An all thief party is quite weak in comparison to other class combination. Been running a party of 2 guards 2 mesmer and ranger and pawning majority thief’s party. Also was running in an all thief party which got owned by a party 2 guard 1 cc war 1 mesmer and 1 dd ele party. Have you rver vs a all mesmet party seriosly holy kitten its strong. Dont what server your on but there is still lots of small man action going on. Obviously you have to be more skilled if you like small man action/solo roaming

umm you guys do realize that there are people out there that can take on groups by themselves btw are you from Darkhaven? if so Seven Mirrors(Mesmer) on SF (KING guild) likes to take on groups and has constant regen and if theif you saw was from ioj FT guild that was prob me, if your new to WvW i suggest you practice on your pvping and your build may not be suited for WvW there are many vids and post on forums that can help you out

Hi there I would like to recommend Isle of Janthir. We are currently in T6 smallest pop and coverage of the 3 server in our tier usually losing by a margin of 60k+ points to the top server(DH). A guild of your size could def bring some equilibrium to our tier and make for a competitive match up for everyone

andyMak.6975 WvW is full of bad players so it still easy for a thief do alright post patch its when you vs a skilled player with an understanding of the thief that you realize that the added sec of reveal was to big a Nerf esp when a thief can be bursted down in a matter of seconds. We should have a dual let’s see if I can change your mind

2v2 and 3v3 deathmatch ftw pls Anet make this happen I think this mode of pvp would bring lots of people to gw2 retain alot of players aswell

It was good until the most recent stealth nerf where you could Maintain 11-12bleeds on you opponent, now you can only maintain 7-8bleeds. You can still do ok but its not that great anymore.

Yea nerf was to much less survivability, less dps and made the thief attack rotation feel awkward and messy. I loled at your rant Arkitech but i totally agree with you

Hi everyone I am the founder of Fairy Tale on IOJ and i started the guild just over 3 months ago and it has been growing quite nicely 80+ members. I am now getting very busy in my real life and no longer have to time to run the guild. We have guild missions unlocked and have been running them and its been a blast. I am looks for an individual/s with game experience and leadership skills who might be interested. Also if you have a group of friends who are thinking about starting a guild this maybe be a good opportunity as we have many upgrades already done. Another possiblity is a small guild that wants to run guild mission but can get the influence could take the leadership role.

I play 5-6hrs a day in wvw on a tier 5 server and I`ve never really experience any culling same with most people in my guild. Maybe it would be worth transfering to a lower populated server

All those waiting in queues for hrs are welcome to transfer to ioj. you will never have to wait even on reset night simply log on and enter WvW any time you want. It really is great. Also there aren’t to many zergs running around which allow small organized groups to accomplish alot. I know many ppl feel sorry for ioj losing Alot of its pop but WvW has never been so much fun.

Lol to all the players crying about thiefs they are so easy to deal with. Perma stealth? never have I seen that when fighting a thief(over 400hrs in wvw). I know talk is cheap will be posting vids shortly of pwning thiefs in 1v1 fights. Also if anyone else has got such vids post them so we can show the nubs its a learn to play issue

Sorry for grammar error but seriously how much more Nerfing can the theif take before it is actually useless? I think the nerf bats came out way to early. A game was new an Anet did not give players enough time to learn how to counter a theif(that being said people where way to fast to complain). The game has been out now for couple months and players are now getting used to how the theifs operates and have adjusted there playing strategy accordingly and I think many good players would agree it is not op . I play a variety of classes Warrior, Necro, Mes, Thief and I will tell you right now the theif is not op at all. Once you learn how the work they are no trouble to deal with(watch invis entry calculate time of invis dodge use cc). Warrior can generate more dps and have a much great defense at the same time than as theif. Guardians also out spec the theif with high defensive ability and great dps. Their tanking ability is ridiculous and I have seen them crush thiefs again again. Mesmer’s rock! I dont think I have to say anything about them. Glass cannon theifs spec can kill fast but die fast also real fast! While great 1v1 profession they are not so great in bigger skirmishes, getting hit by stay attacks an AOEs generally means the theif is the first one down. The also have a lack of support abilities
Scenario: Take a Warrior glass cannon vs a theif glass cannon the Warrior glc will kill the thief faster than the theif will kill the Warrior. Also the theif has to make there way to side or back of the warrior to generate a high dps, and in an actually fight thats not so easy.
Due to all the nerfing of the theif I have decided it is no longer my main profession. It was either quit or change professions its getting that bad. I think many other players will be doing the same thing. Same becuase the theif is a fun profes. Anet really needs to do alot more consideration before continue down the nerf road or it risks losing a large number of players. Well thats my 2cents enjoy the game everyone;)
