I was just wondering if anyone knows if the first song the band played was actually made using the instruments that they had. I mean like, if we ourselves could play that song with our instruments.

I know we can’t play the second song that they dance to but the first song seemed possible. The drum seemed like the hardest part :s

I just wanted to say I really love how alive Lion’s Arch feels.

Everywhere I go I see something so interesting or funny like the little asura and skritt who steal apples, or how travelers greet people as they arrive in the city from other portals, or the band I happened to see playing on a stage with backup dancers and things.

Whenever I feel sad I can always find some small detail that makes me laugh or at least puts a smile on my face c:

It is a human model since the dance animation and everything is based off of humans. I am Asura btw so I assume it is the same model for everyone. I just thought it was a neat thing to see c:

I don’t understand why this bothers you. Unless your only concern for playing instruments is to try and impress others with how fast you can hit buttons, I don’t see why you would be worried about people who use macros for instruments.

Guess I am one of the few who loves the NPE. I am not new by any means but I prefer this new systems 100 times over the old one.

Disconnecting, relogging, or changing characters during a match does not grant dishonorable, with some exceptions

Being kicked by AFK detection automatically adds a stack
Being absent from a match when the match has ended adds a stack

The wiki does not say that it has been removed so I assume it is still a thing.

Dishonor is a system to prevent players from joining unranked and ranked arenas after player misconduct, such as leaving or not participating (AFKing) in matches. Each instance of undesired behavior will immediately result in a timeout and increase the player’s dishonor stat. Frequent misbehaving will result in increased duration of timeouts. Dishonor is not currently active.

An innocent player would not be banned just because 1000 players reported them. There is nothing wrong with believing that anet can tell the truth sometimes.

When you block it also hides their emotes I believe. I put all of the RPers on my block list to keep my chat box from filling up.

As far as i know, Nexon make every thing character bond, so you have to buy everything cash shop related and gear whenever you make a new character

they also release time gated classes and make new OP class like every 3 month so people will make new character and buy cash shop items.

and they are major pay to win with enchantment items in cash shop, and they are power creep in terms of balancing, before the launch high level character doing like 1000 damage, and 4 years later every rich kid will be doing 10m damage while normal players do around 10k damage.

and they made bosses so hard that normal player can not kill, but have to buy enchantment from cash shop, in order to kill the boss and get the best item drop, and it’s still shet item unless it’s enchanted with items from cash shop..

also nexon america is like 10 times worse then nexon korea, they make every cash shop skins cost kitten expansive and make them rental instead of permanent…like 5 dollars for a shirt for 30 days.

lol I remember in Vindictus how you could rent hair styles/colors and so on. There is so much wrong in that game that I am not even willing to list all of it lol.

Guild Wars 2, even with the NPE, is overwhelming for new players, specially the ones that never played a MMO before. Know why? Lack of better tooltip, a proper tutorial and explanation within the game.

A veteran player won’t think about this anymore, but might I ask how you found out about different tiers of gears, crafting, stats, lack of the usual trinity and etc? You had to ask around or search up for such things right? A new player in the MMO category will have a hard time before they can grasp all that.

When I see a new player struggling around when I am leveling or mapping, I help them and then tell if they have any doubts, to befriend me and ask whenever they want. As it is, I get whispers asking how mechanics, stats, professions and most of all, how crafting works, because looking only within the game, they can’t figure out how to maximize the craft experience without a direct information about it.

No, I learned all of that within the first hour, during beta when nobody else knew what the kitten was going on either. It isn’t that hard.

WASD, right click down, 1-5, shift 1-5 or w/e keys you bind. Game done,.

Everyone has different learning speeds and some things that are easy for you will always be difficult for others.

I have played this game for 2 years and I still have to mouse click all of my skills, I tend to press the wrong skills, I still don’t know how to beat most dungeons, and I am still unable to complete any high level content or world bosses that require any sort of skill outside of spamming attacks.

There will always be someone who has trouble with something that another person can do easily.

I don’t get the, “I’m disabled and can’t work so I spend all my time playing a video game” mentality. Wouldn’t time be better spent learning something else computer related? It sounds like the OP and others have endless time to sit at the computer, but no time to learn a skill (like programming) which could be beneficial and profitable. There’s a lot you can do from a chair… why settle on leveling your characters when you could be leveling up your life? Be a web developer, a blog writer, a musician with a keyboard and a laptop, paint pictures and sell them on the internet, a graphic designer, a novelist, etc.

Why does it matter what someone does if it makes them happy? Is it hurting you in any way? I don’t think so. Is your life better than theirs? No? Are you better than them now? Doubt it.

I do not have any disabilities or anything of the sort. I am an introvert and gaming is my escape. Just because I am not out there living the life that you think is right does not mean that I am doing something wrong. You are just ignorant and close minded.

Let people live the way that makes them happy. Worry about yourself and don’t ever try to pass judgement on someone that you know nothing about.

Oh and btw, I am sorry I am not out there curing cancer. Guess that makes me a bad person.

Meh, you can’t take over a map anyways. Also I am sure there is more to the other side of the story. I am not doubting you but things usually are not as one-sided as described here.

A friend and I was called a troll in wvw (our borderlands) one time for taking a tower and killing the enemies inside. Then started complaining saying that we are griefers since we don’t use TS and don’t listen to the commander. Turns out he was just mad for not getting credit for the tower, but of course they will say that we are trolling them…

I am not saying that this is the same type of situation here but I see this kind of stuff happening all the time, so I have to question posts like this when I see them.
