Ya the reward was a joke. It didn’t lie when it said get any item in the game. I’m guessing it has every single item fine and up ranging from level 1-80 in the table. So even getting a level 80 exotic from it will be extremely low
Really see no point of reseatting my ram when i’ve got passes on memtest86+. I posted the bsod code you can’t see it? Like I said I bought this computer all during the sametime I didn’t buy 1 part at a time also this issue only happens in gw2 i’ve put in over 800hrs in other games and yet to see a bsod. Also see no point of dusting off my gpu/fans/cpu heatsink when i’m getting good temps and i’ve cleaned them using my datavac anyway. Thanks for the reply but i wonder if you’ve read my post?
First of all. Memory is a typical problem regarding bsod, and since you didn’t say anything about passing in memtest before now, i made that suggestion
.
Second thing. That’s only the error code you get in windows. I wanted the error you see on the bsod. And most important, if you got any memory dump.Well since you passed on memtest, have you tried reseating any of the other hardware?
You can also take it like this: Did this start to happend after you changed any hardware or after you updated anything? If you can’t remember, it’s not a problem. It’s more difficult to find the problem, but always possible. Since it’s been going on for about a year it wouldn’t be your graphic drivers (well if you haven’t updated your drivers in a year, it’s possible
), so what about the sound drivers or the chipset?
I really don’t see how looking into sound drivers is related to my problem at all…. I don’t want to be running around in circles here. Like I said before this issue is unique to guild wars 2 if I had a sound/memory/etc problem I would have noticed it in other games/general use/testing. I just don’t see why you’re so dead set on me reseatting my hardware cause if I had an issue where the hardware wasn’t seated properly it would have appeared in other games/uses not specifically guild wars 2

- What message do you get from the blue screen?
- Do you get any memory dumps?- Try reseating your last bought hardware
- Take out your ram sticks, dust the off and reseat them. (Your could also try running with one stick. If it works, take it out and try with the next stick. Do this with all of them. If one stick gives the bsod and the other doesn’t. Try with all sticks except the one giving the bsod. If it works, the one memory stick is fried.
- Dust your graphic, cpu etc..

Hello so I have never experienced a bsod on this build i’ve had for little over a year now. I’ve played many games ranging from battlefield 3 to starcraft 2. Was wondering if anyone could help me trouble shoot. I will be playing and randomly the screen will freeze quickly then it will hardlock and a teal/yellow screen will appear. It can happen anywhere from 1minute to 8hrs. I am currently running 301.42. I’ve also had this issue in the beta weekend events. The only solutions are I can sometimes be quick enough to alt tab out and open the task manager and end task the gw2.exe or underclock my gfx card by 20%. I tried searching and yet to hear anything from anet about this particular issue
My specs are:
I7-2600K @ stock
570gtx @ stock
gskill ripjaws 8gb ram @1600mhz
Windows 7 64-bit
Temps are around 40-50C with the cpu and 60-70C with the gfx card so i doubt its a heating issue
