The top light armor from the temples in Orr cuts my character (Human female necromancer) in half.

I tried this while removing the bottom to see if it was indeed the top and it is.

Similar to the winged set that used to cut off the females as well.

TL;DR is that we’re investigating this. It was not an intentional change.

That took 10-15 minutes longer than it should. My banner boosts and magic find increase ran out before I could kill it.

Ranged weapons when you’re far.

Melee when you’re up close.

I have all 8 professions and all level 80, but I enjoy ranger the most.

I like attacking from a distance and then jumping into the melee. Staying ranged is pretty boring, so I like to beat the hell out of things up close.

There was this punk named Yui something (Japanese sounding name) on the server Maguuma and we were running CoF path 1. He said something along the lines of wanting props for not auto-kicking me from the group at the start.

I asked him why he doesn’t like rangers, he said they are ALL bad.

At the end, we ran the path in a pretty fast time, even with a newbie in the group (not me). I asked him jokingly if I was bad, and he said “not as bad as others.” The prick was saying that I was bad but not as bad as others. (I’m not a bad player, if you can believe that)

The dude was being a punk the entire time.

So watch out for a character named Yui (something Japanese sounding). He/she is a major douchbag.

But what is the Coins for Pickup for when you mouse over the BLTC icon?

Mine says 0 even if I have coins for pickup.

More curved swords/daggers for any classes that are able to equip them.

When did they change when rares drop from the chest? I’ve gotten a total of 3 yellows at one time – 2 from the main chest and 1 from the bonus. But this was a week or two ago. Rarely get exotics though.

I’m getting the line across the back. Very similar to the bug where the cut used to be across the stomach from the winged pants.

Edit: I’m also getting the cut in the back with the winged pants as well.

I tried just now on my thief, but I also use it in other professions.

I use the Superior Sigil of Geomancy and it randomly activates. I don’t remember it not activating. I had the Major version of it before I upgraded and it seemed to work okay.

(BTW, I know there’s a cool down.)

So the only place to get these are in the gem store now? I have 6 alts that I’ve played nearly 800 hours and all level 80 and I haven’t come across any fine transmutation stones.

In comparison, I’ve played 200 on my main and had at least 30, but this was probably December or January.

No, it is annoying. I enjoy challenging games, but when the enemy respawns too quickly, it becomes frustrating and no longer fun.

Clearing out an area by yourself is satisfying for me, but I can never get that feeling because of the respawn time.

Wow I thought I lost my touch.

I passed this easily with my previous characters.

Now I can’t even clear the courtyard with the hundreds of Risen spawning and respawning and my NPCs dying all the time.

Qoetl in Sparkly Flen is selling a totem and a Ring of the Sun God. But the ring is mislabeled as an accessory and when you try to equip it, it replaces the accessory instead of your current ring slot.

I ended up wasting 1600+ karma points since I bought two rings and two totems (didn’t need both).

Be careful, all you other people.

Edit: Forgot to mention that both accessory and ring have the same attributes.

Unfortunately you did.
Unlike bleed,the burning condition ticks every 1second,so if you can’t reach the next second then no damage is dealt.
For example lets say you got an ability that does 1second of burning, if you reach +90% condition duration that will get it up to 1.90sec duration,then only 1 tick will go off.

The +% burn duration can help with the Fiery Wrath trait in the Zeal line,to keep the extra +10% damage.

I equipped 3 Major Runes of Flame Legion that includes +10% burn duration and a Major Sigil of Smoldering that has +7% burn duration.

I don’t see an increase in time in the tooltip or in real time. Is there something wrong?

Whenever I’m done playing and log off and close the game, whenever I try to go back on, the program won’t open. I also get an error message (attached).

It has done this many times after the patch, but never before.

I always have to restart which is really annoying.

I don’t participate in the player suicides. I just run around an area with lots of dead NPCs so I don’t revive the same NPC twice in a row.

I don’t think this is a hard daily to achieve, but if it’s not registering properly, it’ll be a bit annoying.

Guess I’m the only one with this problem.

Sometimes when I revive an NPC or player, it doesn’t register for my daily. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, the gender of the armor designer doesn’t make the reality of being forced to be half-clothed “okay”.

News Flash: There’s these items called Transmutation Stones which allow players to combine two weapons or pieces of armor, gaining a desired aesthetic look from one piece, and a desired set of statistical modifiers from the other. So nobody is forced to run around half naked.

There are people who ask for sexy male outfits. Many fantasy games have revealing armor, so you’ll be seeing that a lot. Perhaps you should play something else if you don’t like seeing it.

What I really hate about the targeting system is that when I change targets by clicking on a target and fire off whatever skill I want to use on it the system always targets the previous target. Its frustrating to have 100 blades swinging at the wrong target while being slaughtered by the target you intended to hit.

This has happened many times and it’s screwed me many times in Orr with my ranger. I try to go 1 on 1 with the enemy, I target the close one, but then I end up attacking a farther enemy with my bow. All of a sudden I got a whole mob wanting to rip out my guts instead of the 1 I wanted to fight.

In the main story, you aren’t really fighting any guilds. The only thing I can think of is in one of the personal story instances, where Trehearne explains the history of Orr:

They say that Orr was once beautiful. A nation to rival Kryta, Ascalon, and Elona.
The human gods lived in the city of Arah, and the people here were blessed.
After the gods left, the humans banded into guilds and warred upon each other.
The Guild Wars caused great devastation, and the nations faltered.
