In WvW it’s the least of my worries ,since groups usually have 100% Swiftness coverage on the entire group anyhow.

Well I was thinking either add it to the Signet of inspiration(right name?) so passive we gain MS and if we use it we get a random buff every 10seconds of it’s CD(give it maybe 30-40sec cd? what ever would be balanced with the others.) OR add a mantra for that, so we can buff our speed fight buff our speed again to another fight. If we have the trait then we can do if a 3rd time.

As the title says, a Mantra for swiftness with two or so uses. the numbers for balancing I’m not sure of.

In my opinion FoTM and End Game is what is “killing” Guild Wars 2.
This dungeon has caused so many of the players do nothing but FotM.
And in my opinion End game being nothing but Contested way points and Risen was a HUGE let down.

No you can not change the name or tag of a guild.

So getting a new tag would require deleting the guild? Would doing this still let me pick my guild name? But all Influence would be lost right?

I’ve had the same problem, and then the graphics bug out on me.

No bugging out for me just loads twice.

Is it a glitch or something about my computer, if anyone knows?

Any help with this? When ever I go to a new area or log in it will load up, black out then load up the screen once more but at a quicker speed(the normal speed I’d say).

Secondly I know if you see the site there are only two members registered that is because the other 2 active members(a small guild for now) either don’t know about the site or doesn’t know how to register. :P

Yup I get that too, I think what it is, is the game doing an initial load of game files then it flickers and the 2nd time its then loading your character into the world. Just a theory ofc but it makes sense lol.

This does make sense as this seems to be what I see as well. It sometimes loads and shows the area for a moment then goes back to loading for a moment and I am back to the area that it flashed and I can play.

But I know this is not the normal thing for it to do as it does not affect everyone my friends who I play with are not affected by this.

Just listen to the whole video and tell me that you wouldn’t like that? I personally think it’s brilliant.

And for

Personaly, I like the patcher being the login client.
You get your patch, your news, read the patch notes as it downloads, and autoplay once it finishes.

If you look on the top left you can have the News there, and the bottom Left the patcher. Instead of the patcher loading up this screen just pops up and then does its business.

As for loading screens yes, the point for them is to be minimal and quick, I thought of this Idea because I have a bug where my loading screens load twice so I see them twice as long haha. I just feel as it would be creative if they did a speed art drawing of that image for that area or have it jsut fade from back to pencil drawing then the color fades in.

Just my 2 cents.

I remember in the Beta we had an actual full screen login screen with the GW2 Dragon logo on it with music and nice moving background, did that get removed to this boring little box on my screen or am I missing something?

Second also in the Beta the loading screens had a bar for the loading progress, reason that was removed?

Lastly, I think in my opinion instead of a picture that doesn’t move, maybe have the designer who made the loading screen picture to do a speed are of it and put that as a loading screen? so we can see it come alive or something. (starts as black and white drawing then when its complete the color fades in or something? I’m not sure if that can happen but I know at least the color fading in can happen.

I will usually kick them from the guild after awhile as we need people representing in order to gain influence so we can have those nice little bonuses that peopel ABSOLUTELY RAVE about. Sadly this isn’t a system where you can have your cake and eat it to. There is still guild exclusivety and unfortunately not many poeple get that. Just because you can be in multiple guilds..doesn’t mean you will be allowed by your guild cause in the end if you aren’t willing to help your guild mates get that influence to have those nice little bonuses then you are inevitably mooching off other peoples hard work, which any self respecting guild will not allow for long.

I’d have to agree with Zach on this one, I personally hated the fact of multiple guilds. It’s like having 4 real families, if you pick on over the other the 3 other families feel like crap.

Does anyone else have the bug where the loading screen will load, flicker, and then load again?

Heres mine, he did have a funny Christmas color theme going on before :P

I have a problem with my Sony Vegas programs where they get stuck on the Initializing DirectX Plugins.
I’ve contacted Sony with their Tech Support and I’m waiting almost 8days without a response; their forums aren’t any better.

Cany anyone help me with this here by chance?

Forgot to mention that I was told it could very well be possible that a game on my computer has a DirectX plugin that is interfering with Vegas would anyone know which games that could be? to name a few I have Guild Wars 2, Deus Ex HR, The Witcher 2, Battlefield 3, Metin2, Dark Souls(and the mod to make it look better, idk if that could make it do that, this problem may have been before I even bought Dark Souls on PC) Steam as well where most of those games are on, BlackLight:R, Oblivion(with no mods) Team Fortress 2. There may be a few more.
