Good luck to AR on rebuilding. When NSP started to crumble a few month ago most of us were where you guys are now. In the end things got just fine and those who stayed gained lots of respect from the rest of the WvW players. The guilds start to work/communicate togheter a lot much better.

Let me get the summary out there:

IoJ doesn’t like this match up because they chose to be an EU server against NA servers.

HoD doesn’t like this match up because they have to force themselves not to sleep to catch up in point gain.

NSP doesn’t like this match up (although we really do) because of zoom-hackers.

PAXA doesn’t like this game at all.

BIRD still posts ugly memes.

HoD should stop sleeping to fight IoJ, IoJ should eventually move to a server of their own timezone or one that had better day crews, NSP should have a teaparty, Bird should marry Smitry now they have a child (It’s only proper), PAXA should probably play a different game since they hate GW2 so much. (Cept the happier PAXA, they aren’t grumpers all the time)

Yeah thanks to the one who made that build. I was using the same traits on my S/Shield/LB warrior for a while 0-10-20-10-30. I never used really used a Great sword since launch. I also had Braham’s shield/mace and a GS in my bank that was pretty much only using bank space.

Now I just run away I do a quick trait/gear change, I switch from my old self to the skull crusher build and vice versa. I also have a reason to use Braham weapons now.

You don’t want to go up too high in ranking. It’s not pretty for small server like ours. NSP was there last week. We have done quite well for the size of our server but SBI and BP had zerg 3 time our size together.

Enjoy this match up close fight are rare these days.

We new from the start NSP was a threat to us, HoD was just kinda meh since we figured we’d beat them. We didn’t expect them to be scavengers though which allowed them to pass us up this much today so ya we’ll probably hit them some. Also sorry spet those screenshots do infact line up, as much as you want to blame you losing the tower due to hacks it just wasn’t

HoD are doing pretty much doing what we were doing on our last match up with DH. Stay low and quiet and let the other 2 tear them self apart. It worked and it’s a good strat. With Bird and Smit back online it’s pretty hard for us to lay low and not get attention.

BTW I really like IoJ. I faced your night crew one night because I wanted to see them in action and they are really good.

You should have seen BP and Stormbluff Isle… Those have zergs… We were outmanned on all map that was scary. SBI during the week end was something to behold. Lags on 3/4 maps on primetime, EB was almost unplayable, our BL sometime was like playing EB on a crowded night. I don’t even want to see upper tier after that.

HoD had quite a zerg yesterday in our Briar. I might even say you guys had as much as us in our BL.

Was fun and really enjoyed it when you guys sieged our briar. This tower is alway fun to assault and defend.

Nice Omega golem rush on our EB Keep yesterday night( around 9 pm EST). It was very close, inner gate was down and I was happy we were able to push you guys out of our keep.

I also missed this tier. Too much zerg/peoples up there.

I found thief much more fair when they added 1 more sec on reveal. You had time to target them and had a good chance to hit them once before they got invi again.

Sometime I wonder what Anet think with some class and how they think they are equal/fair. Every ability should have a way to counter it. I don’t know maybe a skill that temporary allow some class to see/break invisible or chance to reveal when you hit thems.

Invi spiking is another exemple… Spiking/downed state players is somewhat a big part of the WvW gameplay we like it or not… But the fact that some class has access to an ability that nullify all way that some class have to defend again it make no sense to me…

Look at all the love here. NSP is drama free we have the proof right here. AS, ZoS, Os and NOOB showing all their love together.

NOOB are really great and work pretty well with other NSP guilds.

Didn’t knew they came from SBI. We are facing SBI this week and I wondered what happened to them to fall from tier 1 to mid tier.

Kaineg are not tier 8 anymore. They gained ranking on their way up their position should stabilize pretty soon. Mid tier is decent and fun. They will probably never get back to where they were pre warmachine.

My server right now is doing some tourism on middle tier. I will admit that this is fun and good practice I’m not a super huge fan of it.

I can’t speak for all class but warriors have no options.

NSP does have this problem of glitching through the gate. Just yesterday when retaking our eb keep, I glitched through the inner gate that faces our spawn for no reason. 2 other NSP also got through with me at roughly the same time and we have no idea how we got through. We were pvding at that time so thr was no defenders to atk us and we juz stayed on the gate. I believe I have one ss of that somewhr

NSP, are you folks aware of the blue yak bug in eternal? Anet is “aware” and working on a fix, but in the meanwhile you’re really getting screwed. There’s a thread in the bug report forum:

My theory is that NSP are Anet ginea pig. They wanna see how far a low tier 7 server can go and do OK with the new match up system. I would not be surprised the match us with EB or Kaineg next week.

Spending 90% of my time in BLs I was wondering why our tower in EB wasn’t getting upgraded. I just learned about this.

A stomp is an attack, therefore thief should lose stealth. Many classes like warr, mes, need a target to use downed skills that affect the attacking player. Most skills which can counter a stealth stomp have a good chance of being on cd after a battle that takes more than 10 seconds.

Sorry I mixed up BP and EB. They were green server in middle tier for so long before the new match up system I mix them all the time.

I think all ability should have a counter and there is nothing I can do VS this. I think in general there should be something allowing to see invi for some class.

Are [sekz] still on BP? They moved from NSP to there also a few month ago.

Look like we are taking the place of AR in their old match up. Those servers were a whole 2-3 tier higher than us on the previous system. I think ANet hate NSP.

It was a great week thanks IoJ, DH and NSP.

All we really need would be a 15-20 man night crew(oceanic) and we would be good. Our kick ads morning crew could go on full offensive instead of spending a few hours recapping everything.

Ok I have never accused anyone of hacking, but could someone from SE guild explain the zoom hack that allowed you to take out 3 AC’s and 1 ballista with an AC that was well behind the gate at NSP hills just now, thank you.

edit: if it is not a hack then please do tell how you are able to do that, I would love to return the favor some day, so much coin wasted on siege in that attack.

Youtube it there is multiple video showing how zoom hack work. I saw a zoom hacker from SE also and one from another DH guilds. I have multiple screenshots and tried to report the other with the report tool but that tool is lacking a bit.

EDIT: I would like to point out that i was the one that said IoJ is a better server. That is a complete bias and unfair opinion, but imma stand by it.

I think we headed to IoJ yesterday because DH and NSP was all red and there was a queue in EB… Those in IoJ were the one in queu.

DH as the best all around the clock coverage and IMO the strongest server. NSP and IoJ are like both side of a coin. One is strong while the other is weak. What save us VS IoJ is our solid morning crew. They take back our stuff as soon as IoJ are heading to bed.

Camp flipping is some pretty good wexp. As much for those that flip than those that flip back.

NSP is doing great so far but I’m pretty sure no one expect to finish first. This is what I like about NSP losing or winning our core is there fighting. The highlight of my week end was a great reset night/saturday with my guild and seeing a zerg of 40-50 french canadians doing most of the work in EB on saturday night.

Someone once told me that our Quebec crew(I’m one also) on NSP could infuse a lot of energy for NSP in WvW and after seeing them in force I kinda believe it now. Yabadou was the french commander that night and he made a great job.

Putting condition removal on burst abilities does not help my build (and would potentially hurt my warrior). I keep adrenaline up at all times for the heal. If I have to choose between condition removal and heal, I’ll stay with healing. Its better to just heal “through” the condition, than to get caught with no heal because I removed a condition.

For me its a big buff since I burst full adrenaline every 4-6 sec Sword/X and Bow. I might be able to be less dependable on lemon grass soup and use some other food instead.

Spent a whole week begging for a double team while NSP were not focusing ioj, most we took was stonemist and one of your eb towers, and i had 20 golems sitting in DH bl all day, then crying about it some more on forums, then double teaming (aka scavenging cos it looks like DH is just doing their own thing). You guys are losing ranking because you were expected to win this match and yet you come here bragging superiority to a tier 7(almost tier 8 ) server that is pretty much aware of it own position.

When you look at it this is still a close match up and on the old system we would have been probably locked together for many weeks. I’m looking at your server history and you guys had quite a drop what happened? Tier 1 to us???

I don’t think we expected to do that good TBH. NSP was on the brink to get into tier 8 when they changed the match up system and since we lost 1 or 2 guild. Quite frankly it’s a big surprise for me that we could hold our own in the last few match even if every week we are the weak server by 4 rank in the match up. The Anet’s sytem also expected that we would be crushed and that is why we are getting crazy rating every match.

As of right now IoJ night crew is about to get to bed and our morning crew is about to log in.

I really love Outmanned. I spend a lot on siege and in the last few weeks my bank account is going up instead of losing a little every day. Wexp is also great.

Losing keep doesn’t matter as much as it used to be. Since there are no more tier I feel it’s less of a chore to get in WvW and wexp is some really nice side reward.

Beer, they made the smart move. Their BL was all paper and there was no point for them to fight us there. They pulled us out of their BL so they can retake it with a smaller team. They almost capped ou Garr and Hill. I still wonder where you guys found all the supply for all those golems that quickly or were they at your spawn waiting for an assault?

It was fun in DH BL yesterday night and also nice job NSP when we saved both our garr and hill In extremis. Thanks to everyone that were there.

I was able to port into our garrison lord room before sword appeared and was pretty much all alone when I saw inner gate literally melting(among the fastest I ever seen). You guys had me scared a little then.

I don’t know if it a perception issue but when I’m online NSP always pushed on number one. Like yesterday with Smitry we pushed kitten Veloka then you guys attacked us on QL. I played yesterday all night in EB and we only spent time on the winning server side of the map. Only time I was on LoJ side was after we pushed you out of SM gate then we left.

NSP doesn’t have the man power to hold SM but we really love taking it down even more when it’s tier 3.

impossible to WvW right now kitten dragon bash taking our peeps away, can’t even hold our home towers against NSP all the while, the kiddies are screaming for their toy castle back…. oh and our BL is getting nuked.

Absolutely nothing to do with the dependance on wide-FoV becoming slightly less relevant due to reduced arrow cart range, right?

I still see many player using it. I’m pretty good with arrow cart and know most of the good/safe spots. There was a guy from a big guild on DH in our BL two night ago that was obviously using the zoom camera hack.

Putting ACs to LoS would fix 90% of the AC issues. People that use ACs alot and/or have nice monitor setups are able to shoot in some crazy spots as well, and LoS would most likely fix all of that.

I like that you can be creative and work your camera/location to have access to spot that are not as oblivious. I don’t have issue with the current target system as long as it is fair and equal to everyone. Zoom hack on other hand seem to give you access to super height and from that PoV there is no place for strategy or to hide really.
