Gem store promotions need to cycle much faster so some of the older skins can be brought back.
Also please bring back Mad Memories: Complete edition or re-add this in the next Halloween event please.
Halloween was brought back last year, previous skins were not. (luckily i had them all)

Sovereign weps were brought back, (previously required watchwork sprocket) now they require tokens.
Super Llama finisher was introduced with SAB music, but no SAB.
I really hope all skins are recycled at least once.
A lot of hats were previously used only as town clothes which lets be honest, majority of the players dint care about.
They do seem to be rotating previous items of the Gemstore so lets be hopeful.
An easy fix would be to allow the final daily chest to award 2 separate drops, one for a ring, 2nd for a fractal skin/ascended box
This way the chance to roll a ring is separate from rolling a fotm skin.
Also with the change, please change the fotm skins to a fotm chest drop which allows us to pick a skin of our choice.
Now the countless ring drops is a different issue, you cannot disable them since new players are still looking for them. So leave them in, at least we can still vendor them.

I agree Zilent, but if its not tradeable then it is no different than Liadri mini, if one is tradeable, both should be
Warcry it is not the same at all. Let me explain.
Liadri could be acquired by ALL gw2 players when the patch had first hit.
Mini Llama can only be acquired by possibly 128*5 = 640 players.
There are more than hundreds of thousands of players that play this game.
And this is the best case scenario that they actually award this mini to all participants, which I will still find acceptable.
So one is available for all players to get, whereas the other is gated only to 640(best case scenario) more than likely only the top teams will get it and that will destroy the dreams of many collectors if it is not sell-able.
I have played every aspect of the game, the only minis which I purchased were the ones sold directly for gems. Since converting gold to gems is just not worth it.
At the same time, I felt that I am supporting a game that has consistently provided us with great content and updates.
I have 4 champ titles in tpvp and I was a shark pre-rank nerf patch,(dragon post patch ofc) so trust me I am better than many pvp players out there. All my rank has been earned by playing tpvp. Yet my concern mainly has to do with the distribution of these rewards.
I might be a good pvp player but I certainly do not claim to be in the top leader boards and will most likely not be able to end up in the top few spots. However, I will definitely be entering the tournament.
With that said, I still feel jipped by Anet for creating a super “exclusive” mini which might only be awarded to a hand-full of players due to the effort I have put towards acquiring the previous ones. Now if all participants get awarded this mini or it is trade-able then I have no issues with this reward.
While the collectors (myself included) will sign up for the tournament, this exclusivity is a slap in the face specially if all teams are not awarded this mini.
Most spvp players don’t care about such a reward, not to mention you can’t even bring out a mini during pvp gameplay.

So I have spent 10-20 bucks nearly every month since release to keep up with acquiring every mini-pet in this game. Now you are releasing a spvp exclusive mini….
This is not acceptable, first of all you reward pvp players legendary weapons for only playing one aspect of the game. The rest of us had to play all aspects to accumulate enough to acquire legendary weps. < This is still acceptable since we had the option of acquiring a legendary in an alternate way.
But why lock an exclusive mini behind a spvp tournament which only a handful of players will win or qualify to get? Why are you punishing your loyal customer who has been supporting your game by shelling our more than what I would pay for a subscription based game?
If this mini is not available in an alternate way then I guarantee you, I will not be spending another dime on this game in the future. Also there are many collectors such as me that will simply not spend any additional money on this game.
best advice would be to stay cooperative with the group.
You may not agree with the group’s tactics but its always best to finish the run and get your reward vs getting kicked on the 3rd or even the 4th map.
You can also start adding these players to your block list and setting a Nick name so you don’t end up in a future run with them.
I think you need to step back and take a look at what players will be more than happy with.
All we really need would be an option to load pre-set traits. Everything else can be swapped very quickly.
If you just allow us to save 5 trait builds and a way to name them then everyone will be happy. (Per character – shld be saved on account and not on local pc)
If you go above and beyond where we can share/link your traits then that will be an extra cherry on the top but that is not something that will add too much more value to this feature.

Also if you are so worried about DR, just vary the amount of things you do in game.
DR is only supposed to trigger if u rinse and repeat the same content for several hours.
Best thing to do is remove their option to even view whats in the guild bank.
If they cant see the goodies, they wont be tempted.

This is truly the most annoying bug….the TP prices/listings are broken for all new items which is also affecting external sites such as gw2tp.com, gw2spidy.com etc….
Same, this is the only achievement I don’t have either from fotm and I ran this encounter about 20 times, without being hit.
It is just bugged and remains bugged.
Sorry but your Scenario’s would of both made for much higher numbers been without rewards. As for myself i did meta within about 3 days so long before patch and other people i know finished it in the last week and they have the chest. Everyone i know that has the reward has never changed server. IMO it may have to do with server association not updating or been read correctly by the program.
So in other words, you fit in Scenario 1 and you dint get the reward – confirms Scenario 1.
Your friends completed the meta after the Megaserver patch – confirms Scenario 2.
Edit: To add to the comment regarding switching servers.
I have guildies who never switched servers and still got their chest since they completed their meta after the Megaserver patch (Scenario 2)
So switching servers or not – was not the reason for the existence of this bug.
I don’t think this is the case. My friend and I finished the meta before the megaserver patch and he got the rewards, while I did not.
The only other thing worth mentioning was that I was affected by the daily reset bug, while he wasn’t. I have a hunch that the problem is bigger than WvW.
Are you absolutely sure that your friend completed the meta prior to the patch?
Could it be possible that he was partially done?
I ran the above scenarios by nearly 150+ players and no one who completed the meta prior to the Megaserver patch got their chest.
While the World vs. World team investigates an issue with tournament reward chest distribution, we are temporarily delaying access to the rewards that would have otherwise been available on the Battle Historian on June 3rd. Allowing the rewards vendor to give out weapons would have been a disaster when a large population of players did not have their tickets.
Hopefully, you guys can quickly resolve the issue.
So let me explain why this bug occurred in the first place and what exactly caused it.
There are 2 scenarios here: Scenario 1: Player completed their Meta achievement prior to the Megaserver patch.
The reward for this meta is based upon your server ranking during the week you completed you meta.
Everyone in the above scenario did not receive their chest. Edit: A subset of players from Scenario 1 din’t get their chest.
Scenario 2: Player completed their Meta achievement after the Megaserver patch.
These are the players that received the correct chest based on their server rank at the end of the tournament.
Now I will let you digest the above.
Now so we can help the devs fix this issue in a timely manner, please post if you are an exception to either of the above scenarios.
But I am almost a 100% sure that the real culprit that caused the bug was “Megaservers”

solution is simple. you make the tickets you sent unspendable, and send right amount of new set of tickets to all players . only chance to do this is before people start spending tickets. please think fast about the solution
This is the best idea i have seen till now, please implement this.
Also DO NOT allow the NPC to give out the mistforged weapons until everyone have gotten their tickets.
The reason why ANet won’t do anything about flippers hijacking markets is because it benefits them greatly to see these higher prices. Remember that gold as a currency is tied to gems which can be purchased for real money. They hope to drive new players into purchasing gold in order to catch up which is exactly why they keep on nerfing popular farm spots.
Unfortunately this short-sighted greed is having an extremely negative effect on the game as a whole. Short of getting extraordinarily lucky a new player will have no way to ever compete on the market. They’re strangling their own game trying to squeeze a few more dollars out of it.
I don’t agree. The best result for the game and therefor the best result for ArenaNet is for the markets to work as efficiently as possible (usually). Fortunately, the nature of the trading post provides a lot of natural force for markets to work efficiently. While nothing is 100% perfect, the large majority of every part of the game’s economy runs incredibly efficiently and we put a lot of effort into making sure that they remain that way.
Do you consider the precursor and Chaos of Lyssa market working “efficiently”?
I guess quite efficient for the flippers.
I will likely not be getting any skin since I never got a chest. Also since certain players never got Season 1 rewards, I doubt they will find a fix for season 2.
Half of the population will be left without any tickets, on the other hand servers that got 3rd place some how managed to get 500 tickets so congratulations.

All they really need to do is put a cap on the max players the servers can hold.
For example:
Server1 has 30k players (8k players have logged in the past 30 days)
Put a cap on the server where max is 9k.
Any accounts that do not log in the game for 30 days, automatically are forced to pick a server again after their inactivity.
When these players log back in, they will find that Server1 was full and they will have to pick a new server – this will spread the population to other servers and also will prevent additional players from stacking the number 1 server.
GL getting rewards people, many of us are still waiting on S1 rewards……
Really? At this point the should just manually give people missing their S1 rewards.
If this happens for S2, I am going to be raising hell to their customer support.
That would not be practical, imagine a person manually sending out mails….at that rate, we will get our rewards by end of Season 20 of WvWvW…
Instead, I can almost guarantee you, they will end up re-sending out all Spring tournament rewards and some people will end up with 2 chests….
Not only that, there are players who were not part of a server that came first but still got awarded the 1st place reward chest. I highly doubt Anet will take away their rewards at this time. Also when 3rd rolls around those players will quickly trade in those tickets and unlock the mist-forged skins making it nearly impossible to take rewards back from them.
This clearly demonstrates the level of intelligence and planning that went into writing the code behind these rewards.
Tuesday is when the npc changes his dialogue and starts trading the tickets.
The chest however was supposed to awarded already…this is why people are panicking
Also note that apparently some ppl dint get even their Season 1 rewards so yea we don’t want to end up in that situation.

On the chat message you will see I am associated to JQ and I haven’t switched servers at all…..
So everyone I have spoken to has gotten a Wvw chest and even though I completed not just the meta but every single achievement, I have nothing to show for…..
