1. You are left at a node alone. You should not be spec’d glass cannon. Therefore you kitten your team as a whole if you are the one guarding it. If you are guarding a node you should be able to 1v1, period.

2. You miss almost every blurred frenzy, please use clone swap for the immobilize first. You missed blurred frenzy a total of 7 times in the match. Missing that much damage can cost you the node, and in effect cost you the match.
@ 5:49 you blurred frenzied into nothing
@10:44 you blurred frenzied a target but he is behind you.

3. Sometimes the best constructive criticism is saying that you are not that good of a player, that’s reality. I forced myself to watch every second of this video to prove a point to you that YOU need to work on becoming a better player. That might not be what you want to hear but that’s the way the cookie crumbles.

I’m sorry Blazer but have you even played a organized 5v5 team game? It’s laughable to hear you say that stomping is a bad idea when you think that bleeding a thief & or mesmer is going to out dps a team’s revive on those professions. You might need to rethink anything you ever say from now on.

This is my 3rd Mesmer montage. Hopefully you all enjoyed it as much as I did editing it.

If your wondering how I was able to get some of the shots at different angles in the middle of the fight. Guild wars 2 does not enable you to go into first person, so to make the fights more creative I recorded live footage against some of the top teams, team paradigm, Vision Valor Victory etc. And then I had some of my friends make exact copies of the characters from those teams and mimic the fight I had previously recorded with no interface to give it more of a movie feel and to add depth. Thieves get auto down kills from stealth every time.. They do way too much damage and can escape way too easily..

Mesmers are OP and broken as all heck.. mostly due to targetting issues and too much dmg while being impossible to attack.

Targetting is broken.. How can I play a game where my target drops every 5 seconds and then im forced to try and tab thru 14 targets in to try and get a real target that will just drop again in 5 seconds anyway.. Or I can try to mouse click in total and complete chaos where 4 out of every 5 targets isnt even a player.. Oh and then the target will drop again anyway…

Of course when one complains about stuff like this they are told.. “its just cause yer bad” or “Thats called skill”

Its not skill.. Its called exploiting a broken class mechanic.

I feel like the pvp in this game is basically smashing my head into a wall over and over and asking for more..

Sadly its getting worse and worse as more and more people realize to compete and have fun they need to be a thief or mesmer..

I have a fun game maybe once in every 5 or 6 games..

before you guys start on the “skill” comments or that “youre just bad”

I ALWAYS FINISH #1 or #2 on my team.. like 90% of the time.

This game sucks right now.

1. Thieves do good damage, although its easily avoidable, its called dodge. Or to spec your character to where you would have more outs.

2. Mesmers are far from broken, I’ve played a mesmer, thief, warrior, & ele. Have you heard of something called targeting? sure the mesmer can take it off if he decoy’s or uses other invis spells. But that’s when you use something called common sense to tell which one is real mesmer such as dodging, or if hes really dumb look for him backpeddeling. And you complain about mesmers having a million pets. Perhaps you are bad with math, its 3

3. Downstate with some classes can be a pain to deal with yes. But sometimes there is a thing called patience. Stability and other things come into factor when downing someone, if you don’t know what it is look it up. Sometimes I even use my elite to down a player, in short you must use skills you don’t want to to finish a kill. There are many ways around it. But if you think someone is going to just simply let you down them by simply hitting the F key then you are full of it.

4. Swtor was a horrible game, why? Why do you think it’s partially free to play? Because the majority thought the same. The world PvP was very imbalanced, there was no number balance between sith and jedi. Yeah I thought hutball was fun, but other than that it was a poorly thought out game when it came to PvP.

5. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Ok trigr— and at what point exactly did I need to use a dodge vs the warrior? I conserve dodge for when I actually need it. I never went below 70% health in the fight vs the warrior.

Exactly my point, that warrior is terrible. Any “GOOD” warrior would tear you to pieces in the spec your currently using. This is where the ability called “Dodge” comes into play. When you go into tournament play warriors don’t sit there and auto attack you for the majority of the duration. Then you will understand the dodge mechanic. Have a good one.

I’m going to try and be as nice as possible. At the beginning of your video you literally did not dodge until 1:58 seconds in. That literally tells me that the warrior you are dueling must be the worst player on the face of this planet. Any decent warrior would have just wrecked you if he saw that you were not evading his attacks. Also your link is not working for your build. Furthermore If your not phantasm damage your condition damage is very very poor. You had a five stack of bleed and 2 stack on confusion at best.

I’m sorry to say but in my opinion this is not a good spec followed with not so good gameplay. You need to rethink your spec if you plan on going up against more than mindless players. It might as well be a dance party in the middle. I’m sorry for being honest but hey someone had to say it.

With your spec you can pretty much couple just about anything with GS, what did you think of Staff+GS?

The Staff I don’t really think would work with my setup even though it’s very viable. I have seen a video where it was used as a burst spec. Which is nice but the video I have seen the guy has zero survivability compared to myself. But that’s what makes the game fun to play is the theory crafting between specs. Taking your spec and going head to head with your same profession and the rest of the game, never makes for a dull moment.

Yeah I’m actually trying to figure out what songs I want to use for my second montage. The plan for the second is for me to duel every class and find the best players on the server. And some tourne play as well. So stay tuned

Nice video. I see you switch from Signet of Domination to Arcane Thievery. Did you switch based on how many casters you’re fighting or do you just like using either or?

If I know I’m going to be fighting that doesn’t use conditions I will switch depending on which one

Sometimes when I use this ability on another player it either does not steal their boons, nor does it not transfer my conditions at times. I do not know why and I am in line of sight while performing this ability.
