Silver league EU as Kibre mentioned has many roamers. You can find nice small scale fights and 1v1s (and some 1vX :p) especially around the borderland ruin points.

Also many people setting up duels at mill as well as the dueling guild [TDS] which is cross-server.

umm I think a guild mate an I interrupted a duel between a UW and Deso guys a while ago.

If it was a duel sorry. We just saw 3 people behind the south camp on gandara BL and killed you.

Maybe go closer to the mill next time so that their will be no more confusion.

We have one of the highest PvE populations of all servers, if they can be dragged into WvW it won’t take long for us to come back fighting.

Don’t rely on your PVE population they only come to WvW when you are in a match you are winning by a landslide to easymode it.

Talking about the casuals not the PvXers or PvX guilds.

I have hopes for silver league since we don’t have to face the blobbers in blob league all the time.

we still got abaddon though :p

Yeh we had Evelyn commanding in LA last night too, guess he couldn’t get out of WvW mode lol (like a Vietnamese veteran with flashbacks lol), we had strike team on LA bank, scouts on the TP and crafting stations, zerged the JP’s water fields being blasted on the chests lol

I hope the scouts reported back on what the latest strategies the TP wizards have on making money :p

With WvW down and Spvp giving me weird errors I had to log off because even the little time I put in gathering stuff for ascended yesterday bored me to tears.

I like the WvW community a lot on Gandara. I’ve been on the server since beta and it never crossed my mind to transfer.

If you guys would have read on it would have become apparent about my meaning about engis and zergs.

Maybe a phrased it wrong maybe its just my preference of non zerg combat.

The fun of engis IMO is kit swapping and comboing. I can’t do that when I having skill lag or in the rare moments when I am facing a massive blob server I am lagging seconds or a minute behind what is happening on screen.

You can be a zerg apothecary Engi and keep up with the melee train providing support CC and a bit of damage. To me its not so much fun.

Be careful about the AOE condition damage but as an engi you can hop in and out of the “danger zone” if you have the vigor + Speedy kits traits.

I am mostly running as an apothecary engi these days. I don’t use toolkit I use rocket boots instead. F skill on Healing turret and rocket boots is <3.

currently have perplexity runes for some damage. Also I take protection injection and vigorous speed in the alchemy tree instead of backpack regen.

I don’t recommend this for zergs. In fact I don’t think Engis are good in zergs because the fun of being an engi is the kit switching and comboing skills. In zergs you just need to know where your “1” button is since you will likely encounter skill lag. Better off as a guard or a warrior there.

Kudos to you, fella! I was there with the AFTL/CS group – have to LOL that you broke the wall down while we were smacking on the door .. not sure why we didn’t go straight to the cata spot (maybe not enough cata st that point – not sure).

If I remember correctly, we wiped the Riverside mob thereon. You guys should have taken the opportunity to try to break into inner and steal up from under our nose! :-)

I wish we could have used our introduction of RS to you guys as a chance to go back to cataing hills but if you see in the end with my little panic attack RS were inside as well so knowing them from previous match ups they would have repaired the wall quickly
I was kinda having to much fun watching you guys fight and forgot to be aware of my surroundings lol

I don’t like that attitude. I can understand it, and I do give up trying to defend someplace when I am far away and they are already in inner or when its blob vs 5. Most of the time I am there defending till they kill me.

yesterday I was lagging a lot in SPVP even in the pvp lobby which was a first. not looking forward to this free weekend now since its always a lagfest.
GG ANET for having it on a reset day though since its a weekend event I doubt they could have put it on another day

I still remember the stream where Isaiah got trolled by a thief(?) that was funny.

Yesterday while our zerg was fighting in UW’s hills we (my guild and I) were on a mission to destroy the west wall.
It would have been really funny if the wall collapsed with our zerg on it backing away from the UW defending force.

I once commanded my zerg into attacking the red keep watergate, in EB.

Half of them somehow glitched in, including me. Me and some of the others guys jumped out, but some went and destroyed siege. Called off the attack..
