I am just looking for a guild I can run dungeons with. I have pug my way threw this game from the time I’ve played it til now. Don’t get me wrong there are plenty of groups that I’ve run with while pugging that have be great. However. for every great group there will always be times were people leave or blame each other for w/e didn’t go right and rather then coming together they rage quit. Now I know I’m not much better, I myself have rage quit in between runs, but I at least stay and try to make it threw the run no matter how long it takes. I am basically just running dungeons for the gold and it would be nice to have a team of people I could run with and not pray that the group rolled the dice with will be able to make it threw the dungeons. With Sohothin suddenly entering the mist….

What if Rytlock returns later from the mist with Rurik with Rurik role being that he would manage to convert some of the Ascalonian ghost to our side or at least rally the Ascalonian Ghost that isn’t under much influence from King Adelbern’s curse to aid us in freeing Ascalon from the Foefire curse.

Of course this would lead to a split in Ascalonian Ghost faction being the ones that side with Rurik can be freed from the Foefire curse easily while the ones still loyal to Adelbern will remain stubborn. However, this would also mean, lore wise, the Charr will have less Ascalonian ghost to deal with without needing to removal all the Ascalonian ghosts wandering Ascalon.

Come on guy this plot twist was from lotr lets not rip off other peoples ideas. People get sued for that

I don’t seem to see these problems. And before you say i’m fanboying anet, I do have some problems with the game in some regards, but a lot of the complaints simply don’t come off to me as extremely terrible. Some were actually positive, imo, such as Aetherblade Retreat’s difficulty. I was astonished that people decided to stop running it. But then again, isn’t how enjoyable a game is totally subjective?

You can’t make an objective argument for the enjoyability of a game apart from what number of people hold x opinion and what number of people hold y opinion, which still doesn’t prove whose right. You say they’re legitimate, and yes, I actually do think some of them are legitimate, but I pointed them out anyway for the purpose of the post.

But there’s a magnitude of complaints that get thrown around that make no sense to me. One of the most egregious and nearly infuriating for me? The trahearne stole the ps one. That makes me want to rip my hair out everytime I see it (I actually wouldn’t, i’m not stupid, but still.) I think you get the point.

Got to agree you can’t claim something was TOO hard when plenty of people were able to beat it? The tec issues were the only issue that I agree with all the rest was you just whinny.

Sighs I heard Arenanet purposely removed the cut-scene dialogues because it was uninteractive.

It was actually one of the reasons I enjoyed GW2 so much, because it was one of the few MMO’s that gave the player character a true voice. GW2 is actually the only MMORPG I’ve played where I actually pay attention to the storyline and is actually quite immersed in it, and a big part of that were due to the cutscenes.

To me, the cutscenes made it possible for my character to truly interact and converse with the other characters, it feels like he/she is really part of the story, developing real relationships with other characters in the story.

S2 format… In the first few instances I wasn’t even sure if the NPC’s knew me or not, I felt invisible, no longer a part of the story. Just a mindless observer that’s there to make an occasional decision here or there.

I wonder if anyone else shares this feeling ;/ I hope I’m not the only one.

I know I shouldn’t be complaining about free content, but at this point these story patches take me about ten min to finish.(as long as there no buged events) The last story patch was great when the Eternal Alchemy, but this one felt like they trying to squease as elements to stretch this ls out as long as possible.

Both Mai Trin and Rytlock are now in the Mists, though most probably in very different parts. Mai is supposedly on a mission for Scarlet, and Rytlock has its own quest. Is it possible for these two to stumble upon each other? What if Scarlet’s last order was a some sort of a plan before she completely lost her will to Mordremoth? A plan to help Tyria defeat him? Suppose Rytlock and Mai Trin meet, help each other and return to Tyria together (the Aetherblades certainly seem to have the means to return safely) with some ace in the sleeve. Wishful thinking, obviously, and probably unlikely, but with several NPCs having business in the Mists lately (don’t forget the strange case of Dessa in FotM) it just seems like too much of a coincidence.
What are your thoughts?

So like here the way I see it. A person whos trying to help Tyria wouldn’t of murder and kill most of the people who live there. She caused the death of hundreds and you people think she was hatching a plan to help Tyria? What was she gonna be like ," Oh I know I murder, destroyed, and recked most of your lives, but It was all for the greater good." come on people.

Arenanet took the easiest way out that they possible could. We all speculated the massive amount of work that would be required to the game if Ascalon was ever freed from its curse; Arenanet knowing this, took the easiest way out possible.

It’s depressing, really. The chances of Ascalon ever being freed being revisited… ever, are slim to none, especially with all of the work that would need to be done. Though, you could simply move Ascalonian Catacombs into Fractals of the Mists dungeons, which is the main issue.

Sucks that Charr are forever kittened. :/

Wow someone is salty cause a group of dev didnt wast million man hours reworking an area do to some story events. Like a guy said did you really expect them to sink a 90 hours into reworking a boat load of events?

WE got a better chance of gw3 coming out then tengu be coming a playable race in gw2. If they do I will eat my words, but I am 98 percent sure im right.

Broham is in my opinion a very annoying character. He says things out of left field that contradict how everyone is feeling. Like when you go to stomp scarlet and she asked," dont you wanna know why I did all of this." Of course broham responses says," NO, we don’t like to be pushed around!" REALLY BRAHAM WE DON’T WANNA KNOW THIS VERY IMPORTANT DETAIL ABOUT THE STORY? Then when the master of peace says hes going to leave and braham asked him where is he going then he says no i can’t tel you braham seems totally ok with that? DA FUK he seems like a complete moron.

Ok, I love the Sylvari so much I decide to make a guild for them. This is my first time running a guild. Its not a rp guild just a fun side guild to mess around with with other who like the sylvari as much as I do. send me a message in game My main is Dusk Shard.

I love the Sylvari, I love the plant like theme surrounding them, my favorite area is the grove, I even love the home instance they have. Its my first undertaking as a guild leader. I also have a habit of calling my Sylvari shrubs. With that in mind I decided to create a guild called the Shrub Knights. Its not a rp guild or a 100% just a fun side guild for me to surround myself with as many shrubs as possible. Its my first time making a guild leat alone leading one. So anyone who wants to give me some friendly advice or wants an officer spot to help me grow my guild ,or you simply just want to join send me a message in game or mail my main guys name is dusk shard.

Let see, I been trying to find a group that fits. Seems never to work. Just looking for a good group of plays to do things with. I enjoy doing wvw( but not very good at it), I enjoy doing dungeons, and lately I been getting into fotm. My main is a warrior, and been trying to level a thief but its a super pain in the kitten . I am willing to transfer to w/e server you need me to go. I been in a few guild were some member were complete kittens. I am not interested in being in a group of aholes. I am doing map compilation, after I get that done ( which is totally boring) I will have the gift of mastery then. Other than that I will have nothing. A few of the things like the sub gifts, and some T6 mats. Idk how I am going to get the pre D; any advice?

So tell me what you all think of the new ac. My personal opinion of the revam kitten imple this. I used ac to level my guy from 35 all the way to 80. So its safe to say it was easy. Now tho it is impossible. I ran it with five groups an not one kitten group manage to get pass it. I’m talking about level 80 who all know the dungeon who were deck out who knew what they were doing an we still couldn’t get passed it. So thanks arena net for making your game liturgically enjoyably. I was ok with them making the game alot more challenging but now if you cant even beat the first dungeon then what will they do with the other ones. Soon you wont be doing any dungeons. Thats just my though on it no need to restate what ive said just tell me what you think about it.

Hello there, I been playing guild wars for about a mouth. The game to me isnt really enjoyable enless you get a good group of people to play with. I tried out many different guilds and none of them seem to be working out. So im looking for a new guild.
