Never were rivals, but the spread does seem to be a bit larger.

Well they were chasing us for awhile when they were in T3, but I think they just quit and just resorted into calling us RP nerds, loot bags, and pretty much all the usual stuff whenever they loose against us… Which is a shame since they’re good to practice with whenever we’re not fighting a bigger server like BG or JQ…

Yea, use the “2v1 maneuver” in combination with “we’re always outnumbered” tactics! It’s quite old but I hear it’s super effective!

That’s quite a number of ifs to me imo. Look, it’s fine if you don’t want to focus on the “ifs”, and I never disputed you on making fun of them for tower hugging and golem rushes, and it’s also fine if you have a different way of defending your BL. Like I said, we have newcomers coming in our BL everyday, they’re sticking to basics imo. You can go ahead and make fun of them, but I really have no problem with em for helping our server the best way they know how. In due time, they’ll learn the things you’ve learn eventually…

You then made another post stating that you’ll make fun of your own server for defending their home BL if they ever get in a match that they’ll dominate.

From what I can tell, your issue is with our militias/pugs defending our home BL even though we’re dominating this match up. Something I really have no problem with…

WvW was so boring tonight. TC is almost as good as JQ at running into towers and hiding. I’m looking at you, TC BL defenders. We’d try and goad them into doing actual open-field, but they’d either bring a full queue zerg to wipe us or run for a tower and sit on ACs.

Also, ACs should be removed from the game.

But without ACs what would Maguuma do on Mag bl? Also i’ll be sure to take pictures of the Mag BL defenders when they are hiding in a keep or in a tower.

I think comparing the server winning by 60k after 2.5 days with the server that is constantly outnumbered is a great idea that provides a lot of merit to your argument.

The merit of my argument rests on the similarity of behaviors. If you want to chastise one group for acting in one manner then give a pass to a group for acting the same way that’s fine, but expect to be called out on it once and a while. On the outnumbered bit, Mag has been able to field more than enough to defend mag bl during it’s prime times give Mag some credit, unless you are going for pity i suppose.

You are bemoaning TC for defending TC bl while ignoring Mag doing the same for Mag bl. Only so many people can fit on a map.

In a match where we are clearly the massive underdog, specially in the third week of it, I have no complaints, because whatever keeps them coming out and playing is fine by me.

That’s not really his point though, whether you’re dominating or not, I don’t see anything wrong with defending your home BL. I don’t know if it’s the same with any servers, but our home BL is where our newcomers usually hangs around. I don’t mind at all if they want to help us in there.

Thank you for this match BG and SOR, also nice to be sitting in the front seat watching your long time rivalry that started waaay back in T2. Don’t count us out yet tho, you two seem to be our top goal and our RP server will keep on working hard to give you guys the fight that you deserve.

I remember one time that CERN and RE did work together and SOR still outnumbered them 2 to one. That’s when they introduced us to their Necro zerg. >.<

Not as well as how you beat em with your mad skillz when you all went up to T1.

But it’s random matches, say if you guys miracilously break the t1 triumvirate then who’s to say you won’t continue to face lower tiers like what’s happening in the EU side.

You noticed the T1 servers in NA hasn’t been changing that much? Sure, one of them would probably come down here and demolished everyone, but the change would be nice in that matchup every now and then.

Don’t mistake us for being a server that wants to “shoot” their way to the top. TC has always been slow, we take our time and enjoy every fight on every tier we’ve been in, but we’re simply too big right now and it’s evident that we’ve overstayed our welcome here judging from SOS’ gradual change of attitude of going up against a server stronger than them. We have to move on now.

Would you really have us stay here? TC is growing and that’s something we can’t control, I don’t want to be in T1, but I don’t wanna be that guy picking on smaller tiers. Trust me on this one, our core would rather be the underdog again…

You may have scouted TC, but you have no idea who we really are. That’s something you learn when you really fight for this server..

The passive, avoid fights at all costs when you don’t out number your opponent, play style will prevent you from getting to where you want to go.

Playstyle isn’t a factor when we go up against a T1 server, I’ve seen plenty of Toasters fighting Rallians outnumbered and outgunned the last time we fought them. Most of you guys are just overthinking the situation. This week has just been about fairweathers and newcomers trying out WvW in TC….

You missed the part when I said t1 is a lot bigger than us. We don’t mind being a “lil bit” outnumbered but it doesn’t hurt to even the gap a lil bit more.

Nothing to do with you guys really. I’m thinking we’re slowly prepping to get stomped in t1 and trust me T1 is a lot bigger than us.

Don’t think CD is T3, our off peak time is stronger than theirs and yours were stronger than ours until recently. Maybe top T4….

Yeah, I was actually laughing when TC sent 30+ people to take out 5 of your guys with a cata outside Klovan. They zerg so hard that I wonder if they ever can click anything other than the #1 skill all week long.

I was laughing the whole time I ran away then got ran over by one of the few FA zergs who dared take a TC camp.

I feel bad for high tier players that are “stuck” on a low tier server. They just gets bitter and becomes a forum warrior. So sad to see.

My comment seems to have struck a nerve somehow. You guys (TC) do zerg a lot and you tend to send 30 people to do the job of 10.
Usually that’s what happens when you have a lot of PvE’rs coming in for an easier week, but since this seems to have hit so many “hardcore” TC’rs where they live maybe I was wrong in my assumption.
Either way, you enjoy your meteoric 2 point gain in the ratings and I’ll enjoy all that nice loot you have nicely given to us.

Find anyone in DER|P or SWaG. In fact, add me to your friend’s list. If we’re online at the same time, I’ll get you some 1v1s and invite you to a fight club if we’re having any. Maguuma is just like any server, pubbies aren’t likely to 1v1, you need to find the roamers and a certain group of players.

Also running around looking for a 1v1 in this match is a little silly. With the current population imbalance, you’ll find less and less Maguumans roaming around solo. There are still people who do it though. I did it, then I ran into 15-20man groups more times than I could count. And then I was done.
