Kome was an over 500 person guild at one time. Sounds like “the leader” of Kome told some false info or and odd member or two is actually about half their members.
Anyway, back on subject, transfer to HoD to wait in ques and make your opponents the richest wvwers for that week.

This has been great for us. Only come if you want a full wvw experience. If you want to solely ppt then other servers are for you.
It would only be true if all Kome transferred which they did not. Kome is much smaller theses days.
CD is at the best state its seen in a long time. We are only openly looking for people interested in creating a t3/t4 server in the long run. Havok teams/roamers are definitely still needed.
CD is now offering part time full repair costs* to our free transfers since HoD is now queing 3 maps at a time.
*Prices and availability may change. Transfers must first choose a low self populated map. Then start raid and continue to defeat opponents up to twice in numbers. Then watch outmanned pop as que zerg runs you over. Rinse. Repeat.
Seriously though we are looking to be competitive in our high population time zones vs any server in silver league with a finish somewhere towards the top middle of the bracket. None of that matters though. Our true goal is to become a server that can hop between tier 3-4 offering a different number of matchup and full mash up of playing experiences.
Most of our homegrown players are hardened and helpful as well. There are plenty of guilds looking to help out new players as far as builds and wvw game basics. The server morale has been the best i’ve seen since the game came out.

Out of the 13-15 ranked “free transfer servers” HoD is self admitting to queing 3 maps already so you may want to consider either CD or NSP.
Only consider CD if you wan’t drama/que free playstle focused on the long term health of the server AFTER season 2.

The MoS numbers and two months vs you guys show that you guys don’t have coverage. No matter how you try to make a joke out of it or no matter how many times you say you do have coverage it is just not true. People can actually go to a site and see the truth.
CD formally apologizes to all the people from servers that get upset when we answer the op truthfully. To the op, we hope you can see how the people from CD tried to stay focused and answer. Come try us out if you are looking for an experience that is challenging (with a bit of coverage) vs something that most likely will implode shortly after season 2.
Then perhaps you should re-read the thread, it has been pointed out That AR has some Oceanic coverage, ET has large coverage, HoD has coverage, DR has coverage, SBI has coverage, CD has coverage, GoM has coverage.
No it is not normal to try and poach from the lower tiers. As said, blame the guild throwing your server’s name around not the people who are upset by it, your just confirming the mindset of CD. I realize its hard for some who have never hit the bottom ranks and had to rebuild to understand why this is not looked upon kindly.
Anyone who has been in the position of the low ranked servers would probably understand why we do not appreciate these actions, and wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. I’m not just speaking on behalf of AR, I’m pretty sure none of the ranks 20-24 would appreciate people trying to take away what little we have, but they can disagree if they see fit. That’s my rant I hope it makes it a little easier to understand the hostility.
All the server’s listed have at one point posted here that they have some form of Oceanic coverage.
After re-reading the thread (and the title which said free by the way, not sure why you listed not free) those pointing out CD are the only ones correctly giving the op the answer.
Another reread of this thread will show TBT to be trolling for its life to get AR brought up in this thread. I’m sorry but you guys don’t have SEA coverage and almost everything brought up by your guild members posts in here have been off topic.
Also, people from higher servers sending out people to lower servers to transfer IS actually quite common. Servers doing it however is uncommon. Like we said this was not server condoned. I’m sorry you are so forum hurt about it.

I don’t suppose you realise that by putting another server down in order to prop yours up, you’re just proving the negative aspects of your server culture that’s been outlined by some of the posters here.
And to correct your wrong perception Kraven; I lead an SEA guild – there are two other asian guilds here that I know of, one considering to transfer in, and maybe more that I don’t know of atm. But those in the Asian timezone aren’t pulling the weight alone. The entire server has come together, both new and old guilds, logging on at odd hours of the day to lend a hand in the spreading of coverage. It has been a truly bonding experience, and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying myself both off and during SEA primetime.
Your server has no coverage. My description of your server is accurate. It is not a putdown. These are facts defined by your servers own actions and population not opinions.

That is the worst logic I have ever seen, when mid range servers come to lower servers to advertise for their server it shows a complete lack of character. They know our populations are suffering and we’re in need of transfers yet they are ignorant enough to come and try and poach what we do have. Yes it is very much skin off all our backs down here. If I were to transfer I wouldn’t even consider CD after seeing them advertising on lower tiers, HoD at least shows some class in this regard.
The worst logic like taking something that happened and applying it to all across CD and everybody in it? Somebody pulled the best troll ever on you. Calm down and step away from the keyboard. People in here telling you its a single action not server certified. Listen…….

Come to CD. We have something that resembles coverage and abhor karma training. As a hardcore roaming/havoker (TKVA) I can tell you that CD is a great place to try your skills versus a wide variety of servers and skilled groups.
Free pond jumping til the 28th. If your reading this and you don’t transfer to CD then I guess joining NUDE is about as good.
Just wanted to point out that after almost two years of this game that it should be easily apparent to see that almost all servers that have no ocea/sea coverage have become dead servers. Those that do can always re-rise again (SoS, SbI, IoJ, DB for the 2nd time anybody?).
We have trimmed the bad attitude/karma train people off our server and now stand as a server of hardened individuals caring about quality of game (fights/matchups) over ppt.
If your looking for a place to bandwagon for the season and then leave then HoD is the epitome. If your looking for a server to call home for the long run CD offers the coverage and fighting heart to stick around. All the exodus we faced and we only fell to T5 and are arguably in a position to end up in T4 once the season is over. A few more transfers from all areas (NA/OCEA/SEA) are still needed and WILL BE FREE TIL THE 28.

Crystal Desert is looking for NA guilds. Come see what your 15-20 man teams can accomplish in the silver tiers vs the gold. There are still plenty of good players and great battles to be had.
CD offers the greatest mix of playstyle and coverage over the 13-15 position servers that will be free to transfer to. Anybody considering transferring down or up would be wise to stay away from the single zerg karma training HoD or the self thread bumping ghost town that is NSP.
Thirding CD. We offer something for everybody as far as play/playstyles and we have actually had some matchup variability if you prefer not facing the same people over and over. Also, it will soon be free to transfer here.
Crystal Desert and HoD have the higher populations in the 13-15 spots at your time. HoD is a single zerg/karma train server type of server that will cause 25 stacks of boredom when you face them. Come to CD. We offer the greatest mix of everything.

That’s what everybody is hoping. It’s not the low population of Ebay that makes fighting you guys so boring but the low level skill everybody on your server has.
The most powerful aoe skill in the game that starts hitting you before its animation shows up definitely needs an aoe ring.
Don’t listen to those overzealous SoSer’s. The higher the tier the more likely your fight is cut short by passerbys jumping in. T4-T6 have the best known havok groups. Transfer to a server that faces vT (Borlis) or TKVA (CD) if you want a challenge.

BG had ppt leading 2 times during EU last week out of 7 days. Hardly makes for a EU dominance.

BP seems to be dying all of a sudden as well. 2 weeks ago we had alright numbers. Now can’t even seem to compete with HoD
Few of the major BP guilds want to fight a horribly overweight oceanic DB yet another week. Between the death matches of leagues and one of the most un-fun locked matchups since our 13 week EBay stretch, BP has checked out and probably won’t come back until we are unlocked from DB.
In a sense the server is tanking just to get back with similar NA Prime servers. CDs oceanic transferring to DB made an already poor PvDoor experience WAY worse.
The stuff about CD transferring to DB is made up (TC got those). BP seems to just be a karma training pvd server at the moment.
1. Get rid of downed state/rally
2. The shutting down of tier 8 (possibly 7) with free transfers to servers 2-6
3.. More commander options (someway to tell group composition would be great, color coded commander tags (ex. zerg, havok, guild), hidden commander tags from enemies (like the outmanned buff, why should the enemy know))
4. Wvw badges for tomes of knowledge
5. Dragonite ore
Watching Mend and MU guild members pvf is like watching two kids fight for a backup spot on the B team (sorry to all B team kids I insulted). Here on CD we commonly laugh at both of you.
All CD/IoJ ever does is run away into their little pillow forts to scare off the big mean monsters outside.
Its a server wide effort here in CD to save you repair costs.
Feels good to be decent (or at least piggy back with cause I was always running). Give us our props though, we are at least as good as the quagaan mercs.

Hello CD. Welcome to WvW. As a server that does WvW pretty regular, we have learned, among other things, that Arrow Carts are powerful offensive weapons. As offensive weapons, arrow carts are potent at clearing defensive siege weapons inside enemy held towers.
Furthermore, Arrow carts are ground targetable siege weapons, and there are several towers that have gates with an open space between the gate itself and the archway. This allows a skilled AC gunner to fire through this breach between the gate and the wall and destroy siege that less skilled players and servers foolishly decide to place in places where offensive AC’s can engage them.
One of these places is the supply depot of langor gulch, the subject of the screenshot in your post. Borlis Pass offers its deepest apologies for your lack of skill in siege placement, but we offer hope that the lesson from this noob mistake will insure you not make it again. Even better, have your own support arrow carts that would prevent such offensive AC’s from being built in the first place. That would solve this defensive puzzle nicely, rather then relying on a “lol treb shot” on the gate to the exclusion of all else.
Again, I wish to welcome you to WvW and hope that over time you will become a valued asset to the whole and a worthy foe. As a community all of us hope to give players new to the game advice drawn from our expertise. It is however recommended that people learn how the game works before giving commentary, as it avoids the perception that they, and their server by extension, have no clue what they are doing.

As far as a the race to cap our stuff before point turn over, all i’ve seen is karma train ppt, siege camping play from BP so you may want to get used to that new norm for your server.

I have enjoyed some strong skirmish fights including that CD gank squad trolling Eternal right now. Watching you guys pick off the pug force and whittle down superior numbers was impressive.

What was the greatest mistake you made in this game? I only ask to help get over the mistake and loss I just made. First I went to create a new character cause the new faces. Upon entering the creation screen I noticed the new faces were not offered. No problem. I will use one of the 2 total makeover kits I have. Long story short, I find the look I like but decide to change the character name. Go to delete character and create new one. Redo instance, run to LA and……my kitten mind erased the character while it still had the total makeover kits (only 2 I ever had) in its inventory. Guess I wont be enjoying those new faces. Wish there was a way to recoup things from an honest mistake.
