I still see many player using it. I’m pretty good with arrow cart and know most of the good/safe spots. There was a guy from a big guild on DH in our BL two night ago that was obviously using the zoom camera hack.

Also I don’t think we were 3 time your numbers. Look beside the commander Icon on your target there is a little buff that NSP as pretty much all the time. I’m starting to enjoy being unmanned. We have no repair cost, magic find, more gold and bonus WExp Someone in my guild got dragon hologram wing from a player.

I just want to say I had great fun yesterday in SF BL. The night started a bit boring but it became really fun later. I’m also impressed by how much people you guys can field every night seeing your zerg comming our way was a bit scary at time.

After testing the range I decided I would keep AC mastery and get the last tier with the refund. The idea of that skill is great but 60 sec cooldown?!? Is it me or it is weak for something that cost 25 point?

What is the radius of the AC mastery 4? I think the basic radius is 320 I’m not even sure…

I agree with you. The 900 basic range really make no sense at all. A warrior can throw is sword with his offhand at 900 range with impale but is not strong enough to use a longbow…

NSP: Doesn’t field impressive numbers overall, numerous times was outmanned in EB, however they’re not afraid to take their zerg to the opponents borderlands and claim ground there. Also is led by some small, but very organized guilds. I may not like the behavior of some of the XOXO members, but their skill has never been in doubt.

Thank you this is a great compliment. It was a fun match up although things looked grim when it started last friday.

My observation of DH. Lots of number, lots of ressources, insane amount of players, well organised and zerg is good at sticking together. My only negative observation is that I haven’t seen DH take a tier 3 major tower without tons of golems the whole week.

May I ask how many golems DH had on our EB keep attempt earlier? I counted at least 20(2-3 omega) but I might be wrong.

When I logged in it was already looking pretty grim in our BL. Taking DH’s tier 3 Hill with full supply during NA prime time with only 3 catapults really felt great. We only had enough people to get one cata at the time. GJ to those who were there with us and Neo the Os commander who called it.

Smit is right the goal is to reset SM. It make the game much more fun. During the previous match up I don’t remember DR taking tier 3 SM ever from GoM while we took it at least twice a week. The craziest SM run we ever had was that we took SM while we were spawn camped. As stupid as it look It worked pretty well. DR started to push on SM and GoM had to move away from us.

I enjoyed the big battle between Anz/SM yesterday night. I usually play in BL so I don`t deal with massive fight like this very often.

That us the good/bad thing about eb. Just pick a spot around sm grab some friends and refuse to leave. Soon you will have a nice sized war going on. Nothing is getting done, but it is fun for awhile.

I agree it was pretty enjoyable and a nice change for me.

I use DW sword and longbow with a power/crit based build and I have a lot of success with it. It’s a lot of fun, the high damage output provided by Final Thrust and the Impale/Rip combo is complemented by the bleed damage (even though I’m not going condtion build). It’s fun going against other warriors with this spec because it’s so uncommon people have no idea what I’m doing— really put out a lot of damage. Worth a try.

I use mainly shield in offhand but I sometime run with a sword and I offend notice the surprise… most people don’t know what to do. I have been playing with my current build for a few months now.

In the current match up in tier 7 I have seen one warrior attacking me with a build that looked like mine and I was surprised. You see a thief, a D/D ele, a warrior or a guardian with a great sword you know what they will do 90% of the time, they all play pretty much the same… I know I don’t play a top tier build or class but I really don’t care. I actually have some good synergy with my guild’s other front liner.

I just wanted to say that it was very entertaining watching GoM hit DR during the mendon siege yesterday night. It`s very impressive to witness 2 over 60 man zerg fight each other.

If they implement a wider range of WvW match up they should remove gesting. Right now the PvE server are pretty much stuck together. They are generally of equal strength and usually offer good match up. As of right now everybody can enjoy the PvE side of any server and offering nothing to it WvW side.

Even tier 6 as a big step. SF stomped us in tier 7 then moved to tier 6 and they got beated the first few weeks. I was sure SF was a tier 5 server.

If this match up happen BP,SF and NSP you guy will probably kill NSP for good. The WvW on NSP is as low as it never been.

Laurel are pretty easy to get in WvW. I would rather have ascended to cost less badges with laurel than a crazy high badge cost. If your guild is good at guild missions you can get ascended pretty quickly.

Yesterday I was in GoM with Os and I was disconnected over 7 times. Many of us just logged off after an hour because of it.

It`s kinda sad because the fight was getting interesting.

On another note a lot of us were getting disconnected a lot.

Personally Pin Down rarely work properly. I’m in range, visually it look like a hit but nothing happen.

I spent enough money on trying to get a ticket for the fused weapons and I didn’t got one(80 try). I will never spend any money on random stuff in this game ever. I got the mining pick, Rox mace and shield, the drill and the dance book but I will never spend 1 cent on crate.

Warrior bleeds make for a great covering condition for other conditions like cripple and immob. We just can’t stack them quickly enough, often enough to make them a primary source of damage.

With a Sigil of Earth and Pin Down to lay down a base you can get some serious stacks going if you stick on a target. With Rabid Amulet/Jewel, 30 Arms and blademaster sword’s crit chance is really high. Condition warrior is fun in hot joins and it actually performs well against builds that give direct damage based ones some trouble. I run 5/30/0/20/15 (the 5 in strength so you can clear blinds with a dodge) sword/traited warhorn + longbow with sigil of doom on the horn and sometimes in place of earth on the bow, 2 centaurs runes, 2 lyssa, and 2 afflicted and you can actually maintain poison on a target while stacking bleeds and applying burns. It’s pretty nice actually. Not the best build but it melts bads in hotjoins and is a nice change of pace.

I agree with the poison on final trust.

This build started to make sense when used a sigil of doom in my off hand. If they could add a poison somewhere so that we could use another sigil. I think that the condi warrior would become a lot more viable.

I was playing with the offhand sword yesterday. While I like the diversity it bring (semi range and a block) I think that the block timer is a bit high.

I agree with bird. I’m on NSP since launch. The server as never been this fun. No more drama, the community is very close and all WvW guilds work together. One of the best PvE server available. If you are looking for a nice home/community NSP is really great. If you bring drama better stay away, we like our server as it is right now =P

Bird Song is one of our best commander.

I still think that a lot of the complaining will be done when catapult mastery will be released with improved range. There will be debate and complain over Cata vs Treb…

There is 2 issues with the AC IMO. Increased damage at the same time as the mastery released was a bad idea but the damage boost was actually needed. The increase range on AC should have been at least tier 3 in the mastery. It’s way too easy to get and at 10 point it’s a no brainer…

EU is day coverage for us in US east. You have to go the other side to get night coverage.

The bleed from 5 is pretty violent probably the best bleed source. I really like doing the burst in the middle of the zerg, then blast finisher on myself (4-6k kitteno 5 targets + burn + self might)

I surprise myself quite often how many player get downed to that.

Then I switch to melee.

A large group of Os (maybe 30-40) got killed at ruins last night in DR BL by an equally large force of DR, I’d guess. I suppose that they took a wrong turn on the way to GOM BL.

I don’t want to start number fight but at about 9h-9h30 when I joined we were 12 in WvW. Os rarely field over 30 except maybe on reset.

BTW thank you GoM for the big battle at your north Hill. I really had lot’s of fun. I personally have rarely seen big fight like this lasting that long.

Just asking to judge urself. Take a look at the map and the Commanders that are on at the time and you will see that some are working together. Yes first week I can understand. Hit the new guys. But this has been 2 1/2 weeks and still no NSP or DR attacking each other. WTF is up that that ?

I think it’s a perception issue. I fought quite a lot of DR in the last days. It’s true that they are harder to fight. Their defense is a lot quicker and they are also pretty clever.

It’s just my opinion it’s worth what it’s worth…<3

Hmm we were outnumbered in EB, none of the other servers were. We decided to go GoMBL because we know how poor your BL defense is.

If you call that parasitic then so be it. I call it doing what you can with inferior numbers. I guess GoM never had to experience that?

As of right now GoM have the best keep in EB. both server will push on you since the owner of SM (either DR or NSP) can’t let your build treb in your keep and DR want and will probably catch you up in score pretty soon.

Not having a damaging burst is always a strike against a weapon in my opinion, because at least one of your weapons should have that in its burst. Without condi damage, sword burst is weak. The fact that its 3 target helps though

But final thrust should have more going for it. And NOT vuln or bleed.

Even WITH high condition damage, I still don’t like Sword’s burst ability. The bleeds from Flurry don’t last long enough (even with considerable condition duration boosts) to make Flurry worth using. The immobilize is nice, but I hate being rooted while you’re attacking. I honestly wish they would rework the Sword Burst Ability. I love having sword main-hand but it falls into the same group with Greatsword in that you’re much better off just stacking up stat bonuses from full adrenaline than actually USING your burst, IMO.

I also agree that Final Thrust should have a little extra something. I wouldn’t mind a +X% damage boost vs. foes under X amount of Health, something similar to how it was in GW1 (as someone else has suggested).

This is the weakness of a condi warrior. I really want it to work and I have been playing mine for months now. I’m doing a decent job so far and I’m enjoying it but my only issue is that you have to work a lot to have decent result. Flurry is hard to connect. Sometime you take a target,you leap then flurry and for some lagging reason or something else your target move 1 feet away while I flurry in emptiness. Best way to be 100% sure your flurry will connect is to use pin down.

Also my build started to be decent when I used a doom rune on offand. That is why I think that giving poison to auto attack would be great. It won’t make condi warrior invulnerable it would make it a more of an option.

Had fun with the NSP norn ranger (forgot the tag, but it was familiar) that I had a short duel with, interrupted by GoM, who we (NSP ranger and me) killed together.

And btw… NSP, wake up! Until recently you had a lead..

NSP never or rarely are first after week end. Last week was the first time to happen since a while.

The third hit on the autoattack sword definately miss something. Poison would be great.

A great start for Fight Club this week; about 80 people came altogether, and the event lasted about 5 hours, and continuing. A solid 30 people stayed throughout the whole event and I appreciated everyone’s support towards attendance and courtesy of being there in general. I’d love to see new faces next week. No they aren’t. They’re absolute crap “trap traits” for people who don’t know better.

Dogged March is only good when combined with another source of condition duration mitigation (like runes of Melandru), and the regen is absolutely pathetic.

Destruction of the Empowered loses to Berserker’s Power 9 out of 10 times. If you’re dumping 30 in discipline Burst Mastery is the trait to pick up.

I agree. Burst mastery is now a pretty good 30 trait skill. I have been playing a sort of burst master build for a while now. This is a huge boost for me.

I agree that burst mastery is great. I was already 30 point in discipline before patch. I can pretty much chain max bar burst now without even trying. I was depending on healing surge and signet of adrenaline pre-patch and now I could probably drop one on favor of something else.

I have more adrenaline now. My heal are better and my crits rate too (trait)

It’s far from being the ultimate warrior but I have been playing this for months now and I enjoy it a lot.

based on what? all 3 servers are still within 2k of each other after 5 days.

the only thing that would unbalance the tier is a large guild like this transferring over and breaking the equilibrium.

I fought when we were locked with AR and BP for nearly 2 months and Darkheaven/Dragonbrand for a month in those "Balanced’ match up.

Either one side get transfers or the 2 server gang up on 1. Animosity escalate pretty quickly.
