him/her.
Myself using arcane that I blast on fire 2 and enemy. Using signet of air for possible stunbreak. Frost bow him/her 5,4,3,2. Summon elemental in fire or earth. Since arcane always crit I use poison on crit sigil and attunement change counts as weapon swap so havinh sigil activates on weapon swap. Hope this helps.. Also use the aoes that have duration maybe not where your enemy are now but on where he gonna be most of the time when the field is active. And if possible stand in yor aoes. That make it more likely your opponent gonna be there to. Also plan your stuns, freeze and immobilise so it makes the enemys time in your fields be as long as possible. You can change sihnet of air for athe arcane shot for some more crit hit and dmg or signet of earth to add more immobolise. Do this and your enemy gonna regret he underestimated you only becauze you was an elementalis staff. Best so far is solo 3

First, I would want LA rebuilt. But as many other says it shall take time, several months mbe.
I would want to see that players help in rebuilding it by events. Not only in LA. Kinda like have get materials to a NPC somewhere in Tyria. Steal metal from the dredges, attack a pirate camp for some cloth, shop wood in different forests all over Tyria. Then either esvort them to LA or build asuragates close to gathering spots. The is some quarrys here and thete. Then workers is needed. You have to recruit them from different places depending on what buildings should be built. Like asuras if build a laser defence tower. Norn and charr when musclepower is needed and so on. When the required material and worker is gathered an event starts at the building spot. Depending on building the bar is filled with 1, 5, 10, 25 or 50% each time. Then you need more material and recruit the workers agaon. Also therr is one suåply camp and you have to take the required material needed to the workers.

All about this with guild halls and personal houses, it would be possible not only in LA but in Rata sum, DR, the Grove, Hoelbrak and Black citadel too.

Im at uni so it would be pretty nice to be an ED. During tests I just threathen my minios tto study so I can chill on a cafe or somethimg. Thou it probably would be kinda tricky to be in the classrooms :/

Didnt knew the asura have been on the surface before 1078 AE. Also havent seen any pics of the dephts. Gonna check it out after writing this post. Then I guess the broken asura gate just outside rata pten leadd to somewhere in the dephts and when it broke or got shut down from the other side the asuras there left or died?

I would realy like if they released ‘bubbles’. We have fought dragons in the sky (Zhaitan, desert (the shatterer) and arctic (Jormag). Would be realy fun with an underwater fight. This would result in a dragonfight where you can attack it in mele. Probably gonna take along time until then.

Why didnt Scarlet tried an alliance between krait and quaggan? Both races got chased away from their homes due to the Bubbles. If Scarlet picked her words right it should be possible. Imaging swimming thru water with kraits and hostile Quaggans.

I like this idea. Would be cool. You have already stated the nice things. But some problems:

400 supply is pretty much. But if running with a zerg you can carry that with 28 ppl if having +5sup. Then build it outside the double gate and get a mesmer or two on the wall and voila! everyone is in. Make it possible to take a fully upgraded keep in a few minuites
