I just tested the block feature and you can’t invite someone who has you blocked. It also says you are offline.

I don’t think you blocked them.

Either that or there is some part of the story that is missing.

Maybe I missed something but blocking someone puts you as invisible to them. How can they still find you?

Hellooo everyone!

Our guild is Solar Watch and we are looking for more social and fun members to play the game with (see title!)
The goal of our guild is to just have fun being silly in the game and getting the most out of our time spent in GW2.
We also do the usual game stuff like guild missions and things in order to keep our guild functioning.

Here is a little list of things we do or plan to do:

Social Stuff

Roleplaying – Not hardcore/serious stuff. Just pretending to be whatever you want and just being silly with it (I am a Christmas elf lol.)
General Socializing – We like our game time to be a chatty one! If you like to kinda keep to yourself while playing the game (not chatting and such), then this won’t be the place for you.
Being Helpful – We are all friendly in the guild and should help each other when we can.
Involving the Public – We want to involve as many people as we can when we do our fun little events.
We are ourselves – There is no judging in this guild. Be who you want to be and just have fun. I am whoever my characters are and I see everyone else as their characters.

Game Stuff

Guild Missions/Guild Hall – We have a guild hall and we do missions to keep it going!
PvE Focused – PvE is our main game type but we also do PvP when enough want to. WvW is not really a thing for us because of the whole “server” thing.
Minigames – I don’t know about you but I love the daily minigames. Crab toss ftw!

In the end, it is just about having friends to play and socialize with. The guild used to focus on being a small group of friends, but after time we decided that we wanted to involve as many people as we could! Now we want to create a large and growing social spot for players to just enjoy as they play the game!

On the thing about the gender and age, we don’t really ask anyone those questions.
I don’t know who is male or female or what age. Anyone is allowed to join us. Everyone is whoever or whatever they want to be and we have fun either way

Just wanted to say that I LOVE the expansion. I finally finished the story and I thought it was amazing, I was on the edge of my seat at every point lol.

The characters, the dialogue, the maps, and everything else. I am still exploring and finding new things each time.

Worth every penny and I won’t be leaving the game anytime soon! (not like i planned to anyways lol)

How many players do you actually need to claim a guild hall? Tried it with three players (full berserker), but the damage was not enough.

It only took 5 of us and we were all just casual players lol

What role should I focus on when it comes to raiding? I want to get into it but I am not sure where to start as I kittened to just simple dungeon running and low fractals.

Added PvP to the list since we need different ways to earn guild favor.

Also looking for very dedicated members who want to help the guild grow and become strong!

It says you unlock them by purchasing them at the market. I looked everywhere but i don’t understand what that means. Does anyone know?

omg finally salvaging all my old wvw gear from my 12 characters and selling those runes and sigils just made me the happiest person ever!!! ty anet! lol

Side note: If there are any Charr chefs out there please let us know. Our Sylvari chef refused to cook meat and our Asura chef constantly insisted on “experimenting” with his ingredients so we had to let them go.

Rules:
1. We have a light rep policy. Being a smaller guild, it will be very noticable if you join and never represent. Having alternate guilds and things is fine but we hope that we will attract members who want to focus on us!

2. If you drink the last of the ale from the mess hall then it is YOUR DUTY to make the trip to Hoelbrak to get the good stuff.

3. Don’t kick the Skritt in our halls. They work hard to keep the guild running.

4. Do not DO NOT steal snacks from the Vigil. They may let us party in their keep sometimes but if we have another accident then we will lose access to their special ale mugs!

5. You are no longer allowed to play pranks on or tease the Priory members. They started hiring Whispers agents to sabatoge our food supplies.

Just to clarify, I want it to only let people keep their characters up there if they have the permanent pass.

I have that one and I just want to be able to let my characters stay up there because I always switch from that location because its my fave :c

Is there a way Anet can maybe change it so that when you leave a character in the airship and then transfer the pass to another, they stay inside of it instead of on the ground?

Idk if maybe its like this to prevent ppl from somehow sneaking players with no passes on the ship or something but maybe there could be an automatic check to see if your account owns it or something?

Okay so I know the expansion is coming out too and i am excited for that because I am going to live inside the guild halls!

BUT

Is anyone else just as excited as me for Mad King Thorn coming back this month?!

This and Wintersday are my two faves and I am sooooooo excited!!! This may be the year I complete the clocktower!

And yes, you are useful.

I love it soooo much. I have soldier’s armor and everything else berserker’s. I guess its not the same if your entire set is soldier’s but I will always have that for my armor.

And if you mix it with the berserker’s trinkets and weapons then you get to hit super hard while still having much more vitality and even some toughness which never hurts
