Hello, does anyone know the date when Wintersday starts and ends?

I’m not having trouble until I get to the glider phase. How are you supposed to see the launch things that throw you in the air? Are you supposed to stay close to Mordremoth? The shield from the NPC’s doesn’t shield you, so yeah. I just don’t know how you’re really supposed to launch, apart from that, there’s a bug where he breaks the area where the first Reality Rift spawns when you engage him, and if it happens, you have no choice but to wait and die, even though Caithe heals you. There needs to be a way to launch into the air clearly.

Edit: There’s also a bug where you just fall through the ground, I don’t know why. I liked the other bosses (I chose Braham and Caithe). With Eir and Garm, I just killed Garm once, and Eir just stood on him not attacking me or doing anything, so it was just me attacking her until she died…The Pale Tree was harder but interesting.

Hello, I just did a round of Mad King says and I didn’t fail a single one and then the Mad King teleported everyone to the Mystic Forge, I think and I used a Mesmer’s portal to get out, but I didn’t get credit for the Royal Tradition achievement. I got the 3 key pieces for the key and opened the chest, but not credit. Has anyone had this problem? Was I supposed to stay in the Mystic Forge area?

Does anyone know any world boss event timers that I can use to see the times of when events like Claw of Jormag starts?

I think that’s just a placeholder date.

This might seem like a minor thing, but is it possible to allow us to compact our banks to keep it tidied up?

Maybe Garm dies and gets turned into a Mordrem wolf and when Eir finds him, he tries to fight against Mordremoth’s control, but fails and she has no choice but to kill him. It is a possibility.

I think you can get to it with a glider.

Hello, you know when you have a full inventory and you try to loot something and normally, a box would appear on the right side of the screen with the items in it? It is gone for me, it never appears anymore. Has this happened to anyone else or have I disabled it by mistake?

Hi, I had over 100 Mystic Coins in my bank collection storage, and when I check to find them, there is only 27? Has this happened to anyone else? I haven’t used them at all before now, I was going to use 50 to make the Eternal Sands focus. They have disappeared.

After 100+ hours in SW, I finally give up and accept the truth!

I never got a precursor after burning through 2000+ gold and I will never get a portal or anything by pure RNG anymore.

I just ended a VW and opened a Bandit Chest and low and behold one showed up out of that.

I have been doing almost nothing but DT/SW with the occasional PvP thrown in yesterday.

You got it from a Lost Bandit Chest? But I thought they didn’t drop from those.

I found a fix for it in the Control Panel. If anyone else has this problem, go to Control Panel, then Hardware and Sound, click on Mouse, then Device Settings tab, then Settings, click on Advanced, and drag Palm Tracking to Minimum. The problem was that I could not move my mouse while moving.

I turn with WASD keys. When I move while casting, I use the S key to move backwards when casting. I do not play first person shooters.

The weird thing is, when I press M, nothing is wrong with the touchpad at all. Just in the open world.

Hello, I have a Lenovo G70 laptop and I am on Guild Wars 2 and when I use a targeted area spell like Meteor Shower and the green area thing comes up, it takes 2-3 clicks on an area for it to actually happen. The touchpad doesn’t respond well sometimes as well, I move the arrow but sometimes it stays in place. It makes combat quite hard. How can I fix these problems?

Edit: The left side of the touchpad is working well, but the right side? Completely nothing. This is a new laptop as well so it should not really have problems? This is a weird laptop…

I haven’t done this finale thing yet, but because so many people said it is bad, I think I will stay away…
But the relationship between Marjory and Kasmeer sounds great. I knew they would end up being best friends.
I give them 10/10. But the Living Story as a whole and Scarlet? I cannot judge that yet.

Content every 2 weeks isn’t good in my opinion, because there’s so many bugs and it seems like it was rushed.

Which crafting discipline should I give to my Warrior and Guardian out of: Weaponsmith and Armorsmith. My Warrior has Armorsmithing and my Guardian has Weaponsmithing, but should I make the Warrior learn Weaponsmithing and Guardian have Armorsmithing? (swap them around)

They can’t learn both, as warrior has Chef discipline and Guardian has Artificer.

Hi, I got Guild Wars 2 at Christmas in 2012 and played until March, but now I have come back. But I have missed a lot of things, so is now a good time to come back? Because I feel like I have missed lots,like this Scarlet Briar event and Flame and Frost. Or I haven’t missed anything life changing? I’m not sure how else to say this. In short, what has changed since March?

I am reinstalling GW2 and I enter my username/password, and it didn’t ask for a code. I don’t know how to check if I have linked it or not. I stopped playing in February, it’s a long story. But after re-linking the authenticator back to my account, I am not asked for any codes…

I entered my username and password, but then it logged me in? Why wasn’t I asked for an authentication code after the username/password, before I logged in? I have the Google Authenticator on my Android and there is a code and the green clock thingy, but no ‘please enter your authentication code’ screen. It makes me think I didn’t link an authenticator to my account.

If I got 2000 Gems on my Elementalist, would my Warrior have access to the 2000 Gems as well?

I came from World of Warcraft because it is boring now…this game is new and looks fun. My question is: which class should I play as I am new to Guild Wars 2? I like casting spells from range and I looked on many Guild Wars 2 websites and found 3 classes that suit me. Elementalist, Necromancer and Mesmer. In World of Warcraft, these are similar to Mage, Warlock and Shadow Priest. I like all 3 of them equally but which one would be the best?
