I was replying to Guardians point that our “skills was being drowned out” by our numbers. Just wanted to pointed the irony of that comment when you were in T4.
How is that irony? I just said all we did was zerg around. We outnumber Yaks/CD/EBay, it’s not something we’re hiding. Whoever is saying Mag did well in T4 because of leet skills is lying. But I have no idea who this is or what you’re attempting to argue.
Would you believe that TC is pretty much doing the same as you guys? We’re really just trying to get out of this tier….You can keep telling everyone how skilled you guys are in here, but that didn’t really matter in T4 eh? As I said, that’s from T4…..We barely have any queues as well, but that doesn’t really matter to you guys. We’re as overpopulated to you guys, as you were in T4 eh?
You missed her point entirely, I think. We know we stomped T4 because we had overwhelming numbers on reset night (not really the other days though, look at the score, it was closer than any other tier). The main reason anyone wanted to go back to T4 was because we weren’t sure if our fairweather numbers that brought us to T3 were gone or not (answer: not) and our last T3 match with FA put us pretty much at T4 numbers.
No one was questioning why guys wanted to go back to T4. Your “skills”

And there were multiple threads on the forums TC had asking for transfers. Your server opened its arms out wide to attract numbers. It is what it is. If your people only cared to win Wv3 by volume of participants then TC has done well for itself when you are scaled back to T3. Not so well at higher tiers.
Clearly what you don’t understand (or do, but are deciding to just be facitious), is that recruitment is about filling in gaps in coverage which we certainly do have. T1 & T2 we got broken on because we didn’t have people around during certain time slots.
I think it doesn’t matter what anyone says or how valid it is, you guys seem to want to formulate your own stubborn opinions and act like you have some higher ground, that’s fine because that’s a pretty small molehill you’re standing on in the first place.
Actually the molehill you stand on is much smaller than anyone’s from Maguuma. You guys recruited to try to move up tiers and fell flat on your faces in the next tier up. If that was not a valid premise… You guys would have never needed to have recruitment threads on these forums and have been fine with being dealt with whatever cards ended up in your hand.
Maguuma might fall flat when it comes to T3 w/ FA/TC in it. But we did it without actively trying to be the King Cheese of Wv3 servers.
You keep trying to bring that up, what exactly do you mean by us falling flat on our face? And where exactly did you get the idea that we’re recruiting to move up from tier 2?

I like some people from other servers. But with TC… it feels like you are forcing yourselves on us (Maggies) in an unnatural way.
Although I found Ehmry Bay to have some sorry louses on their server, they did gain my respect last week a bit. Not all of them, but there were particular instances I was impressed by them. Sometimes it takes time for formal relations to be struck up.
Yea, I can see trying to establish a lil bit of respect between our server is unnatural for you guys. Don’t get me wrong I think my server is being too nice, but I think some of you guys are also trying a lil bit too hard projecting this tough guy persona that really wouldn’t matter in the internet.

Right now, FA is trying to improve on something other than their open field combat. It was something they lacked when we were fighting them in T3. It was called defense…. We can brag how many times we killed each other in this thread, but that don’t mean squat really imo.

When a match that is clearly been decided goes into the final 2 days most of the players take a break or go light, unless that server still has something to fight for. I
Its exaggerated even more the week before a tier flip, so everyone will be good to go for the long haul on reset night.
Any gains TC might see during this time will be mirrored by FA in t2

No one is mad, I was just correcting a guy who said that no one is throwing. Kaineng posters seem to think they themselves are throwing, so why don’t you?

Yes…SOR is used to dealing with our big zerg. Our massive zergs. We’re simply all over the maps. The only one that could truly match our numbers was SBI. Believe the intel, trust the intel.

Again guys, not worth it. As for the server reset, that’s quite a relief for me honestly. This tier is quite toxic for the server imho. It’s not as bad as eve online, but it gets worse as you go up. At least, this gives us a chance to re adjust our perspective.
Another thing is that you guys keep warning Blackgate being this “graceless” winner, but from what I can tell, you guys are a lot worse. Baiting an already frustrated opponent, who has to deal with your numbers for a whole week? Seriously, gimme Blackgate any day….

From what I see, and with no offence; you guys will be the new ‘punchbag’ server where one of the 4 T1 servers fall to T2 and roflpwns everyone’s kitten especially with paid transfers.

We can’t stop you guys from doing what you want, but everything SBI warned about T1 seems to be true, and Im starting to understand why one of our guilds left, but you guys are Sanctum of Rall, the name has a lot of weight on it. Don’t lose it on your way up.

If there is nothing else to attack you SPAWN CAMP. Ever heard of a Breakout Event? That SoR zerg stopped one. Now stop complaining about tactics that are necessary to win.

None taken!! It is what it is. I can’t fault either SoR or JQ for what’s happened here on SBI. Regardless of the situation, expect us to fight tooth and nail to the last man (or woman)!! We might go down, but it won’t be gracefully.
Still, I feel bad about all this. SBI are the true champions in my eyes with the way you’ve handled everything. For what it’s worth, I think TC is gunna be stuck here for awhile judging from the way we’ve been fighting, which means we’ll be handling the benched T1 server from the top, and the potential superservers on their way up from the bottom. I truly wish you guys are with us fighting these servers off tier 2, but I think you guys need a much needed rest that you all deserve.
May I also add that TC is also one of the few servers that will still have untapped potential after free transfers ends. The server will still attract new players interested in its roleplaying/mature environment that could keep our guilds(including WvW) grow even after free transfer ends…
TC has never been sociable to anyone they dont know. :/
