I think you missed the point. Human nature does not mean not being able to work together, which is what this thread seems to be getting at. Of course there will be different roles, but so many in wvw are disconnected whether they want to or not and that hurts the server in the end.

I would just use staff and and beserker stats. Thats how I leveled and it made things really simple :P

I see many male and female Asura using those kinds of faces now. They actually think its cute lol. I love Asura but those monsters need to be exterminated with fire XD.

(Speaking for Asura) I don’t want a body change, just options to choose female versions of the armor and outfits where we are forced to use male versions. It worked for the ancestral outfit. Im sure an asura can still wear a dress even if they dont have a female figure :/

B2P and Angry Joe. I normally don’t play MMOs because they are sooo boring to me with how generic so many of them seem to be but after his review I tried gw2 and was super happy! 2 years of playing and counting!

I just wish we could have the option to choose between male or female versions of armor and outfits. Both sides of this argument would be happy I think.

The ancestral outfit looks really nice and we get the female version for asura.
I just wish we could choose to wear the noble dress outfit too :c

Might as well take out all Humans, Norn, and Charr too. The only ones that matter are Asura anyways.

no one, with the new trait system, leveling in GW2 is really not fun, luck i have 1 of each class lvl80 before change.

It’s not nearly as bad as people make it sound. At least not for me, I got 3 stacks of SP scrolls sitting in my bank so buying traits is nice and easy.

No offense but if its not that bad, why would you use sp scrolls to buy traits instead of unlocking them. Of course nothing is ever bad when you dont actually have to do it :/

People will usually go for the quickest and easiest way to do things regardless of the situation. Even before the changes, players would craft to 80 instead of doing pve at all to level.

I admit I am not a fan of the traits part but its still not as bad as people make it out to be.

Mesmer and Ele are 2 of my favorite classes so I would vote for ele since that is on your list. They are just too much fun and are good for any situation imo.

I have 350 on my ele alone, why do I want more of them.

Do you complain about the free items in the gemstore? I am curious. Also, skill points have multiple uses and if you feel like you really have no use for them then delete them. It still does not make sense that you see it as a bad thing.

I have all those equipped and my stats have not changed like I have seen on the build website. I am curious if they are bugged. The burning is a big part of my offense but my stats do not show any sign of an increase in duration :c

My other suggestion is to include a tab in the bank to store “toys” much like how one once existed for mini pets that would include items like costume brawl toys, endless tonics, kites, hot air balloon, flames of kryta, and the many other items that have been collected through story events and festivals with no practical purpose.

Yeah because if you don’t use TS or do exactly what others tell you to do in wvw then you are automatically a bad player. There is no other option, you HAVE to be a bad player unless you fall in line! rawr!

And that is how some wvw players sound and why I keep having fun playing my own way. No, I am not a rallybot and I follow the zerg easily without the need for TS. Sometimes I do my own thing in wvw because it seems like the more fun option at the time. Call me what you want but I put fun in this videogame before everything else. If you want to interpret that as playing bad then that is your issue.

I just wanted to know if its just me that has this issue? Whenever I use mind stab, I am unable to move for about a second after I use the skill. It really makes it hard to kite when I get stuck after doing that.

Im not sure about the revival skill but if it helps, I use restorative mantras in dungeons. I use mantras alot so its very nice. Oh and mantra of pain is on like a 1 second cooldown with the 2 second casting time so that is alot of healing

IDK how to explain this but I would like to add how they gave this game life. I guess by that I mean that the world feels very much alive. I feel like I am part of a living world. I mean like even down to the tiny ambient creatures (even the bugs) have tons of life. It is so interesting and I feel really close to my characters. From the little animations to the interesting conversations. I can just walk around and enjoy the view lol.
Even how grass moves when you shoot a fireball through it! I love it all lol.

I don’t agree with #34 I think that is unfair to increase.

I don’t really understand #24 so I will ignore that one.

For #8 I like the new system but having an option is never a bad thing imo.

Neat! Guild Wars 2 is by far my favorite MMO of all time. GW2 is the only MMO out there that I am willing to spend tons of hours and money into without any regrets. No other games out there come even close to this one imo.

Honestly, if it was not for GW2, I would have given up on MMOs a long time ago.

1. Fun: Elementalist, Mesmer, and Guardian
-Eles have so many different and fun spells to mess around with
-Mesmer is just so unique and I love the skill effects and the portal skill is just fun
-Guardians have the blunt force of a heavy class but also full of fun spells and things that make me love them so much.

2. PvE: Elementalist, Mesmer, and Guardian
-I looooove using the staff for my elementalists because it can do anything and of course the ever amazing ice bow and greatsword
-Using mesmer clones and conditions(especially torment) is just very enjoyable to me and I love the stealth
-My guardian feels like a god in pve with all the healing, buffs, and other supporting skills that really make me feel like everyone’s best friend ^^

3.WvW: Mesmer, Elementalist, Guardian

-I have a condition mesmer which I think is just the most fun thing in the world and is the only class that I actually feel confident with in wvw.
-I am not the best with my ele in wvw but omg I use her the most. Staff in wvw is just way too fun. If it was not for my low skill level, I would put her as #1.
-Guardian is the class I goto when I actually want to get up close with other players(not often :P) I love feeling supportive to my team and I love how easy it is to stay alive.

Strengths

Movement: I am very mobile. I never stand in the same place which seems to benefit me very well as a mesmer ^^

Condition builds: I LOVE condition builds on any profession. I just always found them fun.

Great with clones: It is fun using clones to distract players in order to accomplish different tasks. Whenever I am trying to help a downed friend or blend in with my own clones, it is always a fun task.

Weaknesses

Timid: I am extremely timid in real life and that reflects my gameplay. Its actually why i chose mesmer(I can hide behind clones and stealth to avoid attention). That also means I don’t usually jump into a fight to help friends unless I am certain that I can escape if things go wrong :c

Strategy: I have none. I just kinda go in and hope for the best :P

Mouse clicking: Yep, I totally click all my skills ^^ everyone tells me thats bad so I guess I will list this as a weakness. That might change this christmas though :O

Strength/Weakness

Fashion: I put fashion before everything else ^^. That can be both strength, because I always put on a show, and a weakness, because I am more concerned about how all of my Asura look rather than how good I play :P

I know they did not always have much activity but having them way down in the archive section has really made me sad.

Glad you enjoy the game! Don’t let anyone spoil your fun either. 4,500 hours and I still love this game as if I just started. I still find new things to do and its a blast whenever I log in. This game is not perfect but no game ever is. Enjoy your stay!
