Latex? No, that is a man-made material made from specials plastics and polymers. Do you see any of that in GW2? Or WoW, Skyrim, Dragon’s Dogma, Dragon Age, pretty much every fantasy game ever made? Nope.
Tight-fitting clothes that match the tightness of latex? Maybe.

steel is also a man-made product as is any cotton/linen/whatever material, latex is simply an elastic kind of rubber.

anyway, i would love to have that but i don’t think Anet is gonna agree with it, it simply suggests things not rated under the pegi 13.

get rid of level scaling

i dunno, on one hand it’s good to be scaled down so high level characters don’t spoil the fun for low level characters, on the other hand i find it a waste to level at all when everything is downscaled anyway.
it’s a bit like training so hard to lift that weight and some weak chump walks to the weight and lifts it like it’s nothing, why train when there is no use….

the reason why i don’t use the axe is because i pretty much hate unholy feast, it attracts way to many enemies i don’t want attacking.
i know a skill i have thought of for when the great sword is seen as a good thing for the necro, wanted it from the start.

undead poison: stab the sword directly in the ground and channel necrotic magic trough the blade, anyone close to you is poisoned and suffers damage every second for a time.

i leave the numbers to Anet, i can make skills but not balance them :P

knowing that the necro staff is THE most powerful weapon for the necro, sometimes the game for that matter, they did that for balance reasons.
not every profession is a spam-a-lot like the thief, you need long recharges for skills that are more powerful then your average fast skill.
in some cases i can understand what you mean tho, why does it take that long to reload a summon like hounds of balthazar or the mist wolf, a recharge of 40-60 is enough giving that it takes 30 seconds for it to die and it mostly die in battle anyway. (it’s an elite, make it at such power)

in allot of cases it’s a matter of balance, in some cases they do need to lower the cooldown to make the skill more useful then it’s current uselessness.

nice to know more ppl who like this, i just don’t see how it’s a good idea to have only 2 female faces with makeup with one barely viewable and the other hardly acceptable.

kids these days, you suggest something simple and they start bringing illogic arguments.
firstly i don’t play the sims because I AM PLAYING GUILD WARS 2, secondly have some imagination for Christ sake.
answer me this, how is it a bad idea when it gives more options?

the title pretty much says it all, be able to place makeup on female characters.
heck, some paterns for male characters would be fun to see too, like a crow eye patern or small tears on the side of the eyes as tattoo.
it just makes no sense to be limited on what face we use because the only few faces with makeup are ether ruining the face or are not the shape you wish to use, male characters have beards so it’s only fair to see a makeup tab for females.

I don’t agree with forcing group content.

Yes having group content is great within an MMO, but if players want to experience zones they should not need to be in a group unless it is a dungeon. Now don’t get me wrong I’d love to see how some of the older GW1 areas have changed in the 250 years that have passed between GW1 and GW2 but I do not think forcing people into groups in order to see that content is the answer.

That was one of my concerns when I thought of this, but this is end game content designed for friends to do together I mean theres sould be no way a pug could do this without prior planning.

so if i am pretty much the only one in my friend circle that plays GW2 i should never be able to play that content?
that’s rather ignorant, anything within a persistent world should be possible for any play style regardless of any individual wish.

this is my build:
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fQEQNBmQDbkQrSvTTUjfTBIp46nnUQ+4QFuNSBxLD-jQxAsCEeAQFtIasaZAzNAA-e

it’s made for PVE because i simply don’t PVP, the build is for necro’s who want to survive large zergs of enemies.

it’s mainly based on the staff because it’s the most powerful that way, you can control an enemy trough fear and chill while letting your flesh horror take attention.
when stronger enemies get annoying you simply knock them down and the entire group with them, you can then get closer and cast well of darkness.
against champions it’s best to blind them first before attacking, then cast well of suffering to do a massive portion of damage and finish it with mark of blood, regenerating your flesh horror and bleeding the champion.

up until now it’s really rare for me to get damage in the first place, any enemy i face is nothing more then a play toy and i have plenty of space to get away when it really becomes dire. (like an overwhelming zerg)

cheers

the only thing i want changed (and probably changes the entire working of it) is the initiative it self, remove it.
every single profession gives you plenty of space to fight on and even when one skill is recharging you can still use another one, the thief however makes it impossible to do just that.

i would suggest to instead of having initiative every skill has it’s own adrenaline pool, this makes combining skills allot more flexible and the profession less a spam-a-lot target.
i can understand that the thief is suppose to be a burst profession but after the burst has gone it’s simply a walking target, i don’t even see why ppl call it OP when some professions can take it down without any problems.

less spam-a-lot, more flexibility.

i can see one reason why not, all the WTS……. and WTB…….. screams full with detail and caps lock non-sense, BLTP cleans that up.
the only way they can justify one is when they keep a lid on the mentioned stuff.

IMO the ritualist should simply return, it’s my 2nd favorite profession in GW1 and it would perfectly fit GW2.
some say the mesmer is the new rit which is as inaccurate as a rifle with a 97 degree barrel, others say the engineer is the GW2 rit but the whole purpose the rit had in GW1 can’t be found anywhere in the engineer.

your suggestion could be the basic ground to revive the ritualist in GW2.

mustache and ponytales

there are two things that bothers me, when i try to create a norn or human i can’t use a simple mustache.
same with female humans, allot of special hair styles but simply a few ponytails is to much to handle.

so the suggestion is simple, add several mustaches and ponytails.

i was already really disappointed when i could not use the norn tail on a human and i tried to make my GW1 character, even with several characters i own i still can’t create any of them.
something this (semi) simple should be in the game, piece out
