Do you think crossfire still need the “from behind or from the side” restriction?
We can compare it with :
- Warrior’s Bleeding Shot

We could have a 1s bleed by default and 2s bonus from behind or from the side. That will be a 328(248+80) base DPS so still behind Bleeding Shot and Vital Shot.
I think that could be a nice up for condi builds and add more source of pressure for hybrib build but maybe it’s too OP…
What do you think about that?

In addition, AOE skills will be less dangerous to ours spirits and our pet because blocks and evades will be counted as a hit

I think that your idea it’s too complicated to be implemented. It’s a whole new system for only one weapon.
But i think Shotbow could be more fun too by improving the current skills :
- Change “Poison Volley” to “Poison Deluge” : Fire a spread of poison arrows on a target that explodes on impact and hits multiple foes. More damage than “Crossfire” maybe the double + 10s Poison within a 180 radius around the target. Increase the CD to 10s.
- On “Crippling Shot”, increase the cripple duration to 6s or add a 1s immo on “Crippling Shot”
- On "Concussion Shot, increase to stun radius and Increase the stun/daze duration or reduce the CD to 20s

He wants the same behavior for every movement skills. So it means don’t halved the cooldown of Ride the ligthning on hit or halved the cooldown of every movement skils on hit.
Instead he asks to increase the cooldown of the others movement skills… Are you agree with that?

So, I’ve been messing around with Boon Duration, and I noticed some wierd things. The Jungle Stalker, Fern Hound, and Blue Moa all have F2’s that are supposed to affect everyone with Might, Regeneration, and Protection.
The Problem is…, the Jungle Stalker and Fern Hound, with 90% boon duration, are supposed to apply 5 stacks of Might and Regeneration for 19 seconds. After firing off the F2, they apply it for the regular 10 seconds to me and everyone else, but, it lasts for 19 seconds on only themselves.
The Blue Moas should be applying a 7 1/2 second Protection, but only gives everyone 4 seconds, but gives itself 7 1/2 seconds.
…Add that to the list of Pet Bugs I guess.

It was their first introduction of time gating, when Zypher Scantum came out….roughly 3 months ago.
Before that there was Ascended trinkets with FotM tokens, Laurels and Guild tokens.
They started it 2 month after the release actually.

Yes we can also use ours spirits in these dungeon. For my first try my Spirit of Nature was very helpful
such as my Stone Spirit for the last boss.
Elementalist: Greatsword(Ranged)/Hammer(Ranged)
Engineer: Mace(MH)/Torche(OH)
Guardian: Shield(MH)/Mace(OH)
Mesmer: Pistol(MH)/Dague(OH)

I think Mr Sharp stated that there will be much more changes to ranger. For excample Pet health buff, Sic’ em reveals stealt and # of changes to ranger weapons. Lets just see what happens

I hope we’ll get more changes :p

I want real changes to ranger weapons making each of them more unique.
I dont’t know… a real AOE set, condi set, damage set and CC set.
For the moment we have :
- LB : damage/CC/AOE > could be more AOE focus
- SB : condi/CC/AOE?
- GS : damage/CC/Def
- S : damage/condi/Soft CC
- D : condi/Soft CC > could be full Soft CC
- T : condi > ok
- W : buff/damage > could be full buff
- A mh : condi/Soft CC/AOE?
- A oh : damage/CC
Well that a good reflect of the ranger class ^^ We can do everything but we can hardly be master in something.
Just few things about Rangers :
-remove cast time from “Guard” : It’s a shout
-remove cast time from “Signet of the Wild” : We need an instant Stability option. Or at least make it like “Dolyak Signet”
-buff traited traps range to 900 from 600 (like Necro wells and Guardian consecrations)
-reduce “Muddy Terrain” cast time to 1/2 from 3/4
-make LR damage viable or remove it and add something else (Stun the target, clean immo/cripple/chill)
-buff“protect me” by giving the pet stability and/or protection

Or you can use a stun breaker instead with a spirit or trap build in WvW.
This works consistently with other minions now.

Why necro minions, banners and turrets don’t have duration but spirits do?
Why necro minions, and guardian spirits follow you by default but ranger spirits don’t?
Why banners and turrets can be “taken back” but static ranger spirits can’t?

Yeah if we could customize our 2 pets… select a type (canine, moas, …), a F2 among a list, 3 others skill among a list, a skin, size, color, etc… that’d be awesome!
DId you take into consideration that due to lag/excitement etc people often tend to jam a button several times? This could be solved by a cooldown on the button however some people might not like this.
Maybe If they do that they’ll change the icon as they do with the active/passive icon.
I did it with a zerk build (30/30/10) with LB/SB and LR/Muddy Terrain/SoH/RaO.
In a first time, focus on getting the meats. After 4 meats, Chomper should die quickly.
Send your pet (wolf, alpin wolf) and use Muddy Terrain on Chomper.
Use LB#4 if Strugar throws the meat directly on Chomper.
Use LR if you are stuned after eating the meat .

Ok but let spirits attack then.
You can’t compare them with minions, spirit weapons or turrets. They’re not designed to do the same thing and they’ve got a very long 60s CD btw.
Shouts are orders. F1, F2 et F3 are orders too. The last order cancels the others.
Shouts should work like stance for our pet.
Be careful, you know how shouts work….
If you press F1, F2 or F4 the effect of the shout stops and i love the drake’s F2 during RAO.

It’s the same with Frost spirit’s cold snap. I tried to increase the chill duration but it seems to be always 5s.

How many extra heal do you want during healing spring?
Exactly with an SB, no matter how good a dodger you are in Zergs is difficult not to get hit by AoEs when you go in melee. Therefore I prefer roaming, just started it not done transitioning my gear hence not at full effect.
My goal is to get all cavalier trinkets socketed with emeralds till I can get the infused ascended versions.
Traits:
Skirmishing 20: Pets move faster, Quickdraw
Wilderness Survival 20: (Optional), Martial Mastery- I go for Wilderness Training for lower cooldown on Lightning Reflexes and Entangle

I used to play a classic BM/Healing build. It’s cool to be unkillable yeah but i’d wanted to try something more aggressive and i have fun with it.
Ok i can die pretty fast vs a another glass canon but it’s mostly end in a dual down thanks to my pet 
I’m maybe the easiest target but i often finish first of the game… so it’s ok for me.
It’s not dedicated for tPvP and maybe not optimized but after playing hours with a bunker build i’d just wanted to go with something new
