Nvm, i solved the issue by another thread. Had to leave another guild and then rejoin the guild that i wanted to join. Shouldnt have to do that tho!

So i joined a guild today, and the guild chat is bugged. When i represent the other guilds im in, it works to see and write in guild chat, but the new guild i joined…cant see guild chat and cant write in guild chat…says im not in a guild. Thats rly weird when it works in other guilds i was in already.

Lag again……….dc & 20 seconds of delay lag. Peak time. Started today.

Since i created a whole new thread before its maybe better if i post it here instead.
Location : Sweden
Time and date of incident : It usually starts late afternoon like 4 pm and on going from there until i go to sleep. It started to become really bad for me yesterday 2015-03-10 and has continue to be bad (excecpt from earlier in the day)
Server : Desolation
Description: Megalag. It says im not connected to a guild, offline on the server even if im online, get random dc without any warning. Yesterday i teleported across all tyria and checked ip in every map. Some maps/servers are totally messed up like, it says youre not connected to a login server and that youre not in a guild and friendslist is offline. Some other maps/servers are kinda stable but have seconds of delay of lags. This is both in pve and pvp maps/servers. The chat lags as well, especially the ones thats connected to the guild chat, sometimes i cant even see the guild chat. No, its not my internet connection because many i know, which live across the world which play on eu have the same issues in the same maps/servers like i have.

Anet you have serious problems with your servers. Seconds of lag delay. Unplayable. Both in pve & pve. Disconnects from story as well. Anet, you have had serious issues with your servers since about november last year. Whats up? It doesnt get better…We cant play a game that lags this hard a few days every week

Im just about to assume we always will have this problem since its soon been half a year and no fix.

And no its not my connection, my friend who lives in Kuwait and i who live in scandinavia have the same issues.

Once again i dont know if im posting in the right part of this forum but something weird just happened in game. I was browsing tp and all a sudden my whole client just closed alltogether and got a popup window saying my client stopped working for whatever reason. So far it must be the weirdest thing that ever made my client close like that. It has to be a bug or something? Ive heard some players have had the same issues in game from time to time with tp.

Gosh, RNG must be unkind to you if you’re getting it everytime in unranked. Too bad for you, the majority likes the map. Including myself.
You could always get better and play Ranked arena instead. Of course with your luck, Courtyard will still appear on the list. Darn.

Dude i ranked up to r80 in ranked. Its amusing to read these comments when they dont know anything Courtyard is just tons of spam instead of using brain, hence i dont like it.

Anet you seriously made a mistake adding courtyard to tpvp. If i wanted to play wvw i would go to wvw. Courtyard is all about zerging and endless killing. Theres no teamwork to it whatssoever just “let the team with most aoe classes win”. You have broken pvp with that map. That pvp map should be seperated from normal tourny, it doesnt have a place in tournament whatssoever. You can ask yourself why you dont use that map when its the monthly tournament, theres a reason for it. So dont implement that broken map in normal tournament either. Im THIS close to just stop pvp alltogether because i dont want to play wvw when i enter pvp!

I dont know whatssoever where to post this question so im asking here. Okay so i have a question about the fractal capacitor. I bought it from npc but i thought it was a bit ugly without the shine, so i transmutated it to wind catcher. Now all a sudden ive decided to make fractal capacitor shiny…but its transmutated…I know i can transmutate it back but the question is if i upgrade it (now when its been transmutated before) will it get a shine?
Because im seriously confused about this.

Incredible lag in pvp maps! I was doing my daily like always and when i was trying to defend a cap, all a sudden i get seconds of delay on skills the entire match and instadeath because of this. Ever since i get these random delay on skills in pvp. Its unplayable.

Everytime we have to look for a party the messages are jumping around like crazy and it never stops. It hurts my eyes and i seriously get headache from it. I can barely see what it says either because of all that jumping back and fourth so kinda hard sometimes to join a group.

Its been like this for 2 weeks soon, pls fix. Its driving me crazy.

My confessions here we go! Not trying to offend anyone, take it as it is!

- I hate when people make their male characters short. It just looks wrong and stupid.

- I hate when people write japanese words like senpai and crap like that in all chat and think theyre funny when theyre just tiredsome.

- I hate when people still use “gotta catch them all” pocemon crap, still after 2 years AT EVERY WORLD BOSS. Just please, stop it.

Thats basically about the community.

- If pres on world bosses dont get finished fast i get bored and leave and i miss out on gold (wish pre-events would be removed from the game).

- I like to see people fall in jumping puzzles.

- I prefer to not res people, it always end me up getting killed.

- I get annoyed if i see someone standing on my special afk spot in Divinity reach Q.Q

- I love to troll people more than i like to admit.

- GW2 is a mmo, but i prefer to play solo.

Pls Anet bring back uw and fow as endgame. I really miss them and would like to see them revamped in gw2!

Since fractals basically is the only “real” endgame which you cant really rush trough without being decent at your class, it would be awesome to have a bit more difficult content in the shape of uw and fow.

You could have special uw & fow weapon skins you could farm which would attract players and a higher chance of t6 drops in it. Just a suggestion.

It works when it comes to guildmates for me, but not friends. And then the stupid thing that i get into more often the same server as the people ive blocked than my friends is what makes it redicilous.

I realised something funny with the megaservers. Its bloody hard to get into maps where your friends are, but sure as heck, everytime you get into maps where people you blocked are.

Logic??

Pls give us districts that we can move around to as we like. It worked so well in gw1. Megaservers are a big fail.

Everytime i try to get to dr the past 30 mins i get this error. I simply cant go there. These dc’s are starting to become redicilous. Its all the time during the day! Wherever & whenever. It doesnt even seem to have a pattern, it just happens randomly. No lag warnings before, just a clean cut off. Sometimes youre even unlucky so the client stops working and you have to restart the whole computer.

Imma cry soon.

I get dc all the time! I just missed karka because of a dc! The best part of it all, is that sometimes you cant even start guild wars client again, you have to restart the whole computer.

I want expansion!!!!! For realz how many times can i repeat the same things over and over? I have world completion, i have r80 pvp and i played wvw daily for a whole year. Ive done fractals over 100 times, repeated dungeons million of times. We need expansion with new content and with new content i seriously mean new permanent stuff added to the game. Like in gw1, in every expansion they added new types of content. When factions came out we got new type of pvp, new maps, new professions….Now we get…storylines which isnt rly smth that can keep a player to stay. You basically do the story one time and then youre done. Anet please add some more valuable content pls cause i really love the game but i have zero reason to login at this time. <3

I dont agree with most of the things you said. Most mmo’s have brainless mobs and i think more random things happen in this game than in other mmo’s. What makes it boring for me now tho, is that ive done basically everything 100 times already and the living story is not litting my yayfeeling. The last livingstory was superboring, and this one will probably be superboring as well.

I seriously just want an expansion now. I want to see cantha & Nightfall but it feels like its never gonna happen. Its been 2 years now… I start to get a bit worried.

Maybe if we shout loud enough they hear us? ;D

At least we wont be needing “heroes” in gw2 cause of lack of healers. Thats good for the future Thats good enough reason for me to be loving the no trinity thing.

Well any server with full or high is probably good. And besides, even if it says full, if you really want to join it, login on a low pressure time when not many people are online and then join it. Thats how i did in 2012, i was first on whiteside ridge but changed to desolation which was full most of the time of the day.

Hi Anet and my fellow community buddies!

I love you Anet, you know i do, but ive become 100% bored of pve now. I need new areas to explore, new races/professions to try out, new stories to follow! The living world story stuff stuff isnt enough for me im afraid. Right now i waste tons of my time to play pvp but i worry about the day ill get tired of that too. Since theres just one kind of pvp as of today, theres not much to choose from, like we had in guild wars 1.

Its been soon two years since the release and my imagination of things to do in the game starts to run out! I think many of us need something soon! Actually, it would be great if the expansions would come slowly through living world, instead of having to buy new expansions but i would totally understand if thats not an option. You have so much potential with Guild Wars 2 and i think its important that you follow the tradition with expansions to keep the playerbase and bring back old players.

Well thats all from me. Im hoping to see expansions in the future with new exciting things to do

Me too! Omg im getting so frusterated. Lag everyday, random dc when im in tourny which i neeeever ever had before. (Playing on desolation). It seriously is unplayable for me. Its not my internet connection.

yes, the guild leader changing the name would be the best.

There are nutheads in all guilds, all you can do is remember their name, because one person doesnt speak for a whole guild.

edit: if so, why do we even have name change tickets? every person can act bad, and then they change name and no one will know.

Hi everyone!

Ive been a guild leader for more than one year now and we have all guild missions unlocked and tons of influence to waste. The biggest problem atm is that i hate my guild name! I created the guild with my ex bf and it was his stupid idea to call it the way it is. The guild name that my guild has is not really appealing to mature players, and many would probably say “create a new guild”, but that would not be easy to build up a whole community again with all guild missions unlocked etc. It would be unattractive to many players to join when bigger guilds would have more to offer. So this is a suggestion to Anet, to maybe consider to create some guild name tickets in the lion tp that we could buy with gems. I think me and a few other people would love this.

Im a guardian and my toon will soon hit lvl 80 in 1.5 lvls. My problem is to choose armor stats when it comes to what the game community needs. Since i play quite alot of wvw i need something that can keep me alive for support but i also play pve a fair bit like dungeons and so on…I have some conflicts tho!

I feel so extremely weak as a guardian, takes 1 hour to kill mobs (i exaggerate ofc) but it takes a while, i could almost not finish a lvl 48 quest when i was lvl 77 cause lack of damage. That makes me wanna go power, precicion and crit as stat on my armor, but is that really what the community needs? and how well will that keep me alive since i have to play support sometimes. Argh! This is really a conflict, cause i dont want to be a wuss in damage in pvp and pve and at the same not die in 1 second as a guardian when i play such an important role of a party. Guyes help me! Whats your ideas and suggestions?
