I sent a ticket asking if they had intentionally fixed the problem or it was just a lucky hit. If it was just luck maybe they could try to find what changed in order to recognize what was causing the problem. I’ll update you later when I get a response

When the patch came out it was working perfectly, now (3 hours later) it started to lag a bit again but not like before. This is what happened to me

The problem with this method in Argentina at least, is that our customer support is comprised of little more than trained monkeys, so again, ANET’s help here would be GREATLY appreciated.
It’s not just an Argentina problem! We deal with the same in the US.

Game works flawlessly early in the morning when few people are online. At around 8 – 9 a.m server time the game becomes unplayable again.

Taking a vacuum to your system is an absolutely TERRIBLE thing to do. Please, for the sake of your systems safety, never ever do it again.
Clear dust the smart and safe way – Pressurized Air. Blow the dust away, let it settle in your carpet, vacuum the carpet. While your computer is fine now vacuums are a big creator of static. Static is, of course, electricity. Depending on what the static jumps to you could brick a component, corrupt some data on your hard drives or even brick the system.
Remember, always practice safe computing.

After reading several posts on several forums (even Lineage ones), here are some of my conclusions:
-It started on July 1st. I do not know if Anet has to pay for server hosting,but if there’s a contract it usually changes over month,right?
-Your ISP doesnt matter. Your region doesn’t matter. On another post, people complain from EU to NA to LA regions. All other games are ok.
-Lineage was affected as well.Please Ashley address this issue and let us know as soon as it’s fixed. Its in your end. We’re sure of this.
I started doing this new race-thing from new patch and it was amazing. I really wanted to do it but the delay doesnt allow me.
Thing here is that after reading all our posts and support tickets they already got to the conclusion that the problem is not on Arena Nets end. If that’s what they really believe then they won’t try to fix it cause (according to them) they have nothing to take care of.

Hey guys just an update:
Our Network Engineering Team has thoroughly investigated this issue and we have been unable to find anything that would indicate that this is an issue on our end. This does appear to be a widespread issue in the Latin American region which spans multiple countries and so I would recommend getting in contact with your ISP to see if there is anything on their end that can be done to alleviate some of this lag.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you all but unfortunately there isn’t anything that we can do in this particular case as it appears to be affecting multiple games and multiple ISP’s within this region.
So I have my ISP telling me they can’t find any problem and on the other hand Anet saying its an ISP issue. That said, seems like no one is gonna work to get it fixed. Is there a chance that I can get a refund?

The best way to get the developers attention is to submit a support ticket. To save some time add a PingPlotter and a NCSoft Game Advisor report.
Sending the ticket makes the aware of the problem and also provides them a hand-full of information that might help solve the problem.

It became unplayable on July 1st, before that I could play flawlessly. As many other mentioned I tend to rubber-band, have skill delays and freeze from time to time.

I was playing with a 32bit Windows, AMD Athlon X2, 2GB RAM and a gtx 260 Nvidia card. My biggest problem were crashes caused by my 32bit OS and the low amount of available RAM. Crashes happened once every hour more or less. When I updated my hardware crashes disappeared and so did the long loading screens,
That said I don’t think you PC doesn’t meet minimum requirements, maybe is a setup thing (I don’t know much about PCs so that was just a wild guess).

I really hope new patch fixes something, if a patch caused it a patch can fix it (crossed fingers).
Lots of people here are saying that the largest amount of affected players are those from Latin America, while in Europe the problem is way bigger than ours (Germany specially).

Lag problems is not Latin America is only South America. I ask some people in Central America (I live in Costa Rica) and Mexico is fine.
People from Costa Rica have complained in this post about lag. Europe has a massive amount of players experiencing lag issues such as ours, even players from the US (though they are few) are having lag.

Send a support ticket, this might help. A few days ago I was told by the developer answering my tickets that this was an issue caused by my ISP and nothing could be done. Lately the responses have changed to “We are starting to work on it, etc.”

If you are having lag problems please send a support ticket, doing so you are giving the dev team an image of how big this problem is. People posting their replies lately have been getting different answers, I’m not saying this will get solve but maybe they’ll get a team working on it.

Check the temperature of the computer while you are doing that fractal stage. It may be overheated and that could cause it to crash

That’s the response I got after I checked with my ISP and they told me everything was fine on their side. At this point I don’t know what to do, they clearly have a problem they are not going to assume and therefore it wont be fixed.
First step on solving a problem is to recognize you have it. They, on the other hand, are doing the exact opposite. This is what kitten es me off, plus the fact that I paid for a game that I wont be able to keep playing.

I submitted a support ticket and received fast responses from the support team. You will be asked to go through some general trouble shooting to discard problems and be able to pinpoint the real problem.

I had this issue with other games before updating my video card. Try updating your drivers and see what happens.

I had the same issue and found a post where some random guy explained possible causes for this error (couldn’t find it again). Post said that crashes were caused either by low RAM memory (2GB or less available) or a x32 OS (being x64 more suitable). Tried it myself and changed alot, no more crashes for me this far. Hope it helps

I heard crashes were caused by windows 32bit versions and less than 2GB memory available.
If you can post your computer spec maybe someone that knows more about the subject can help you. If you have a 32bit OS version you should try to go for a x64 version or just add RAM to you PC

I feel like there is no attention given to bugs at all, every 30 days approximately we get living story content released and still no bug fixes nor replies to our questions.
Lots of bugs have months in game and still haven’t been fixed such as crashes, lag, bugs nerfing classes (izerker), etc.

Blink is also bugged, it doesn’t break stun

Illusionary berserker (skill number 4 when using gs) doesn’t strike the number of times it should, therefore damage output is extremely low. On the 2nd or 3rd attack it starts striking completely but not on the 1st one.
The other skill issue is with blink skill that doesn’t break stun as it should, I teleport to selected area but I’m still stunned.

I’m having the same issue and have tried everything that people advised but nothing changed. When going from one map to another if I’ve been playing for some time it crashes

I’ve been experiencing several crashes, it only happens when using way points or going from one map to another. When loading it takes a while longer and it crashes.
