from what i know this is the only teleport skill in the game that work like that, and dont understand why only necromancer have to hit someone to make it work when the rest of the class dont have that problem
so pls make it more like Lightning Flash – teleport to target area(i like this option more) or at least as Judge’s Intervention – teleport to your target

why i dont like downed stat:
-ressing is too fast
-because of the rally system
-they remove all condi on it so i have to start from 0
-“When you have been downed five times within one minute you will be automatically defeated without the chance to fight back.” this is not the last chance
-in most of the case “team play” starts when someone is downed
i can res downed ppls under arrow cart fire, so yes ressing is to fast
in gw2 you move from “combat mode” to “out of combat” rly fast so this is not the best idea for elementalists,

perfect DS skills for condi necromancer, but unfortunately you have to jump into the water to use 2 of them :/
activation time (0.25sec) is too short for that skill
in my opinion you should give us opportunity to interrupt that skill (10 sec ally hide + ally heal + thief traits) and change the AT to 1.25sec at least

How these ranks will be gained? With points. (I call them world defender points)

- Reduce the rez rate/time (you want fast res use resurrection skills)
- change rally mechanic (1 killed 1 ressed)

- remove this from rally mechanic “… or gaining enough experience via kills.” Rally is the process of removing oneself from a downed state. You can rally by killing foes using your pet or downed skills or gaining enough experience via kills
- add this “you can’t pass through the door/portal when you are downed”
- dont remove conditions in down state (necromancer dream, from what i know you dont remove all boons e.g. Might/Retaliation/Swiftness/Protection/Quickness, change Bandage for example "Restores health while you channel it, remove 1-2 condi every 3-5 sec)
- When you have been downed
five(TWO) times within one minute you will be automatically defeated without the chance to fight back. (you don’t deserve for second chance when you “die” few time in 1 min)

10. Outmanned buff needs to be changed. It should affect damage and health as well as wall/door strength and NPCs.
adding this will force small groups (server with more ppls) to stay near zerg, so no thx

WvWvW is and is meant to be casual, it’s more about army vs army than individual players. If you want personal pvp and more of a skill vs skill not the chaos/imbalanced fights wvwvw offers, go structured pvp.
i want MMO not Counter-Strike
Correct me if I’m wrong, but the ideas was: you get a whispered invite from an enemy, you accept or decline, then you can chat. If he’s flaming you, put him instandly on ignore and he/she/it will not bother you any longer. Simple.

you can say whatever u want, but for me chatting with enemy is the best way to find PvP (party) friends. after the first fight you know how he play and you know who is he, how he behave when he lose.

why:
- words “or gaining enought experience via kills” dont fit to downed mode concept
(Fight For Your Life) - now 1 killed player/npc can rally few downed enemies
- to remove instant rally from the game
- cuz we have too many dying players/npc/mobs in WvWvW and you never know when downed player will stand up/you will stand up
- something that you do in normal fight should not affect the DM (u do the same with conditions )

I can live with “downed state” but “rally system” really piss me off sometimes, for me, it should look like this

with “no name” system cheating is a lot easier, now none will tell “ohh i saw you when you did this … buuuu” so u dont rly care and you do this
Alt+F4 is not equivalent to logging off. Although it seems so, what if their client crashes but cannot close the program because of a message they cannot see. Alt+F4 is out of game control so Anet shouldn’t prevent players from using it.
so for you this “You cannot log out while in combat” will not allow you to do this anymore? your client has nothing to do with “combat mode”,
I’m guessing you are frustrated by people disappearing off when you are trying to kill them in PvP/WvW, so perhaps they can increase it in those. However, if you fail to snag them because they have evasive skills or speed. Then perhaps you should bring a snare or a speed boost yourself to catch them and keep them in combat. I don’t see a problem with this.
how do u want to catch elementalist (2 skills and you cant even touch him with 1200 skills) or dagger ( 5 sec hide and u dont know where is he, still here or maybe he used WP) ?

- increase combat time “You cannot map travel while in combat”
- add this “You cannot log out while in combat” (do something with alt+f4 players in WvWvW)

- reduce Recharge/Activation time of all resurrection skills
or - change “Revive up to three downed allies” to “Revive up to three killed allies”
(as a necro i see no reason to use RES skill (180reus/2cast time) nowadays, reus time is too long and in the worst case i have only 1sec for reaction (finishing move 3sec, RES cast time 2 sec)
- remove “Rally” from the game, at least from WvWvW
(It’s really annoying when someone stand up just because some npc/mob/player was killed)

It would be very nice if you could add some “text macro” to the game.
for example:
f1- Enemies Are Coming
f2- Retreat
f3- No Mersy
f4- Stay Together
etc
No matter what profession and ability combo you want to propose, Necro’s have the ability to put out more conditions much, much quicker than they can be cleansed.

for that u need only guild chat or TeamSpeak and 1 man on enemy server
Just imagine this, we all have friends on different servers so you go to WvW and you see him and instead of killing him you cooperate with him. That right there is just wrong for WvW, and creates a lot of traitors !
How do you play soccer,basketball with your friends ?
Like you said enemies irl abuse each other verbally, that right there is one of the things I do not miss at all, the verbal abuse is already out of hand on your own side if all of a sudden you could speak to the enemy it’d turn into a flame swearing war every time someone loses a duel or is ambushed by a thief the swearing starts. And loads of people will get banned because of it.
this is only the one side of the coin, what about the good side ?

Downed State
I think the mechanic is OK for PvE but in small scale PvP (1v2/1v3/2v5 etc) its really frustrating. I just dont understand why after wonderful fight when i tried to avoid my enemies dmg i have to spend 4sec+++ to kill some1 and during that time im just a shield (shot me, i dont move u will hit me for sure) for my opponents.
Suggestions:
- remove class downed skills from WvWvW (when u fight with player)
- pvp score/award for “downed” not for “finish him”
- add some really nice finishing move to gem store (Mortal Kombat)
- no resurrection allowed after u finish some1
