LOLOLOL oh man…. so quick question… when you are filling out all your info and you got to the account name… did it give you the same number or a different number… because afaik I entered identical info…. and I did manage to get it to connect to my preexisting account

That isn’t the problem. The problem is that when I enter my account info into the do you have a guild wars account (vague) I pick yes and enter the info but it keeps telling me it is wrong
I even logged into the account and changed the pw and it still doesn’t work

log into your support account and click the drop down to pick that you don’t need help.
How did you apply the code to the account? I am in the same boat and I’d do this in a heartbeat if I knew I could get it to work correctly

Hello. I (Loyheta.7294) am still waiting on a reply of some sort (hopefully a fix). Nearly 9 days waiting. While waiting, the wrongly made account has been hacked so I have no means of playing this game. I have invested money into that account via gem purchases. I have spent hours crafting, rping, collecting dyes and making friends. I am just dying not being able to play. I really hope you guys take a second look at that prioritization list. If you suspend hacked accounts immediately you can more fairly work on tickets from further back.
Just let me know what I can do to make this go faster… I am begging you.

Your ticket is from Friday, 3 days ago, unless that’s some sort of new date for an updated or re-prioritized ticket. If it’s your first, you’ll likely have to wait it out some more. :/
The ticket contains the date of creation.

Loyheta.7294 and Loyheta.5638 latter was hacked but former should have the key… main ticket in signature.

Drat was hoping you had the same problems as me so you’d at least know what was going on.

Where did you get your game from?

The ticket is ok — it’s updated, so it’s still open.
You probably will get an email, but if you still need help simply do not click the close button and you’ll be fine.

I have had this happen to me a few times. I queued up armor contract and it disappeared the next day… however later that day it reappeared. Probably a ui bug… but you should file a ticket and just keep an eye on your upgrades to see if it appears on it.

I (loyheta.7294) have been waiting for over a week for some form of response… anything from Morse code, smoke signals, messenger pigeon, or the craziest of all… a human sending an email. I have not heard back from anyone yet and now it has been closed. I checked any and all emails (even those not associated with this game) I checked inbox, trash, and spam folders….. nothing! What is going on!?!?
Its been over 9 hrs since my friend received an email stating that her account has been restored and can log in but it still says email account does not exist.

nearly 9 days waiting here. Just some generic, no-help automated message so far. Not even a reply for my hacked ticket either (over 60hrs)
I know that your issue isn’t really that important but I really do understand the resounding complain in these threads…. no responses. It is extremely agitating. I have been waiting 8 days to get a reply to a seemingly important issue (serial key problem) and two days for another important issue (hacked). Both are preventing me from playing which we were told were high priority…. but I come back to the main point… no one is getting replies.
Please take some steps to resolve these issues and show us you care.

Anyone receive an update for serial related tickets? I wish to know if there is any progress being made.
Have you tried deleting the mail in your inbox? Apparently you can’t receive mail from the store or other players if you have 10 mail in your inbox. All speculations (I haven’t been able to receive my mail for a few days prior to ANet dropped the ball) but I suggest you give it a shot.
And The Flame War about Bans and ANet Policies continues…
But it may be possible, the sytem for detect bots surely is automated and then it may causes false alerts in some cases, things that ANet may explain to us, since I don’t trust in-game moderators that are Robots.
Exactly, I am guessing they have some automated system that tries and detect bots. However they ban players without even questioning them or even looking into their history. If they honestly just looked at my character history, you can tell no bot-like behavior is present. They sadly did not do this and terminate my account instead. I mean what do they care? They got my money and since I did not buy it online I can not receive a refund. I am just baffled as to why the ArenaNet moderators are complete “Ban Happy Communists” they suspect you of doing something and that’s all they need to do away with you. Think about it, they could ban as many as they wanted and lose little to no money. We already made the purchase and in some cases when you are banned you are not allowed to ask for a refund. I have no idea what is going on in the offices of ArenaNet, however they need to fix their support/moderating before anything else comes into play.
Actually they are losing incredible amounts of potential money. A person could easily make more money than just the box cost over the life of this B2P game. I already spent 20 and would have spent another 20 but they haven’t helped me yet. I know some people that have spent hundreds on gems so they could convert to gold/minipets or dye for sale. They will be hurting from chargeback fines and they will be hurting a lot more without the potential income of all thekitten off people
What I don’t get is that they want to prioritize log in problems first… my key was applied to a wrong account and I can’t log in…. seems like I should fall into that category… yet here it is…. 8 days later

oddly enough I am seeing a lot of people that got banned for exploiting getting their accounts back within a day.
going down swinging eh? I have seen many people say they were doing charge backs and then complaining to the BBB…. oddly enough I don’t see any recent complaints on their BBB page. They are not accredited (if they were they would have to resolve all consumer complaints)
I am going on 8 days. I really want to receive a reply… any reply from them….
There probably is that many people in front of you… I mean battle.net got hacked so that is millions and millions of accounts and passwords at these scumbags’ hands….. but still slow replies or no replies at all is very aggravating.
Please take some steps to resolve these issues and show us you care.

WOW a reply already! I have been waiting a week for my key to be moved to the right account… seems like something someone could do while focusing on something else
AFAIK the serial key is bound to the account… aka if you get another key it will make another account. I wish there was an option to add a key to an account instead of…. this!

I have been waiting for a week for a seemingly simple issue. Also because of your vagueness and backwards prioritization I have no lost my [wrong] account due to hacking. I have done everything in my power to resolve this. Due to sloppiness I have now lost my GW1 and 2 accounts as well as my GW2 [correct] account (due to amazingly bad implementation of serial registration).
I have been patient… I have gone to every length to get any feedback or reassurance… or even an estimation. I have PMed Gaile on here… 2 tickets on supprot, 1 ticket through NCSoft, scoured the interwebs for a phone number for you guys. Posts and messages on reddit and facebook.
I have been very supportive of this game: testing during all BWEs and stress tests, recruited 6 friends to buy this, purchased 20 dollars worth of gems and got the DE directly from you guys rather than GameStop…. I even chipped in some money to send you guys some cupcakes. I have been a raving fanatic of this game since I heard about it. It honestly is the most fun I have ever had. I really just want some direct communication about these things. You can’t keep your customers blind and expect them to sit there unquestioning.
I love this game…. the passion and love you guys poured into it can be felt… it is simply amazing. Please take some easy steps in the next few days to show that you guys really care. Add secret questions to change email, get temps to help sort out all the tickets, add CVV verification to credit cards… allow them to be removed, but most importantly…. respond to tickets… we are being neglected and that is probably why you guys are getting slammed with fines from chargebacks. Please show us you care.
If you want to help me out you can get my accounts (GW1 and 2) back from those hackers (Loyheta.5638) Then you can move my key/make my account live for the account I wanted my serial key on Loyheta.7294. Most mmos have you make an account and THEN add the serial keys to it…. not this backwards method of enter the same info and get a second different account. I am reaching my breaking point and I will probably do a chargeback on the 15th if I get no progress.

Yeah I am waiting on a reply about a hack and a serial key error one I have been waiting a week… the other (the hack) from yesterday. I really wish that Arena Net just told us what site was hacked so we could have made changes to our accounts if need be. I have only used my email for WoW and GW1… when I got hacked I thought ANet was lying because I couldn’t imagine battle net getting hacked. If they said BNet got hacked I would have changed my PW immediately.
Do bag slot gems get refunded upon character deletion?

Yeah I purchased all the bag expansions on my account before I discovered that registration put my key on a second account and not the one I have been playing since Beta
Loyheta.5638 was hacked…. lost it along with my GW1 account Also still waiting on a ticket reply from the 1st
Have no idea why people that were suspended get priority over serial code tickets >.>
You’d think they’d help the people not at fault rather than those that are.
I do… it saddens me to see my friends playing without me…
week long tickets are bad…I’m sorry that you’re not in the game, but where in the world does 4 days equal a week? The team will help you, no matter “a week” or “four days.” Just hand in there.

Judging by your signature it looks like you have a ticket created on the fourth and the fifth.
Do people really use the BBB?
Newegg sent me a “refurbished” computer…. it was missing it’s cpu. Contacted them and the started messing around. Registered a complaint, they sent me a replacement as well as a partial refund.
