I’ve been trying to make a legendary I’m either going for bolt, twilight, judgment or flameseeker. All I need left is the lodestones, precursor, t6 materials and ecto’s.

my questions are:
Any update on precursors becoming easier to get?
Best way to get tier 6 Mats?
Lastly, better to buy ecto’s or salvage rares? Best way to get rares?

I agree with you. I also disagree with the main poster. I feel like if they make all the events worthy of a “raid boss” then things would get more organized. But I do not think they should be going on anywhere near each other.

redoing the last missions for the Personal Story? I mean the ending is just awful and shouldn’t be the same as Arah Story Dungeon. How to approach this I’m not sure maybe have Arah Story Dungeon be it’s own story and the personal story activate another instance when you join in it (option like Dungeon Story/Explore/Personal Story?

yeah sure that does not have a news feed or anything but it could be brought into it as there is PLENTY of space for things.

I don’t own any female characters (and I’m a guy) because I don’t kitten to it. but I don’t see the harm in it as long as it’s not like sex slave outfits that the only clothing is thin strips to just cover area’s.

i think a Legendary should have 2 slots for Rune/Sigils.

Mesmer. They are good in WvW and PvE but they are bad at low levels. Like thieves they shine after level 40 with the Tier 2 Traits.
When you do get level 80 I suggest superior Runes of the Centaur so you can have a constant speed buff using Ether Feast and Curtain.

I use LFG mostly, its just annoying because DH COF is closed a lot. and Temple of Balth is NEVER done.

Mesmers have a leveling until they can start getting some traits.
If you pick a mesmer buy toughness/vitality gear. (Clerics gear would be a good start).
Also if you pick a mesmer find some friends to level with to make it a better experience.
I have 400hours with my mesmer, 800 total. but I only have about 50hours if that with a warrior so I wont say much on them. They are a pure DPS glass cannon but you can make them tankish.

Do I feel like this was not how Anet intended Dungeons to be?
So should Warriors be nerfed, Dungeons be buffed or simply do nothing about it?

There is not a way to refund them. There is no need to at level 80 you’d have a good amount and for each “level up” past 80 you will go to 80 again but get a skill point.

What server are you on? and dungeons is a quick way for gear and weapons.
after 80 start on crafting, map complete then legendaries.

Talk in town like the rest of level 80s who A are bored with the game B have a legendary or C don’t want to play other characters.

So My mouse cursor in game gets very laggy and non responsive when I play Guild Wars 2 (Or even with it running in the background.) I’ll mouse my mouse with 5700DPI 4 inches IRL but the cursor will move(very laggy) about 4CM in game. <- example.

This is only GW2 as I played Skyrim all day and nothing happen, used the internet as well nothing. Log into GW2 for 10minutes and it starts happening.

Any help?

Keep doing your dailies (and save the jugs for Boosters + Banners + Outmanned + Ice Cream). Other than that, just play the game, I don’t know of any “zergfarm” atm, unless your world is at a good place in WvW where you can keep taking towers/keeps all day.

Hmm well I switched FROM Blackgate to Darkhaven because they were to heavy on PvP; which stereotypically means they are mostly kittens. so WvWvW isnt to much their priority; seems a bit dead imo.

I am looking for the PvE part of Karma farm, Orr doesnt seem to do it really with all these nerfs.

It’s more that it’s just really hard to start a guild. I think most solid/good guilds with high numbers now are friends from different games that came over. That way they already had a core group that they could build off of. The hardest part is building that core group fresh, especially 3 months after the game has been out.

Keep in mind that there are plenty of guilds and that it can be difficult to stand out for those looking for one. Make sure to actively present your guild in the map chat, keeping it short but sweet and highlighting the benefits of joining your guild! Whenever someone joins, make sure to greet them, tell them they can ask you anything and give them enough attention to make them feel appreciated and wanted. Advice your current guildies to do the same.

Whenever you want to do PVP, a dungeon or WvW ask your guildies first! Start discussions and make jokes in guild chat. Help someone out if they ask for it and if you find a cheap dye (that you already have), ask if anyone wants it – people love free stuff. Also make sure to always greet your guildies when you come online and say bye when you leave – it makes your guild feel like a tight-knit community!

All beginning is hard but the worst you can do is quit. Good luck!

This is my opinion and people will tell me I am wrong but:
1. Mesmer
- They are orientated to sPvP. But they are also strong in PvE because of Aoe Damage dodge abilities/interupts. Decent high AoE damage solo. And lots of fun.
- Good in Dungeons and Boss fights because of our Condition Damage and Phantasm’s.

2.Ranger
-Great in PvE and PvP.
- With a loyal pet by your side you can easily do PvE events and such
- Good in dungeons using Traps pets and making it rain. Not to mention your pet can revive people.

3. Guardian
-Tanky dps good in PvE. You’ll be able to take all the damage while dealing it all back at them literally.
-With the Greatsword and combination of 2 other weapons ie Mace or sword/shield you can do work.
- Better with groups to get full advantage of kit.

Happens often, in most MMORPG games, even in FPS/slasher) games, people will kick the most dominant person.

I have never been in a Dungeon on GW2 as of yet, as I’m only level 77 (almost 78) but I have seen that getting a group of friends/guild members is better as pick up groups (PUG) tend to have this more common.

Dungeons start at level 30 XD.

My ranger is 38 1-30 was easy, but map complete tends to erk me in human area’s (QD, Kessex Hills etc.)

Well then I guess no one likes people from all levels who help people with questions leveling etc.

We do mostly PvE but I’ll tag along in PvP/WvW. We are all talkative and helpful level1-80 allowed. Yes no one ever stays we have 13members now but people are all inactive atm-and I just switched servers so they are all a different server anyway.

I suggest going to the servers that are on High or Very High (High is better chance though) I moved to DH(now full) not really any kittens on that server, or who we are up against.

I dont see why things like this cant be put in, just have it in the way overly used Instances so its not like people have to fight over land to use for it.

With Centaur-Runes you get a +Power-Return of +165, but no Crit, no Precision. Let alone all the possible synergies you could reach with a decent rune-set.

Yeah sure, you could see it like this. But thats just some numbers. I feel that essentially having one more skill is way more powerful. Don’t forget the bleeding part which is beneficial in almost any mesmer build focussed on duelling.

You are totally right on the synergy part thats the only part i dont like. But after all i think this is a great trade off.

But we would not need a trade off if you just had a movespeed passive or mantra.

Dark Templar’s Order(no apostrophe in game) is a small guild from game release and is looking for people to join.
What does this guild offer?
-At the moment a nice small guild(looking for more members so it wont be so small of a guild)
- Both Player versus Environment and Player versus Player; dungeons and World versus World are both included.
-Friendly people to talk to about anything; real life problems or in-game things.
- “Noob” friendly members who are willing to help even the lower levels who just bought the game. (We’ve all been there)
-Slightly developed guild(guild stash and level 2 and 3 augments for the guild)
-Guild Website, being that we are a small guild it does not get much use but the more members to stick around the more useful it’ll be.

Well I see some people already commented on that warrior comment before me haha. Well Out of combat speed is what we’d like most yes, and to the person telling us to think twice; why waste a whole runeset on those when we can have better sets + a passive movespeed buff or a mantra of swiftness.
