The interesting thing is that Devona’s was stuck at T8 for some time and now it going up fast… Maybe another SoS is comming?

The very same system that keep Blackgate from going back to T1, even though SoR and IoJ can’t stand it…
So many buttthurt SoR in an IoJ thread claiming they are t1 material, BG has 5-0 you guys and SoS owned you 3-0 that’s 8 weeks straight losing, get over it and move on.
Have you seem to forgotten how badly you guys lost during your two match-ups in tier 1?
You should know BG never quits considering we’ve made comebacks while being down 20k+ against you twice. There is no way for us to gain more then 30ish glicko rating this week based on the time left.

Huh? We are working on moving our way up, we gained about 30 rating this week. You do realize how the glicko rating system works correct?
The more points you accumulate during your matchup in regards to the predicted outcome is how much you move up in rank. I’m sorry but resting during the last 24 hours and giving up points because of it will inevitable lower your WvW ranking in the long run. Instead of gaining lets say 40 points you would only gain 30 and so forth.
You should know BG doesn’t quit considering we’ve made comebacks while being down 20k+ against you twice now. If we gave up, you would have won those weeks. Anyone who knows how the glicko works, there is no way for us to gain more then 30ish glicko rating this week based on the time left so it doesn’t effect us moving up to tier 1. What happens in tier 1 determines if BG moves up, one of those servers has to be beaten at least two weeks in a row by a sizable amount.
We haven’t given up 20-30k points either, not even sure where that number came from. Also we’ve seen SoR quit a few times in the past 5 weeks, especially in those weeks where you had the lead and lost it and we utterly demoralized you. It was how IoJ came in 2nd one of those weeks, you guys were “resting”.
We never rested. Sorry we don’t use excuses we just got flat out outplayed.
To be honest If it was SoR with your coverage there is no way we would just “rest” (lol) during the last 24 hours with tier one at stake. To be honest I don’t think I have ever seen SoR "" “rest” for any reason in a WvW matchup. Anyway I guess every server is different.
BG has secured the win with a 40k lead. There is no way SoR can win so most ppl are resting for tomorrow. Theres also an alliance meeting going on so many of the commanders are involved with that at this moment.
A true tier one server doesn’t just quit when they have first place locked up. How do you expect to ever get enough points to move to tier one if you let up 20-30k points in the last 24 hours or so? No wonder you guys been stuck in tier 2 for so long. I love being on a server that never quits world vs world even if we are getting blown out or blowing out the other server.
They need to get rid of the bottom two tiers and have them merge with all the other servers. This would make WvW much more enjoyable. To be honest this game wont have more than 3 tiers in two years the way things are going now.
If you guys can hardly handle T2 a couple medium sized guilds won’t make much of a difference in T1. Good luck though. We need some new matchups anway.
Since IOJ wasn’t named after someone who passed away you guys should move on over to SOR. Lets be real here you guys will be knocked down to T3 next matchup and probably wont be back in T2 for a long time and are bleeding guilds.
This match-up is getting extremely overplayed and boring. Will be five weeks in a row with the same exact match-up. This is the epitome of a game getting stale.
Sanctum of Rall has a great reputation of never giving up no matter what. That is our motto and we live by it. We are currently trying to make a push towards tier one but are locked into tier 2 at the moment with much stagnation at the five spot (we have been at the 5 spot for a few weeks now). We really need oceanic/european guilds but our NA presence is very strong and we could use some more people as always. Queue times are very low if any, but almost all servers even in tier one don’t have queues anymore. Check us out if you like.
When match reset time comes around the game lets the final score tick finish and then spends a bit of time preparing the next match. This process is initiated at 00:00 GMT, but as the last score tick can add up to 15 minutes the reset occurs a bit after that.
Would be great if you let us know that the daylight savings time actually didn’t roll over like this thread states. You know actually informing your paying customers? I know its hard to do but you guys can do it!
A-net really needs to merge servers. Get rid of the bottom two or so tiers and WvW would be back to being awesome. Not only would it spread out the thinning population of WvW but it would make servers more competitive and give many more servers 24/7 coverage so it is more a more fair fight.. I have no clue why they added three more servers in the first place. The servers are dead now anyway. The way world vs world is going right now in around a year you will probably see the bottom four tiers gone anyway. And in 2-3 years I would assume we would only have maybe 2-3 tiers if lucky.
SoR’s Na presence coupled with IOJ’s Aussie Presence would be an unstoppable force. Probably would blow out Tier 1 to be honest. Would be funny to watch.
Yeah I know what you mean with the electronica. All I hear is dupstep and heavy electronica on most WvW videos. I don’t know maybe try tupac or biggie or nas or anyone who gets you pumped up to fight. Cause thats what WvW is about baby!
SOS dont give yourself excuses now. we have shown we are capable standing toe to toe with other tier 1 servers in strategy and ability.
the only thing that can make sos lose is lack of participation.
keep getting people into the boarderlands. spam your guild. spam lions arch. spam those new pve areas.
do you want to tell people that you “did some pve and killed some mobs like we’ve done in WOW for the last 10 years” or you “helped carry your server from rank 12 to rank 1 champion in 1 swift 2 month undefeated rise to the top”?
SoS was ranked 5th during 24 hour matchups and then dropped to 10th. They never dropped further than 10th.
source? pretty sure we went further down than 10th rank. if you’re looking at matchups page you got the wrong details. WvW has been going on before that page existed
I am pretty sure because I was on SoS since day one until about a month and a half ago and I remember being stuck in 10th for a long time. . Maybe we did drop to 12th and I just didn’t notice. Sadly I do not have a source. Wish those matchups went back a bit further. Though I am 100 percent sure when the weekly matchups began SoS was ranked 5th.
