The right guild for me is one that:
1. Is a devoted, active, enthusiastic WVW team that plays together running covert ops, support actions and point-building seiges.
2. Uses a third-party guild chat (platform does not matter) to coordinate team actions (if you use guild chat (instead of private rooms) to discuss personal habits, arrange hook-ups, or prove how often you can drop an f-bomb in conversation then I am not a good match).
3. Does not insist on Dungeon runs, sPvP or PvE (I do not do dungeons or sPvP, but am perfectly willing to help people complete PvE achievements )
4. Has an experienced leadership that enjoys WvW and uses guild communications to actively promote participation.
5. Fields a WvW team during North American prime time (I am east coast US, but play way too much).
I am self-sufficient with 5 80s and 3 more developing (35-40). All crafts are mastered so I can gear and supply mine own and your needs.
Yes, I may be picky, but I am very active and devoted to gameplay (some day I may even become a good player).
