We’ve heard this rumor so many times. Maybe one day it will be true, and we’d hate to lose them but Kaineng is not a prison. Jang was on the other day when I was on though, if that says anything.

@Arkanfel. No offense but maybe you should drink and post less. I do not think the situation is dimal, but I understand your concerns. I just think perhaps you should take your opinion to an actual Kaineng forum such as; kainengunited.net or whatever, where more Kaineng feel comfortable responding without feeling like they are adding to the flames. This is no place for it.

I know we frown on negativity but the sole reason FA is winning is because KN refuses to fight them. I also think KN would be in second if they would bring this match back to a fair 1v1v1. This is one of the first times I’ve seen a legitimate 2v1 but that’s absolutely what’s gone down this week. The last time KN has more than a tower and 2 camps on FA BL was Friday reset. You guys aren’t ‘teaming’ with FA but you’re blatantly avoiding which is just as bad and as far as I’m concerned, ruining the integrity of the tier. KN isn’t dead or dying, they’re just playing stupid. KN pushes TC, TC pushes KN by retaliation. The end result is FA > TC > KN.

Oh my, this thread has taken a turn. I know I posted earlier that I felt bored, but perhaps that was the wrong word to use. I think Kaineng is fine, perhaps we are just not feeling the same sense of motivation and challenge as we once did. I’ve been on Kaineng since I joined the game, when we were at the bottom of T8. It’s been a long trip, and fun too. We particularly enjoyed the BG/TC/KN match for those 3 weeks, even though we couldn’t beat BG, we’ll always have great respect for them regardless.

I do not really believe Kaineng are upset about not winning last week, or this week. I believe most of us are just fine with it. Do we really need to win all the time? I don’t think so. Although the seemingly larger populations on both TC and FA of late, regardless of their origin, do put a stress on our stretched WvW core, particularly on our usual weak areas. It’s true we have never had the PVE population to draw from. We’ve always been predominately WvW and those playing now are the same that played in T8 or joined us later.

I appreciate the sentiment expressed by the TC members, it’s really appreciated. At the same time however, I agree with those from FA. If we feel we need to recruit, we should do that on our own. If people want to transfer then they will. But the fact is WvW guilds aren’t moving around like they used to and the story of the great transfers to T8 Kaineng is unlikely to be repeated…certainly not to T2 Kaineng.

So, Kaineng knows we do not have the horsepower to make T1, and it’s also true many of us do not want to anyway. Perhaps this is a time for reflection after a long journey and much success,. This is a game after all and the rumors of our imminent demise are, I have a feeling, as exaggerated as always.

So cheer the heck up!.

IMHO current top 4 for oceanic wvw players.
1. Blackgate
2. Fort aspenwood
3. Sanctum of Rall
4. Sea of sorrows

If you include pve that changes things around a bit. Sea of sorrows and fort aspenwood would be one and two, followed by isle of janthir, then sanctum of Rall and blackgate.

I always add the WvW tasks as part my Dailies completion, because it is so easy to complete them. I am amazed that you spent hours in WvW without getting a single kill. That’s very strange. I am curious as to which server you are playing on.

This is pretty much what Kaineng does since reaching T2, and sought to do prior, without as much success. We were waaay tired of forum wars by the time we reached T2. BG and TC treated us with respect when we reached T2, and we had a record thread as a result. Read that thread, the code in action, is there to see.

Just have fun! It’s a GAME, have fun. Ruthless battle on the field, and then fun and camaraderie with your opponent afterwards. Learn it, love it.

Simple answer….NO.

I have only experienced this infrequently, and when I have it’s usually in the Lords Room when there are a lot of players involved. But it is an issue. Culling is an issue as well, of course. They way I see it, lag and culling are the worst issues this game faces right now. Here’s hoping they fix it soon.

The random mobs are fun to pull with you into a fight. Other than that, they are a minor annoyance at best…like when you are fighting a player and you pull a Moa or whatever while fighting them…it’s annoying.

Repair costs? I never ever worry about those.
