I’ve been away from the game for a while. Did Black Lion keys specifically see a drop rate reduction? I got over 10 of them getting my first character to 80, not including the ones you get from the Personal Story.

I have over 700hours playing and i never dropped a Black Lion Key, and i am farming a lot.

U need to jump to avoid some attacks, u need to run arround to avoid some others.

No dodging is not the only mechanic, its just the outofjail card.

So Vapor Form isn’t get your HP to 50% anymore, haven’t found anthing at patch notes, but noticed today, anyone else??

Duels are more than just ekitten contests(though there´s that too). It could be a much needed quick and dirty way to test out builds and actual real-life DPS.

Just make “Charricus Maximus” a separate free for all quasi intra PvP arena.
You don´t want duels? Don´t go there.

So lets say i’m doing some exploration with a friend, or dungeon or whatever, and we want a break to have a duel or something, we need to transfer to another location, get on a different map, and then we can have it??
And of course in order to get the custom arena we need to pay for it, for just a single duel?

Also custom arenas don’t have your pve/wvw build, you need to make one from the default that spvp gives u.

First thing to know is that elementalists are not about a single element but need to focus to every element, especially later, you’ll see for urself too. (that’s why we are called ELEMENTALISTS).

Second, right now the most effective weapon combo is Dagger/Dagger, but for pve staff and scepter is also fine if u like them, try them for urself and decide

third, traits its up to you but at least 20 or 30 in arcane for lower attunment swap is a must for this class.

You pick a class you enjoy more, warriors are always welcome in groups, for finding groups you should consider using this site http://gw2lfg.com/

also more and more ppl are playing you wont have a problem finding ppl playing with, also consider joining a guild for the newly added guild missions (google it).

I agree with u m8, most staffs are ugly and copy paste, even the legendary it doesn’t feel so legendary.

I would love to see some more epic staffs as long as i would like to see some awesome looking daggers.

No you are wrong, a tool like gw2lfg its fine (we can get something like this ingame), but an autofinder group no just no.

Now how to use gw2lfg:
You need a group for lets say AC story (30lvl), you go there and look for your region if there is any listed, when you spot one just type /join “name” (the name of the party leader listing the lfg). If theres not any group, list your own LFG (its very easy), with your ingame name, then you wait for guys to /join you, it wont take too long.?
It doesn’t matter the server, cause joining instance is crosserver.

You can check more info in this forums, this player have a thread talking about his build and playstyle. I’m sure he can be a really good player, but i don’t think anybody is able to do something similar with my necro.

but i dont see any OP dmg here, do be able to do this you need to sacrifice your dmg, you can’t be killed but you can’t kill anything, only glass cannon builds.

I’ll just tell u one thing, most of the times i am the only ele in group (happens mostly in fractals), then at the end of the dungeon i get pmed from the guy that made the party and thanks me for helping them cause without me they wouldn’t complete it.

For people with lower specced machines or bandwidth limitations, it could increase performance? It could also just be a preference, since having a model “update” could be distracting while trying to track them.

add an option to reduce or remove completely effects from spells so low end pcs dont suffer so bad with low FPS!!!

After the changes at dungeon ressing viable players will be those who dont die easily, so MF/berserker builds are non-welcome.

Be my guest, in fractals above 20lvl you cant survive with MF gear (nor berserk ofc) and you are the bottleneck of the whole party, dieing in a matter of seconds in every encounter having everyone trying to res u, then next one goes down, and whole party wiping cause you dont want to use some toughness/vitality.

Elementalists need more builds, right now only 1 viable that 80% of eles are using (including me ^^)

Elementalists have only one viable build at the moment, i am really curious to see how you are going to fix this, i want to see 5-6 viable builds for my favorite class.

And about AOEs be careful cause you dont want to do something irreversible, as an ele myself dont have much of a choice cause 95% of my skills are aoe.

Dont let us down A-net.

Q: Elaborate your plans for changing AoEs

• This is not a quick fix, we are getting a lot of data.

• If your skil does 10 damage to a single target, if you have another skill that have the same opportunity cost but deals 8 damage to 5 targets, the AoE skill is better – we don’t want you to use AoE skills on single target mobs.

• Maybe add a new mechanic where mobs are resistant to AoE damage.

• In PvP and WvW we see people using AOEs on enemy players rezzing other etc

Dueling is a must in a 2012 game, i hope they add it soon!

1. Add the ability to turn off other players and seeing only their names (10+ years older games have this, why not Guild Wars 2??)

I guess higher lvl of fractals are there for the future where new things will come out and added to the drop list.

Now we have only rings and backpieces, we will have more and more things to achieve so the higher the lvl the faster u get it.
